Trash, employees, manager, absolutely trash. Manager on shift decided it was a good idea to get in my face when I asked his name, white out dude just walked away like a coward. I understand its not their responsibility to help anyone. They are too busy doing nothing in the back of the store. They can't even be bothered to help a 5' 2" lady take the bolts off her tire so she can change it herself. Obviously their job is so important they can't be torn away from their circle-jerk. Got a video of it, please contact me Owner, Regional Manager, whatever, I would like to pass that video along.

Nate at advance auto and his buddy s are amazing I had a battery issue that they were able to pin point and help get me in tomorrow for a brand new one and charged my car up as much as we could today so I could safely drive back home to the springs very friendly and professional staff that make you feel welcomed and actually taken care of and not robbed of you hard working money , they ran a free diagnostic and free battery charge for me today and I couldn t of been more blessed for all there help in my state of panic on my baby my car highly recommend this store to anyone with car needs or fixes top of the line services

Today's service was really good. Bought a new battery and they did a good job installing for no charge. Had it not been the second time I had to go there, that would be all too say. Previous day they couldn't do the install since they only had one customer rep working. Really? Seems two would be a minimum just for safety sake.

I lost my gas cap. Went in the store, this gentleman greeted me named Demetri. He helped me look for a new one. I had issues locking it. He came outside and helped me! Awesome customer service. I will return!

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Always seem to have what it is I need when I go in. If I have any questions they will go out and have a look and let me know what it is I might need and if they have it. I have been going there for a while and have good experiences with the business.

As soon as I entered the store, Demitri greeted me courteously. As a paying customer, I appreciate such acknowledgement whenever I go into a place of business. In fact, I will always turn around and leave a place of business if the employees ignore me. This is the best parts store I have ever shopped at. Thanks very much! He helped me by quickly accessing all available windshield wipers, went out to my car to double check if the wipers would fit, and installed them for me.

I still find it a bit weird how they have the storage boxes to space the customers even further from the cashier during checkout. It's not that bad, but I do think it's completely pointless and just makes the process a tiny bit more difficult. But in the end, they had everything in stock that I needed and decent prices so, 4 stars.

I went into advanced auto today was unsure what oil I needed for my vehicle an employee by the name of Demetrius greated me professionaly and was more than helpful with helping me choose the right oil for my suv he also explained in detail how to read my oil dipstick levels and was helpful with assisting me with pouring my oil I will definitely return to this store for his great professionalism. Five Star rating

I have a loyalty account at the other airo parts store that also starts with an A, but this one is conveniently located near the South side and downtown, so I always end up here.I'm glad I do because they always have what I need, and the employees are very polite and helpful even when I have no idea what I am looking for--usually.

Bought a product here. 7 months in and product is faulty. Manager (poor customer service) says its 'my driving habits' (my fault). Car hasn't been driven over 11K miles since service. warranty is for 60K. Car has been used for summer travel (like barely starting). My 'driving habits' have only been less and less aggressive with age lol. Manager had a IDGAF kind of attitude. Well buddy, go fly a kite! You're giving Pueblo a bad rap

Not all Advance Auto Parts are the same. Advance Auto use to be my place to go when I needed parts but after my experience with this store in Pueblo, I will shop around. My service today lacks friendliness, knowledge, and customer service. I will not be back to this store.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My mother called this place about 2 weeks ago and asked them if they could replace the battery in her truck, the lady asked what kind of truck it was and agreed to replace the battery with no problem. Of course life happens and she wasn t able to go and get it replaced. So we went today and the men were rude and told us they refuse to have service with us even though we were told a job like this was no problem to work with. The men who work here have no respect for their customers. I recommend going anywhere else but here.

Staff could be better trained, not very skilled at parts lookup. Counter person spent 15 minutes looking up a part for me. I got tired of waiting and left

Exceptional service! Kyle and Austin were more than helpful in finding what I needed, along with giving pointers and advice in installing it in the parking lot while my truck broke down driving through Pueblo from out of town. Unfortunate that my truck broke down on my trip, but so lucky I was so close to this store. Kyle and Austin were very knowledgeable and professional and got me back on the road in no time, thanks guys!!

Advance is usually the place I get all mine and my clients car needs. However the last time I walked in to get a few parts I ended up arguing with an employee then manager to price match a few parts from an online website. Both employees fought tooth and nail but then finally relented to giving me the discount after calling a different store. I escalated the issue up through corporate and was promised a call back in 24 hours and have not received a call back from the store and it has been over a week. I was very disappointed and will not go back or recommend any of my family or clients to shop there from now on.

Kyle and Austin were super helpful. The fuel pump on our truck went out while on our way from Denver to Santa Fe NM. We got help to get out truck towed at this location and they were super helpful and helped us get our truck running and back on the road.

This place is garbage. I wish I could put zero stars. They messed up on giving me brakes for my car like 4 times in the matter of a couple days. I would never go here again. The staff treated me like I am the one that messed up. Extremely rude and very unhelpful. Don't waste your time or money hear

The store was clean and easy to social distance. They added a second make shift counter in front of the original one in order to make it easier for the customers and employees to stay 6ft appart.
