This shop is AMAZING! Quality work, soo much knowledge of Harleys annd can do damn near everything. super thorough. It is worth the trip to Pueblo FOR SURE! Andy, Andy Jr and K know their stuff! Help with part #s and shipped tires directly to them. You won t find a better shop! Don t take my word for it! Call them! Changed tires, plugs, inspected everything and clean the air filter didn t break the bank! AT all! What I paid for everything, other shops wanted just for ONE tire. Easy to find shop! (I heard they can even fix quads) thank you!! Follow them on tik tok too!

They went out of the way to help a stranded biker. I have never had such competent and enthusiastic service. Truly a great Mom and Pop establishment! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic service will go back anytime need work. Speedy and professional. Took bike back for a nasty gremlin code. Dreaded p0113. They took the time and figured it out. I will be back for any work on need on any of my three motorcycles. Been there twice and always a great family experienceServices: Electrical repair, TiresServices: Electrical repair, Tires

First of all nice family. They all love motorcycling. It shows. They took us back to the hotel after dropping off our bikes. To keep this short, we expected two days worth of work, they finished in a day. They knew we were passing through and would be putting in miles on the bikes. They serviced accordingly. 150 miles later, I feel confident. Patronize them. I feel like we ve established a relationship.

I bought a set of handle bars and took them here to have them installed. The bars were too short but they installed them anyway without telling me. The first time I turned the bike to the right, the throttle cables chipped the paint on my tank (see photo). I will NEVER use this business again!!!Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Like other reviews, I was stranded on a road trip and this place took the time to repair my bike with what they had. I took off and when I broke down again, they came with a trailer and took the bike back. Then gave me a ride to a rental car place so I could home. I bought the part for them and had it direct shipped and they installed the next day. Great mom & pop place. I've used places like this before so I understand the frustration of other who say they take too long or it wasn't done right. However, when you're in a pinch this is one of the places that will go out of their way to help- maybe that's the reason why some of you are waiting for your repairs. Sorry.

My dad took his bike in, because gas was leaking into his oil. We have used them before and they always fixed his bike. Well, first they keep the bike for 3 months!! They always said waiting for parts. We paid them off in the first month. Still had to wait 3 months. Finally, we get his bike back. It s running, however we bring it home just to find out it s leaking oil. They told us to bring it back in. So we did. They kept it another week. We bring it home again. Still there is an oil leak. So when my dad calls again to let them know it s still leaking. They tell him they have no idea why it is leaking. There s nothing they can do about it. They were rude and didn t want to help him anymore. We took the bike to our other mechanic and he found the problem right away and had it fixed within an hour! He said all they had to do was open the cover and tighten the fuel pump. They told him they didn t know why his bike was leaking. They have no idea what they are doing, much less we re very rude. They kept his bike most of the summer and they didn t fix the problem at all. We will never go back.

We purchased tires in Amarillo and needed front and rear tires installed on my 2006 Street Glide on our way to Sturgis 2022 and Andy fit us in for the install on a short notice as we were passing thru to the event. Andy gave us an estimate on installation time and we were on the road again in 3 hours since he had a similar customer ahead of us. Several shops needed from 2 to 3 day installation time due to employee shortage. Excellent price and service with a smile from Andy and crew - good old fashion customer service. Thank you Andy for accommodating us on our trip. We got to go see the Royal Gorge Bridge as well while bike was getting new tires.Service: Tires

My brother used A and K for his ATV engine repair. They had the ATV for over a year, always telling him they needed parts. My brother located the parts needed and were purchased. After completion of the repair the ATV engine leaked oil and water from every orifice after the first 15 minutes of use. Returned ATV for warranty work. A and K said they tightened bolts, nuts and hoses. Returned to my brother and after 15 more minutes of use the engine popped and leaked oil from lower engine area. Took ATV to Fremont Motor Sports and they verified engine was destroyed after investigating found head and valve bolts missing, along with numerous internal hardware loose. A and K is not what they used to be! Beware of their work. Go somewhere else for your needed repairs!

Great lil Mom and Pop (and son) shop. Don't let the little building discourage you. They put 2 tires on my Harley quickly! I dropped of at 10:30a and they called to let me know it was done at 3p. I would definitely recommend them. Prices are great also.

Was on a cross country trip in 2021, had my rear tire flat, it ruined tube and outer tire, called bunch of services in Pueblo and no one had time to take me in or even deal with me in next couple days, called A&K, they said bring the motorcycle in and we will figure everything out, had my bike towed to their place, his wife gave me a ride to Colorado Springs to get a new tire, offered me lunch while I was waiting, installed tire, balanced it, cleaned and waxed my chain and had me back on the road in couple hours, all hands down, wonderful family business from my experience!

