Skylar was the bomb, very helpful in setting me up with the right trailer for my ATV. I don't think I could have done better with the price. Highly recommended!!!

They did not receive a five-star rating due to the fact that I told them I was on a very very strict time crunch and would be picking the trailer up please have it ready checked and ready to leave. That didn't happen I was there for a whole another hour while they used a mallet in a can of WD-40 to get the back gate to open, I was ecstatic when I pulled in and saw my brand new shiny trailer sitting there in front waiting to go, then we needed to take it back to the other shop wait for the compressor to fill roll out of Hose slowly slowly slowly and air up the tires so bottom line is they didn't check anything they pulled it out of the parking lot and set it somewhere else it was missing a carabiner to hold the emergency brake on to one of the chains just a loose wire hanging there it was also missing the pins that hold in the side rails so they don't bounce out. Needless to say I had to ask for all of this to be done. Based on three major safety violations that could have got me or others hurt I really shouldn't be giving them a one-star rating at all but there is no zero

Let me preface this by saying I have never bought anything here, but I can attest to the owner's character. My wife and I's car broke down on the highway in 95 degree heat with a 1 month old. Even though they were past closing, the owner stayed late, changing her plans to stay and give us a place to get out of the heat. When help arrived for the vehicle she made sure we had everything we needed before leaving herself. While breaking down is no good, Im happy it was here. Thank you!

I just purchased an 18 foot car hauler from T & R. I worked with Richard. The whole experience was positive. No problems, no issues, no snags. The transaction took me back to when I was a much younger man, when things were uncomplicated, friendly and direct. Working with Richard was like working with an old friend, laid back and comfortable. I will definitely be going back to T & R when my trailer needs servicing. Thanks Richard. Tim Stewart.

Horrible! Worse customer service I have ever encountered! Parts department never ordered a hitch for a scheduled installation which I drove 150 miles just to be turned away without an apology. I was quoted $202.53 and was charged $321.74 to expedite part in 3 days. Christine in sales could care less about the customer; told me her mistake about expedited shipping was my problem and hung up on me.

Could not be happier with the service!Clearly masters in the trade. The mechanic knew just what to do within a minute of arrival. Trailer difficulties left me stranded in Half way through a cross country road trip. When all other shops turned me away because they were booked out, T&R was able to squeeze me in fix the problem in 30-40 mins. He got back on the road and was truly a god send!!

They are awesome to deal with. Good honest folks. I bought my trailer from them 7 years ago and took it back recently for general servicing. I won't go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Will is a great guy. We happened to be passing through on a two week trip and our camper door had been getting stuck. Despite an overly full schedule, he stopped what he was doing to help us out. His kindness and skill saved our camping trip!!

This is a review for the Montrose location:If you're still looking for a trailer, then look no further! These guys are AMAZING! They went so far above and beyond, I have no idea what I would do without these amazing people! They helped get my motorhome ready to tow the toy hauler I bought from them.They help the trailer for over a month (with a deposit, but still!) while I was figuring everything out with the motorhome and my purchasing options for the trailer. Not ONCE did I feel pressured to come in to buy the unit. I kept calling them just to let them know I still wanted it and Miguel was fantastic every time I called.I was having issues with the awning on my motorhome, and one of them actually helped me fix it, even after I said I was giving up on it. They let me drive around their lot a bit to get used to driving a 50' vehicle and gave me tips on getting around!As I said, ABOVE and BEYOND what they needed to do. Phenomenal customer service! Warm and inviting place! Great people! Great PRICES $$$$$!!!!I know there is more that they helped me out with and I'm totally forgetting about it. But I think you get the point. This is THE place to buy a trailer!SERIOUSLY....STOP LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO BUY YOUR TRAILER AND CALL AFFORDABLE TRAILERS - MONTROSE!

Rich has taken care of us on two separate occasions over a one year period. We had brake light and courtesy light wiring problems on a custom tiny shop trailer, and he promptly diagnosed both issues, repaired them, and we were on our way. He let us drop off the trailer and pick it up later so that we didn't have to break camp before we were ready to head down the road. Talk about doing business the way it should be done!

We had a great experience at T&R. Found the perfect 10 foot trailer at a great price, and they even opened Saturday for us to pick it up. Showed up promptly at the time promised. Very professional. We recommend them!

This place is the best. The pricing was low the service was fast the people are polite. I would have been stranded if it weren't for this business. They get five stars but deserve 10. I was not put up to this this is an actual review.

It's places like Affordable Trailers that make me miss the west slope. The customer service I received from Katie was second to none. They have a customer for life. Even if I have to drive five hours to buy my trailers from them, I will absolutely do it.

Not good on customer service. Purchased new trailer that chewed through tires. Couldn t get them to make time to look at it. Another shop said axle had lost camber. Couldn t get a call back from Affordable. Warranty ran out. Bought axle elsewhere and installed it ourselves. We won t buy another trailer there.

Bait and switch? Was quoted $1675 OTD (out the door, all inclusive of taxes, fees, etc) for a 6x10 utility trailer. I explained I'd be sending an employee out to pick it up with a check or I could do it myself and bring a credit card, however the owner preferred. I thought everything was set, until my employee shows up to pay for the trailer, and suddenly the owner doesn't recall our conversation or the quote, and now the amount has ballooned to nearly $2,000 plus taxes, etc.I understand taxes. I understand business expenses change. And had that been the quoted price, I would've had no problem with paying him right then. However, I do not appreciate "bait & switch" type tactics, especially when it's a 30-40 minute drive to his lot. Nice guy, but be mindful that he may not adhere to quotes he gives out.

I've never purchased a trailer from them, but they have a huge inventory of parts, i just bought everything for a triple axle trailer for the brakes and suspension, they had everything in stock except for 2 springs and they will be in tomorrow. 5 stars for the parts department and I will update for the sales department if I buy a trailer from them.

So far not so good. I bought a trailer and it took about 79 days to get the title. By then the temp plate had expired, months of unanswered phone calls, I thought the trailer was suspect so I kept it in storage next to the dealer and never used it. I am out of state and at a disadvantage because I can't go get the trailer and they won't take it back.

Chad, the not salesperson, was awesome. That's why we made the 5 hour trip down to Montrose. Very attentive, honest and friendly.
