Batteries Plus always does a great job with phone repair. I have taken phones in for screen replacement and charging port replacement and I have never had any issues. Always fast and reliable.

Good place to buy batteries and lightbulbs. Prices are a bit higher than Walmart. Good service though.Update 4-17-24:Went in today to look at camera batteries. Said I was just looking. Then was accused of wanting to steal!?!?!? How rude.

I recently found out batteries plus in Pueblo sold me the wrong battery, I went in there, specifically looking for an AGM deep cycle battery, and they sold me a standard deep cycle battery telling me that it was an AGM. I don t trust them to be forthcoming. I think they re just looking for a sale.

Sold me a watch battery around Christmas time. Battery is dead as of March 7th. Won't replace defective battery. This business lacks honesty, integrity and one should avoid these clowns. Never again getting my business.

Excellent customer service fixed my screen on my phone, as they are a certified dealer to work on phones didnt even know! Very polite and friendly. Fast repair and did a great job! Thank you for being so polite!

Great store with a large selection of different types and sizes of batteries. They also carry different kinds of light bulbs, and some miscellaneous items. Good prices and friendly staff.

Jen was incredibly helpful and made the overall experience easy and comfortable. She was friendly and so easy going! This was my second time getting my screen fixed here, I also decided to get my battery replaced this time. I m happy with the results, I ll definitely be returning.

The store employees were very knowledgeable and very accommodating! My battery pack had to be built and they had it ready in 15 minutes.The Aurora store employees acted as if they were doing me a big favor in putting together the battery pack and also would have charged $20 more for building it.

Good experience with Batteries Plus. Ordered online, Black Friday discount, picked up in store. Associate carried heavy battery out to the car for me. Very pleasant and polite. My experiences have always been good at that store.

Stopped by to check on battery and bulb recycling. Andres explained in detail why or why not certain types of batteries and light bulbs need recycling. He was very knowledgeable, professional, nice, and polite.Kudos for Batteries Plus Bulbs.A bonus: Easy to locate on Hwy 50 W.Highly recommend.

Don't listen to the one star review someone gave. This store had some of the best service I have ever encountered. I have previously had a screen replaced at another repair shop and was shocked by the poor service. Both my phone and my brothers were fixed and in perfect condition within 30 minutes. They were kind, talkative, and respectful. Would definitely come here again!

There not as good as they were before new ownership. I just don't feel the customer service. They use to always steer me in the right direction, always making me feel like they had my best interest at heart, so I was always willing to pay a higher price. I just don't feel like that anymore.

I went in to see about a car key fob repair/replacement. Jan was able to repair for me, get me a new case, and took the time to make sure everything worked and that I understood the benefits of each option. Paul was also in store and helped out with making sure I knew the options. I've been holding off on getting it fixed because I thought it'd be expensive or a long time but they had it fixed in 5 minutes! I will definitely be coming back for any other repairs and will recommend them to anyone I know! Thank you so much for all of the help.

I went to batteries plus on 6-21-22 to check my car battery and to see what type of warranty I had on my battery, "GM mark" was the one to help me but little did I know what I was in for..first they said my battery will be done charging in 24 hours and someone would contact to let me know what's wrong??24 hours pass no contact,then when I called back batteries plus the whole Convo was akward like they didn't know who I was,then 'mark" would go over everything with me after asking me my name after the 10th time and even called me back said yes sir looking at our records your battery is not good, so I asked what I needed to do,'mark' stated that my battery was under 36 month warranty and I would be able to pick up my NEW battery today which is 6-23-22..go in ready for my pick up and from the start the staff was stand offish,mark appeared from the back and stated that I was out of my warranty for whatever reason but my paper receipt that was giving to me clearly said "prorated warranty" until 7-24-22 and I was willing to purchase a new battery at a discounted rate because of the "prorated warranty" I had..this is where it goes sideways, mr.mark starts getting very agitated mind you yesterday when we talked he was all for exchanging the battery upholding the warranty but now he's saying sorry and he made the mistake of telling me the warranty was good but would sell me a battery at full price..now Im stating my reason why I should get a new battery at a discounted price because I'm not the one who made the mistakes and clearly my receipt says "prorated warranty" mr.mark starts belittling myself saying there's no way he can't help me and that "I'm sad because I'm not getting my way" in a very rude and disrespectful manner and I'm standing there very calm and he's there just repeating himself like provoking me as I took it and all I wanted was an answer??after a few more words I was being told to GET OUT OF HIS STORE!!AND I LEFT NO INCIDENT..I'm not a person to look for handouts and that's how I felt after I left batteries plus of pueblo..I FELT VERY DISRESPECTED EVEN WHEN I HAD THE PAPERWORK TO BACK MY PLAY..NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!!

I brought in an AC adapter that had two breaks in it. The sales associate checked to see if they had a similar one. No luck. So in less than 10 minutes, he rebuilt the one I brought in and charged me a nominal about for doing so. Always have good service there. Pleasant, knowledgeable, skilled staff.

Nice People, they know what they are doing. And they had what I needed. And the Price was Great. I would Give this store more then 10. I will go there again and again. They made my Day. these Employees should get a nice BONUS !!!!!!!!

The gentleman that assisted me when I picked up the car battery on line was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The item I purchased on line was immediately ready for pick up. He loaded the battery into my car even though the weather was cold and windy and I could have loaded it myself.

They broke my Face ID and its in their paperwork to test it out before and after and they did not. It was working just fine before! And on top of that my water resistant seal is no more. They won t take the fault for their mistake so my whole situation just got ten times worse.

Bought a battery for my atv.. it was bad and wouldn't hold a charge... I took it back and they tested it and said it was acting funny and to come back tomorrow so they can charge it overnight .. I asked them for another battery they refused.. said the condition was too bad..(it wasn't) I asked for my money back and they refused.. im not sure who the two young, unintelligible guys they hired in there are but I am not happy and will never do business with them again.. scam shop, I advise you avoid shopping or doing any business here with my personal experience in mind... that's not how you do business..

One person working. Computer wasn't working and I really needed these batteries and I didn't have time to wait. The person working wasn't speaking to me AT ALL like I'm sorry this is taking so long. The batteries I needed we're $5.99+ I laid $10 and said I have to go. I was very upset and still am! VERY RUDE and I understand that the computer malfunction wasn't his fault but at least try to be friendly and engaging.

I brought in my cracked iPhone 6s Plus. They fixed the screen which was awesome! But now I can't go 20 minutes without it starting to "ghost touch" I brought it back a couple of times and it still isn't fixed... on top of this they won't fix it or do anything because they said it's not their fault that the phone will never operate properly again. When I asked the fat guy at the counter for a manager card he gave me a card with the number to the store so I had to talk to him again instead of being able to talk to the manager.
