For a small town r v dealer they have quite an operation here. They have a real nice repair shop although that's not what I was there for. I was and still in in the market for a new lance sixteen eighty five. The salesman there is excellent

Awesome experience. My wife and I visited Holiday many times over the course of months to decide on which RV would be right for us. Dean was very patient every time we visited and helped us view each RV. He never pressured us and never tried to sway us in any direction but just provided the needed info about each RV. When we finally decided on our purchase and came to pick up the RV Yvonne was very informative in the walk thru and although we had owned many RV s she took great care in making sure that we were comfortable with our new rig. Can t say enough about what a great experience we had at Holiday RV.

We showed up on a day they were closed but the owner, Steve, was there and let us see campers. He was ready to sell us something if we really wanted something. But the trailer we were interested in wasn't on the lot. He didn't try to pressure us into something we didn't want. He was able to find the model that we wanted at the factory, but was slated for another dealership. He made a deal to have it delivered here instead. They were very helpful with financing. We had bought a new hitch, but it was too low. Since it was new, they traded for the right size. We got a very thorough orientation. We noticed that some of the overhead cabinet doors were loose and they tightened them before we drove it away. Would definitely recommend them.

Needed to replace a broken c-Jack coupler on my 1915 Lance camper. Holiday RV did not have one in stock, so they did some research and found one and ordered a couple for me. It will be mailed to me when they get the part. The lady who helped me was very pleasant and helpful. Couldn t be more satisfied. I first went to the Lance dealer in Denver since that dealership is closer to where I live. They were not helpful at all and made no effort to find the part I needed. From now on I will go to Holiday RV for any issues with my Lance. By the way, it s one of the best campers on the market. I ve had almost no problems with it since I purchased it in 2016.

Great experience. We worked with Steve and Dean on the long distance purchase of our new fifth wheel. They took the time and made the effort to ensure our questions were answered before our travel to Poncha Springs. Very knowledgeable staff and they work hard to earn your business.

Our salesman, David was wonderful! He was low key and not high pressure. The owner, Steve was really friendly and made our "deal" work. When we picked up the camper, Yvonne gave us a very thorough orientation and was very friendly. I would highly recommend the dealership!!

Everyone we met at Holiday RV was friendly, welcoming and helpful. David Davidson was our sales rep and very knowledgeable about the Outdoor RV brand. We really appreciated his patience as we viewed 6 or 7 models before selecting the perfect one for us. Yvonne was extremely helpful and efficient with our paperwork. The whole dealership feels like a family and made us feel special. Thank you Holiday RV team!

Holiday RV is a wonderful place to purchase an RV from. Joy is very easy to deal with on the sales aspect. Yvonne is amazing for everything from the walk through of the RV and through the paperwork. Highly recommend for anyone to deal with Holiday RV.

Poor support and GM isn t about local, like she says Cousins RV in Wheatridge is next closest, I found that cares and will help when it matters. If your in a pitch they do have some parts, but warranty help is 50/50.

I highly recommend the holiday RV team. I recently purchased my second Lance camper from Brion. Absolute pleasure to work with and great customer service. I want to thank Brion, Joy, Dean, Yvonne and Wade.. you guys rock! 5 stars for sure

If I could give ten stars I would. This selection is far beyond anything Denver or any place down the hill has. Classy . No pressure from sales staff. If you haven't looked at arby's in 10 years like us, you're really should plan and outing and come and see the amazing upscale inventory they have.

We came from Denver to look at a specific model we had decided on after a lot of research. We were not ready to purchase at the time but Brion worked with us to hold our dream until we were able to get the deal done. They went out of their way to make everything happen for us before and after the sale without high pressure sales tactics.Highly recommend this dealership and the people working there.

Traveled from Missouri to pickup our Lance 825. Worked with Brion via email / phone in advance who made the whole deal totally painless and professional with no surprises or BS. Highly recommend A++. I have always religiously avoided purchasing anything from any dealer like the plague due to the drama and games that are always played. Not so here, would happily deal with Holiday / Brion again.

