Hi! My name is Kayla. And I recently used this business & I personally would give them 10 stars if I could. I had a hard time finding someone to replace my passenger side mirror. I was being quoted outrageous prices until I came across AQRCC. Timothy was very friendly and professional with REASONABLE prices. He repaired and painted my mirror in literally 5 hours and the work is AMAZING! I mean it looks BRAND NEW! He has for sure gained a long time customer. If you re looking for amazing work and great employees, I recommend these guys! Fast and efficient for sure! Thank you guys so much. Tim does great work! I had some dents and scratches in my fender and bumper and they made it look brand new and did it cheaper than anyone else! I would most definantly recommend them to anyone looking to get body work done on their vehicle!! I put up before and after pictures to show their great work!

Tim did a fantastic job fixing my vehicle today. I anticipated a longer appointment, and he got what I needed done quickly! Quality service, and much more affordable than anything else I found (and I did some research). Highly recommend him to anyone needing body repair work!

If I could edit my review from 3 years ago I would, but it won't let me. I have had body repair and painting done before through another company, but never have I had issues with the paint chipping and peeling off before. You may think I hit something with my door, but that has not been the case. The paint job done on my vehicle was very poor. Unless they have a new painter, I'd steer clear of this company. They obviously didn't prep this new door properly. Their work does not hold up. At the bottom of my door, all along the trim, the paint is peeling.

I'll never go to a big advertising shop again. My car was involved in a hit and run, and Tim helped me out fixing my front bumper and back bumper. My family thought I traded in my car lol that's how good quality work Tim did. Thank you, Tim

Exceptional service-truly exceeded my expectations! Our son's door latch completely went out recently on his Cobalt, so it would not remain shut. I called a couple places but was treated with disinterest, especially since this was not an insurance clam. As they say, when one door closes a better one opens, and this was my experience by far. Tim the owner and all of the staff were courteous and helpful from the beginning to the end. They remain true to keeping prices affordable, and they had the car repaired within the day. Not to mention, they even straightened out his hood and fixed a door dent and made it look even nicer than when we got the car. (Yeah, he's a new driver, not a new car!). I cannot overstate how pleased I am with AQRCC. They will always have my business. Thank you all! People like you restore my faith in humanity.

Working with Tim was great. Honest and upfront about everything, kept me updated throughout the process, and those guys did a great quality job. Damage repair and parts swap looked great, and the paint job came out amazing. Finished a day ahead of schedule as well. Highly recommend working with Tim if you want an affordable quality job done.

Tim and the guys did a great job on my 4-Runner. Saw it for the 1st time in the bright sunlight and it absolutely sparkled. Looked better than when I took it off the dealer's lot. You absolutely cannot go wrong with them. Glad I went with a small business and dealt directly with the owner. Do not hesitate going to them!

We bought a new Volkswagen Atlas and one of my family members backed into the day we brought it home. Tim was so helpful in getting us in quickly, giving us a quote the day he seen it and getting it fixed very quick! They were very affordable and friendly. I already recommended a friend to them to get her car fixed and will continue to refer people!

We came across Affordable Quality Refinishing in an ad we received and we have been nothing but happy with their work. We had damage to our Jeeps exterior and it was fixed in the time quoted and for the amount quoted. No BS and no added fees or time. Dealing with the owner, Tim, was a wonderful experience. He was friendly and professional and kept in communication with us. We would recommend this business to anyone and we are very pleased with the outcome of the work that was done. We have had to use AQRCC twice and both times our cars came back like the accidents never happened and at an affordable price! They stand behind their word and provide great service. I can't say enough about Tim and his team. They are wonderful. I would recommend AQRCC to anyone and everyone who is in need! I usually don't review businesses but this time, well, I just had to let everyone know! These guys are trustworthy and very talented. I am so happy I found them when I did. A+++

When I took my old Mustang in for a paint job, I was scared there was no hope for her...She needed soo much work! Tim assured me they could make her look nice again. Well, when I saw her, I couldn't believe my eyes! She looks better now than the day she rolled off the showroom floor! Absolutely amazing! Great work! My parents have lived in Denver since the 80's, and a neighbor referred them to a gentleman to get their cars fixed/repaired when needed. Since then, they would only go to him because he did such a great job at an affordable price and you could TRUST him.I got into an accident and called the guy to find out that he had passed away and Tim would be the best person to fix my car. At first, it was a bummer because no one was as good as the guy who had passed - except TIM and his team! I can honestly say that they are both as incredible as one another. It was such a relief because we knew that it would be hard to find someone just as good, if not better and Tim couldn't have been a more perfect person to take over. Usually in this circumstance, you realize that you're just not going to find another person to do as good of a job, and luckily, we did.AQRCC is honest. They do an excellent job and provide the best customer service. You will know when your car is ready, and you will get updated on where they're at with the process. They make you feel like you're not just another customer, they truly want to help you get your car fixed at the best price and in the timeliest manner. Again - you cannot beat their prices.The process isn't as stressful because you know you're taken care of and in good hands. My family and I will never go anywhere else for any car repairs because you cannot beat AQRCC. HIGHLY recommended - consider yourself lucky if you happen to stumble upon this company! I grew up in the area and guarantee they're the best in town.