Called and asked them if they could get my tire fixed before the weekend. They said they would be able to do it tomorrow (Friday) or Saturday if I wanted. My bike turned out to be a little harder to work on then they expected but they didn't charge me extra labor. They stayed to their estimate and seemed like a good family run shop. I'll be using them again in the future.

I was riding from Illinois to Arizona and it became apparent that my tires weren't going to make the whole trip. These guys were great in getting me back in the saddle again and super friendly. They knew that I was traveling so they put me first in the queue for service. I dropped the bike off, had breakfast across the street, and within a couple of hours my new tire was mounted. The price was very reasonable. Its important to note that they are open on Mondays, which is very uncommon among motorcycle shops. As luck would have it I rolled into Pueblo Sunday evening and they were the only shop in town that I could find to service my bike on Monday. If you are particular about the tire you need, I would suggest you call and make arrangements in advance. Otherwise you may have to settle for a different tire then what you would like.

This guy changed the front two tires on my wife's Piaggio three-wheel scooter. Way out of balance on ride home to CS above 60mph. Since wife doesn't ride above 55mph around town we didn't do anything until recently when we took it to a Denver dealer (Erico Motorsports). Talked to both: A&K says they do an "inner bead balance" (and found it "outrageous" I was calling about the issue two years after the fact, then went silent and wouldn't talk any further - nice customer service dude!). Erico says they do standard exterior weights on rims b/c inner bead balance hard to get right requiring removing/refitting tires repeatedly if balance "off". They also test ride every bike, which apparently A&K didn't do on ours or they would have noticed issue. A&K will never see another one of my bike's again. The mechanic is incompetent and rude.Service: Tires

2 weeks after having my bike serviced by the "big name" bike shop in town i had it fall apart on me driving down the road. I managed to limp my bike to A&K and they really took care of me. They found a bunch of issues and were very easy to work with. I'll be taking my bike back to these guys from now on. Prices were amazing!!!

Great folks! I highly recommend this shop. I had a tire go bad on a trip from Texas to northern Colorado. Tire was swapped and I was back on the road in a jiffy! They even gave me lots of advice on which roads were the best to ride on my way. If I were local this would become my new "go to" shop!!!

We have known them for a few years here. They are a fantastic business, great customer service and plenty of conversation while you wait. They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to repairing motorcycles, quick and efficient with really generous pricing on all your motorcycle needs. I am sure they will be around for a very long time. A&K is the best place we have been to here in Pueblo Colorado

I took my CBR600RR there middle of May to get a fork seal job done. They were very responsive and timely. I got my bike back same day and had noticed my fork seals were very STIFF. (Riding your bike so long you know exactly how it acts, feels, rides.) I immediately took the bike back and was told more than 5 times by the OWNER "HEAD MECHANIC" "thats the way the bike is supposed to feel, ride, act. He then proceeded to tell me that i should take the bike home and ride it for a couple days and bring it back the day after memorial day if i still dont like it and we would go from there. Instead i took the forks appart myself only to realize there is almost no fork oil, the seals were reused and the dust boots were also reused. This "may have been an accident" but i will no longer use A&K services and most definitely will NOT recommend them to any friends or family or passers-by for that matter.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Had to get new tires. The size was a little odd and typically more expensive. They took the time to look through all their resources and found good tires at a good price. As soon as they came in they replaced them in no time. Quick and easy.

A&K was recommended by another shop, they went the extra mile to get a friend and myself back on the road with minimal down time, they put the bike right on the lift and swapped a tire out, gave great advice for enjoying the highways and byways of Colorado on motorcycle, and all for a competitive price. I HIGHLY recommend A&K!! Thank you very much Andy, Karri, and Andy Jr.!!

I've always had good experiences here. Ive had multiple bikes through here and they have been knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They have very reasonable labor rates that are hard to beat.

This is just the best place to have your bike worked on. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, I trust their work, it's done quickly, and I'm never overcharged. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Not good.... I took my business here in an effort to support the local small business and I deeply regret it! Had a new tire installed and bearings swapped out on a brand new wheel (worth $500+). Now the Rim lip is dented and scratched in several places, caliper side hub is bent and nicked where the caliper seats & the bearings are not properly installed/spaced. So Hopefully the wheel is still usable but at the least I have to buy a new bearing kit, pay Outpost HD approx. $200 to repair properly and now the wheel looks used... They did tell me they will stand behind their work and to bring the wheel back but no thank you. Lesson learned.....

Don't go there. It took them 9 moths to do a handle bar job that they said would only take 8 weeks. I went there thinking I would have a professional job done to my bike. Everything was rigged with tape instead of a fine chrome finish how they promised.