We first visited Gander RV in Wheat Ridge, CO - the experience was pleasant but nothing compared to the great experience we had at Holiday RV. Brion, Jim and Dara made us feel at home and were very friendly and personable. They let us take our time and even stuck around after work hours to let us explore the different trailers/RVs and so we could find the right one for us. They went above and beyond what is expected, and for that the staff at Holiday RV deserve a 5/5. Would definitely recommend and will refer friend and family to this dealership.

I was 2,000 miles from home and had a major mechanical issue with my camper. Holiday RV helped me trade it in for a new camper IN 3 DAYS! Dean my salesman and Blake my tech were all hands on deck to get me setup. I would suggest them for a new camper 100%.1 year update: Great place to buy a camper, not a great place to get one fixed. Although I haven t had many experiences with dealer repairs, it took 3 visits from Ohio to have warranty work done. First time they ordered or received the wrong windows. No problem let s reschedule, I ll drive back out in the summer. The second appointment they needed 2 days when we originally worked it out to have it done in one day. We traveled from Ohio and we re staying in our camper. They called at 3pm and said they can t get to it, find a place to stay. They didn t care at all, especially Dara. She actually yelled at me. Third appointment they replaced 2 windows under warranty. When they did replace the windows they broke my interior window valance, installed it so crooked I can t use my window shade anymore, and now my door won t close. They just don t have the quality staff they need for service, I m sorry.

Holiday RV is where we purchased our Outdoors RV travel trailer. They have been a real treat to interface with over the last 5 years that we have visited their facility. From 2017 to 2020, we stopped about once per year to tire kick and look at their products. All of those visits were completely stress free; that includes both the sales team and sales manager. I recall on one visit, we had a few questions, so we went to the sales manager. She opened up several rigs that mostly met the criteria of what we were looking for. She also directed us to a few cheaper models that would have better met our mission.Fortunately, we did these looking trips as once covid started in 2020, the inventory plummeted and they no longer had examples of all of the floor plans on their lot. Since we knew we wanted an Outdoors RV, we were able to look on the ORV website and pick a Floorplan that would fit us. We ordered it in January 2021 and picked it up in December 2021. ORV runs a production line of a Floorplan, and there could be quite a bit of time before that specific Floorplan is built again.I recommend Holiday RV!

Doc Holiday RV in Poncha Springs, CO. !! I cannot begin to express my frustration with this business! I bought a high end awning from Carefree of Colorado to go on my living quarters horse trailer and had it installed at Holiday south in South Fork Colorado (they are an authorized distributor of carefree of Colorado) . They scheduled me several months out from From August till December and then put it on improperly. The awning is automatic but will not extend without a thrust by hand when it is extended. The automatic gust protection retractor was not installed. The Bluetooth was not hooked up to it and worst of all, the Aluma shield projects up about 6 inches before it comes down to wrap the awning when it is in travel mode. Not content with the way it was installed, I sought for another authorized dealer for Carefree of Colorado and went to Poncha Springs in July. They assured me that they could fix the issue of my awning. So I was scheduled for an appointment on a Saturday six or seven weeks later in early September . The week prior to the appointment they rescheduled and moved me ahead one day on a Friday Causing me to reschedule a doctors appointment. I showed up early for the appointment in Poncha Springs. They informed me an hour and a half later that they did not have enough time to make the changes to the awning on the trailer! The technician had other plans to go hunting and told me to reschedule in the office. When I returned home, I went to Maverik and replaced the fuel that I had used in my truck while pulling my trailer it was $180. They rescheduled my appointment for Friday the 28th of October at 9 o clock. I got a call from them today the 27th of Oct telling me that we could not help me! I spent $180 in diesel fuel going up six weeks ago without any results, wasting an entire day of my time. Furthermore, waiting six more weeks for them to reject servicing my awning! I cannot believe that an authorized distributor and dealer could be so incompetent! I have completely lost time from July until now trying to find a competent authorized dealer that can complete the installation the way it was designed. I would never recommend either one of these businesses, especially, Holiday in Poncha Springs after what they did me! They are not dependable or trustworthy! Bob BoothAlamosa, Co.

This was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had in purchasing anything from a dealership. The price was right, the service was great and the staff was outstanding. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a quality RV. The service department was top notch and the job was the best work you could ask for.
