Very well put together organization they have going on. Well kept new machines. The 8 hour ride was full of beauty and wildlife. Highly recommend. Stayed in hotel west of there 20 minutes, later learned they accommodate overnight stays right there on the property. Well be doing that next time. Not highly flooded we people which was relaxing and a positive for us.Side note, very nice local bar for after the ride!!

Definitely worth it. For the full day rental of the 2-seat Polaris ($500 with taxes), you get a day PACKED with fun. The trail network near Pitkin is world class, the Polaris ATV can handle anything. Great mix of easy roads and more thrilling/scary sections. Rental process was simple, GPS system works great to keep you on track. It is nice to go out by yourself and not be with a tour group. Highly recommend if you are interested in trying ATV.

Can't say enough good things about Silver Plume Rentals and the service that Cory offers. The highlight of our trip to Colorado each year is renting RZRs from Silver Plume and exploring the national forrest.The machines are always the latest models and in immaculate condition even when we rent in the fall. It was an awsome surprise to see that the latest models had GPS navigation. Cory was able to recommend a full day of trails and load them in the GPS for us. On top of that, the navigation let us see where our friends were at in their RZR, no more waiting to see if everyone is keeping up. There was even a messaging system that let us alert the other RZRs.Can't wait to come visit again. It's such a fun experience and the business is run by a great group of people.

Great rental of a RZR 1000. Good machine, great condition. The briefing on use and route was outstanding. has GPS device to signal for help. which is an added perk. we didn't need it but it comforting to know. The professionalism in checkin and checkout was great, very fair and upfront. lastly. The route and this area is just beautiful. 100% WORTH IT.

We rented a rzr from silver plume over the July 4th week and we had wonderful service. Picking up was easy and quick and drop off was just as easy. Wonderful service by the owner (family owned) they have a great little shop with cute shirts we picked up. Everyone is so nice, highly recommend. We told everyone we ran into to head there for a rental. We will be back

This is a well run family business. Our group of 15 can t wait till next year to rent from here again. We did a 1/2 day and will do a full day next time. Make sure you fill out all the waivers before you arrive, that way you are out exploring right on time. We only used about $15 of gas in 4hrs. Also would recommend wearing/bringing a neck gaiter, goggles and wind proof jacket in case it is dusty.

Had an amazing time. Rental for full day was fair price and with Bluetooth and GPS built in made the ride even better. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

We really enjoyed our 2-seater rental for a half-day drive to Mirror Lake. Cory was really helpful and Pitkin is a favorite destination for us always. We're looking forward to coming back to Pitkin and renting from Cory and Silver Plume Rentals again soon!

Had a blast on a 4 hour RAZR excursion with my wife and 2 kids. Corey was super helpful in assisting us to plan our afternoon and program the recommended routes into the GPS. And on his guidance we were even able to spot Moose grazing near a creek. We had a very fun afternoon. Highly recommend.

Awesomeness all around! What an amazing way to see so much Colorado National Forest. Thanks for loaning us a RZR for the day Cory, for making us feel like friends borrowing your ATV, and especially for all the excellent tips to get us underway making the most of our day. Its amazing what these machines can do to allow access all over the park. This was our first time staying in this part of Colorado and we will certainly be back. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this trip and our Silver Plume (rentals, area and even the grill) experience is a large part of that.

We did a full day rental, and would have loved to have gone back for more. Such a great experience from the website, to the personal phone call the day before telling us of a route change due to flooding in the area, to great equipment. We had a phenomenal experience, and would 100% recommend renting here to everyone we know.

Good place to rent a ATV. Cory does a great job with taking good care of his equipment, and making sure everyone understands what is expected. He has a nice little store there, and easy access to the trails.

Our family booked a quick getaway to Colorado on a whim and stayed in Keystone. We later decided we wanted to do a day-long RZR rental and explore some of the trails around the area. Unfortunately, we were unable to book something close to Keystone due to being last minute. This is where it gets good, though! We found Silver Plume Rentals in Pitkin that had everything we were looking for. So much so that we braved a 3 1/2 hour drive at 4am to get there for the ride. We could not have been more pleased! Cory runs a fantastic shop in a great area of Colorado. He has great machines and phenomenal rates. I d say if this is what you are looking for, waste no time and effort searching other outfits and book a time here. You will NOT be disappointed! Thanks Cory for the excellent adventure the family and I will most certainly be back!

This place is tucked away in a remote location, but it's worth the extra effort. The staff was awesome. I would suggest that you read as much as possible about this ride before booking. I'm a novice and was expecting a novice trail riding experience. I was definitely not prepared for a serious off road experience. A large majority of this trail ride is what I would describe as mild, but there are about 2 miles of the trail that are difficult. Just take your time and enjoy the ride! Their machines are basically like new and are very capable of tackling these trails. I would definitely recommend this business if you are looking for an adventure in the mountains.

Cory was an awesome small business owner and provided top notch customer service!!! The day long rental was our family s highlight of our vacation even though we were out in 40 degree rainy weather. Silver Plume Rentals was recommenced to me by a coworker as the easiest, low key rental location we could experience and Cory did not disappoint. My wife appreciated the safety and security of the onboard navigation and GPS locator that was provided for emergency situations. The country store had a wide variety of t-shirts and sweatshirts along with a variety of basic snacks. Awesome Experience!!

Side by side we rented was in excellent condition! Very friendly owner and staff! GPS with marked routes was great since not familiar with trails at all. Daughter loved the large selection of t shirts in store also.

Top notch customer service, family run business. Machines were all current year model and meticulously maintained. And oh boyyy they are FAST! No ragged out rentals here. Cory gave us great info and tips on where to ride and what to see. Can t recommend them enough.

Cory runs a great business. His machines are excellent if you are looking to rent, and he can repair or upgrade your personal machine. My family has been using his business for at least 4 years, and have incredible experiences time and time again.

What an amazing experience. First the staff. Courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, very safety oriented. The machine. Newer model, plenty of power, easy to operate and the benefits of having a better than average gps that allows to follow the topo and contours. For the views, bumps, occasional splash of mud and water I can t think of a better way to spend a day. Do yourself a favor and go see these folks. You will have a blast and take away some incredible memories. Take only photographs and leave only memories. Best of luck for the upcoming season.RegardsThe other Neil

4 hr rental to trip up to Mirror Lake CO. Equipment was clean and in perfect working order. Staff was friendly and quick. No paperwork, all electronic was super fast. You are in your vehicle and rolling before you know it! Highly Recommend!!!

Silver Plum was fantastic to rent from. A big advantage is one does not have to return the unit at night if you are renting for the next day
