Very clean store. Employees were taking all precautions for the Coronavirus. Sam and Matt were very knowledgeable, friendly and concerned about my issues I was having with my RX-8. Thanks guys. I'll be back

This store is massive- really big with lots of product! I wish they had more trailer items- especially with their location being right off I25- and 25 being a thorough fare for RV's. Especially on Sundays- when a lot of the specialty travel trailer shops are closed.Why 3 stars? Because of the customer service. It was clear the employees did not want to be there, they did not want to answer questions, and there was a lack of professionalism and friendliness.

A lady who was very knowledgeable about auto parts and compatability, didn't have my part in stocks, but allowed us to checkout anyways and had the part waiting for us at the sister store a few miles away.Very appreciated.Highly recommended!

Ordered parts. No communication about when they would arrive. When I did finally get to pick them up, I received one right part, one wrong part and another part that miraculously showed up. Understand things happen but two trips to Pueblo from Manzanola, with gas prices, made for an expensive alternator change out.

I needed a new battery. I own a Ford Escape, which has nothing on it that is easy to do, including the battery. The employees, Lisa and Gabe, replaced the old battery and air filter, even though it was recommended that I take to the dealership. This saved me hundreds of dollars and a ton of time, which was important to me because we were from out of town. Thank you Advanced Auto Parts, I am extremely grateful to you.

Had the good fortune of having my friend s car battery go out on me while I was borrowing their car.., fortunately, Patti fixed me up with a new battery, installed it, mind you in 100 * heat! She deserves a FAT Christmas bonus and a raise!

They always are very helpful with info. Manger went out his way to call employee that was off the clock to give me accurate info for a purchase. I Give 10 stars if I could Keep up the good work fellas.

Overall the selection here is pretty good for an Advance Auto Parts. I got to say though, I see a lot of signs of the building needing maintenance that it clearly has not received. The staff here was friendly and prompt and helped me find exactly what I needed, even if i was a little vague about what I was looking for. I do think their staff should be just a smidge more informed, however, as if I ask questions about prior orders and stuff related to the store, as opposed to parts, they often come up drawing a little bit of a blank.So Overall: 4/5Staff: 4/5Cleanliness and Maintenance: 3/5Prices: 4/5Selection: 4/5

The service here is really good. The staff go out of their way to help you. Almost in a way that it feels pushy. I'd rather just shop around and look at oil prices myself, but the lady insisted she pick it out for me. I ended up with higher quality oil than I needed which cost a heck of a lot more than cheaper oil at Wal-Mart.

I won't be back to the store! The clerk wouldn't even let me wash my hands that were covered in coolant after I just bought a bunch of parts and fluid.

Walked in 5min til closing time, guy returned my item no hassle and unfortunately they couldn't get me the alternator I needed for warranty swap but he informed me the Southside location has it and can go the following business day(this was the night before Thanksgiving) hence the 4 star. Great location so far I've always been treated great here and the guys have been very helpful!

Item I wanted was in stock. Store clerk went out of his way to help a customer with their car outside. Would have been nice for the second clerk to have shown up to help me but I had to wait.

Phillips 66 is a good place.Dude this one got robned while we were walking up to it!The clerk handled everything well.Other than that . its a good storw and good setup .Clerks hace good boundaries with store respect.

This Advanced Auto Parts store puts the rest to shame. After living in pueblo for years I have went to a lot of Advanced Auto parts stores and other stores in general .. everytime I go to these other ones it is hit or miss to find someone knowledgeable. Most have no idea and fake the funk or mislead customers.. but NOT AT THIS store... Absolutely stands out from the rest. Noe helped me and it was an experience I will remember. Customer for life. Joe Angel is my family mechanic and he recommended this one to me as well.. now I know why!!! They truly care about their customers.

Decent part store, typically not the first place I go, however they do occasionally have a tool I need.They always have a Spanish speaking employee which is great for this location.

For best results look up you own parts online screen shot the part number. Also bring your Vin and year make and model maybe the old part and hope you can convince the employee behind the counter to help you. There will probably be a wait with no public restroom so make sure you stop somewhere along the way. Or consider alternative part store that pretends to want your business.

I am absolutely grateful that Jonathon has been my parts guy for a couple of years going on now. He is always so kind/helpful to me an my family. Give this man a RAISE! Because he is so awesome at his job.

Headlight burned out of my company car. It's a bad image, especially if you work for a driving school. The guys had the part I needed and the tools to swap it out. Great employees at this store. It wasn't long before I was fixed up and legally on my way.

I went to Auto Zone and they wouldn't come outside to look at the part on my truck I needed, so I went to Advanced Auto where Jay C helped me. He came out and looked at the part, found the part in the store, and then put it on for me. It really made my day better.