I was T-boned by an uninsured driver. My insurance sent me to Gerber for an estimate. I was then told they were booked until March and it was the end of November. That did not work for me, so I googled auto body repair and found AQRCC. They had the highest rating with the most reviewers so I gave them a call. Tim was such a pleasure to talk to. He seemed genuinely kind, had years of experience, and could get me in right away. He told me it would take him a week. There seemed to be a communication problem between Tim and my insurance company. I don't know if AQRCC has a lot of experience with working with them, but it seemed to be an issue. I finally lined him up with lady that had been helpful when I called, and things seemed to move forward. I was super patient with them, but I must say the communication could use improvement. The original estimate stated purchasing an OEM door. Apparently when the adjuster came to look at the car, they changed it to an after market door without my consent. Neither the insurance company nor Tim ever contacted me. *For anyone dealing with your insurance company, it is the vehicle's owner/policy holders responsibility to ensure you want only OEM replacement parts. Make them put it in writing, in your policy. I learned this the hard way.* So...3 weeks later I finally get a call saying my car was all done and ready to be picked up. I show up to get it, and Tim is not in the shop. I am handed my key, and I look at my door, and it is completely unacceptable. I'm actually in shock that they would even consider this a quality job. The door was crooked, and not flush. It was at least a 1/4" out from the rest of my car, and the door would not shut properly. There's paint on the plastic where they didn't do a good job cleaning, there was a scratch on the other door that never got painted, and a drip of paint under the handle. I refused to take my car. When I mentioned the scratch to Tim the next day, he said "that was there when you brought the car in". I guess he thought I was accusing him of scratching the door, but that wasn't the point. I don't recall having that scratch prior to the accident. If you're repairing, and repainting that door, and you see a scratch...why wouldn't you paint it? It was then that Tim informed me they switched to an aftermarket door. I called my insurance company and tell them the work is unacceptable, and I want an OEM door. Time goes by, a bunch of miscommunication between AQRCC and the insurance company, and I finally get a call saying they're going to get the door. Tim tells me it will only take 2-3 days. The plan was he'll get the door, paint it, and then call me to bring in my vehicle, and they'll touch up the issues I had before. He schedules an appointment and we move forward. I brought my car in that morning, Tim is not there, and his worker tells me they don't even have the door so I don't leave my car. Later I call, and Tim tells me I needed to leave my car. His plan now is he didn't want the door delivered until the car was there so they wouldn't have it setting around and possibly getting dented. What was supposed to be 2-3 days, ending up being 2 weeks! I'm sorry, but this is unacceptable. And the only way I found out any updates was by calling them, which I tried not to be bothersome. I really wanted to leave a raving review. Unfortunately I just can't. The lack of communication, the totally misleading time estimates, the fact that they seemed completely ok with the original "finished" work is shocking to me for a business who's job is auto body repair and has quality in the title. I will say after getting the OEM door, and the scratch and drip fixed, I am happy with how it looks now. I think they are capable of doing a good job, and they are more than willing to keep at it until you are happy. Since I'm satisfied with how it looks in the end, I gave them a 3 star review overall.

I was referred here by a friend and had an excellent experience working with Tim and his team. The quality of work was unmatched and I was in a time crunch to get things done quickly before heading out of town. He turned around everything in a week! Tims brother Art was also a pleasure to deal with and gave me a ride back to my place after dropping my car off. I would highly recommend this shop!

Tim is a great professional. Most so called auto body repair shops just order new parts and paint them. Tim does real repair work and knows what he is doing. Takes dents out and matched a pearl finish perfectly.He was $1,000 below closest competitor and came to Denver picked up my car, fixed it in 6 days and delivered it back to Denver. Thank you Tim!

I had an amazing experience with AQRCC. Tim really came through for me when I was in a bind. I feel that he went above and beyond what was expected and I don't know where I'd be, car wise, if they hadn't had such prompt work and constant communication. I had front end damage and some alignment damage after running into some snow. But, when they finished my car looked better than ever. I'm not sure about these previous people but I had a fabulous experience and would highly recommend their shop.

Affordable Quality Refinishing (or AQR, under a single individual named Tim L.), 2309 Lake Ave. Pueblo CO 81004 should now be classified as a criminal operation.In early May 2022, this individual was referred to us by Addison Auto Body (Holly St., Denver), our vehicle needing both external rear view mirrors replaced where my 2001 model was too old for Addison to work. Tim L. from AQR required up front payment for the parts which was provided where he proceeded to order the wrong parts. After weeks of tracking him down to confirm next steps (refund OR order of correct parts), AQR not once but four (4) times promised to send refund check back to us, $500.Having exhausted all efforts at further contact and receiving no 'check in the mail', our only recourse is filing a Police report, claim through our bank, online reviews as to protect you, the reader who may be considering doing business with this far less than reputable character, and the Better Business Bureau of Colorado.DO NOT CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY/INDIVIDUALService: General repairs & maintenance

I initially had my repairs scheduled at a different shop in Pueblo. However, after seeing a customer come in that wasn't happy about the work being done on his car, I decided to check elsewhere.I came across AQRCC on the internet, and seeing that they had a flawless reputation, I decided to give them a try. Now let me tell you, I'm not the easiest person to impress, so I was a little skeptical at first. But let me tell you, I'm glad I decided to go with these guys instead.Not only is the shop only about 2 blocks from my house, my car came back looking great. Not only was the price better then the other shop, they also went out of their way to do some extra stuff on the car. Tim kept his word, and now my car looks brand new again! Would definately recommend Tim and his guys to anyone looking for an honest, quality job .Thanks guys!

Brought my 20 year old truck in to AQRCC to refinish the hood which was badly faded from years of sun exposure. Tim made it look like new! I would definitely recommend AQRCC. Affordable, quality results, and service with integrity. Thank you Tim!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!I was quoted $2500 for paint and body work. When I arrived on October 5 2018 Tim said "You will not be happy with the results of our $2500 work. It's going to be $4000." I agreed to the new $4000 est. with base clear paint.Tim said the work would be done in 30-60 days. Early December I was told it would be done before Christmas. Tim called me Jan 25, 2019 and said the work was done. I got my trailer and drove 130 miles round trip for nothing. The vehicle looked horrible! No paint where it need paint and runs in the paint everywhere! Tim said "take it and bring it back after I was done reassembling it." And pay for it too. I payed the bill less $200, marked with yellow tape all the runs, sags, areas that were not painted at all and asked Tim to call me when everything was fixed. Feb 5 2019 Tim called and said the vehicle was ready for pick up FOR THE 2nd TIME.I got my trailer again drove the 130 miles again and even though I was still not happy with the work, I picked up the vehicle. I asked for the left over paint so I could use it to paint the roll bar and I was given SINGLE stage paint! NOT THE BASE CLEAR PAINT JOB THAT I HAD AGREED TO AT THE ADDITIONAL $1500 COST. I was not going to give them a 3rd chance!I had to paint the inside of both fenders, the floor and both kick panels myself. After assembling the vehicle. I took it to a competent body shop on June 5 2019 and they had to do body work and paint to the driver's door, sand out 7 more runs and sags in the paint, repaint the dr rocker, dr door and lower rear of both bed sides. ALL AT AN ADDITIONAL $1000 COST TO ME!I spoke to Tim on June 18,2019 and he is not willing to compensate me for the HORRIBLE job his shop did or the ADDITIONAL $1000 I paid to have a competent body shop fix their mistakes.

* Fraud alert !!!! Do not bring your vehicle here. This guy Tim is a liar and a fraud. He over promises and under delivers. I brought my car in for minor paint and body work. Tim told me He would have it done In a week! Now over a month later I barely got my car back. He was supposed to replace my old bumper with a new bumper - I found out he used my old bumper and was unwilling to reduce the price. He never calls the customer to keep them informed or updated on the progress despite being way past the timeframes he agreed upon. He keeps making excuses and lied to my face. I decided to make a surprise visit, he told me the car was being sanded and started the bodywork. I asked if I can see the car. He was reluctant, but allowed me to see it. The car had not been touched!!! Needless to say he is a liar, and a fraud. After speaking with his employees, I found out he is behind on the rent and is not paying them what he owes. Countless RED FLAGS !!! Not sure how this guy remains in business. Do not go here, I just hope no one experiences what I did - what comes around goes around.

I had a positive experience with this shop! I was referred to this auto body shop, took my Jeep in for hail damage with 90% hail damage. They were very pleasant and nice, they had my car for 3 weeks. I've got to say, I was pleased with the quality of work done to my car. It looked like new again! I would hands down go there again and refer others to this shop!

We once again were in need of some auto body work and knew AQRCC was the place to go. We were given a very fair estimate of the cost for the repair as well as the time for the work to be completed. They provide quality workmanship, and the repairs were completed sooner than estimated. The staff is very friendly and we would highly recommend this company to anyone needing auto body repair.

hello my 2011 Chevy Malibu recently got t-boned, took it to Tim and his team and was very impressed the way they handle business very professional and had my car done in timely manner it's like my car was never in a accident. Called and left a message for a quote. Was emailed back to send pics and call them back. Called and was told to text. Sent pictures and left a couple of text messages. Never heard back till I messaged and said the customer service isn t very good. Finally got a text back, no problem, good luck. On to the next one. Can t support local businesses if the customer service is not good.

I have never had a better experience dealing with a small business!! Their pricing is beyond reasonable and fair!! They probably under bid the job, but kept true to their quote and devoted the additional time required to do a superlative job!!! Some places might have compromised on the quality of work if they underbid the job--not Affordable!! They did all the work and more because they are committed to excellence and helping people out!! And the quality of their work is exemplary!! Cannot say enough about this extraordinary business!!
