These guys are awesome! Took our car in for a tuneup/checkup. They had it checked out in no time and said everything looked great and no work needed. They did a diagnostic test and everything. No charge!! Highly recommend them and we will be coming back for any future work.

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My mechanic referred me to Chris at RMAutohaus to get my alignment done before driving to Alaska in a couple days. I dropped by the shop with no notice, and Chris came up and greeted us. I let him know the situation and that I didn t expect to be taken care of that same day, but would just like to make an appointment for sometime before my road trip to AK. He dropped what he was doing and took care of my car then and there. It was the fastest alignment I have ever had done. Even better, he went through every measurement from the entire alignment, explained what each of them meant, and how he adjusted them. Chris is seriously the best. He was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I 100% recommend this shop.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

I would be more than happy to write a positive review about the amazing afterhours work and effort that Chris, who works at Rocky Mountain Autohaus in Colorado, has put in.Chris is truly an exceptional business owner who goes above and beyond for his customers. I recently had some issues with my car and was in desperate need of some repairs. I called Rocky Mountain Autohaus during business hours, but unfortunately, they were fully booked for the day. Chris, however, did not let that stop him from helping me out. He offered to stay after hours to take a look at my car and see what he could do.When I arrived at the shop, Chris was already there waiting for me. He spent the next few hours carefully inspecting my car and identifying the problem. He then worked tirelessly to fix the issue, staying well past closing time to make sure everything was taken care of.I was absolutely blown away by Chris's dedication and commitment to his work. He truly went above and beyond to help me out, and I cannot thank him enough for his efforts. Not only did he fix my car, but he also took the time to explain the issue to me in detail and provide me with some tips to prevent similar problems from occurring in the future.Overall, I would highly recommend Chris and Rocky Mountain Autohaus to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy automotive services. Chris's afterhours work and effort are a testament to his professionalism and dedication to customer service, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him.

Chris and Rocky Mpountain Autohaus are the best up here! Since taking over after Schannon's departure, Chris has done a great job juggling a lot. takes time to talk to you about things, and really listens to what's important with his customers. It's not uncommon to pull in unannounced and have Chris drop what he's doing to say hello, listen to your questions and take a quick peek to diagnose. When my son was in highschool, he and his euro car buddies would all gush about the knowledge they'd get after working with Cheis and this shop. Is there an 11 star rating? Chris definitely goes up to 11.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We've been taking our cars to Rocky Mountain Autohaus since well before 2016. We have a 2017 911C4S, a 2014 Audi A6 3.0T, a 2017 Honda Ridgeline, a 1989 Nissan Pathfinder(finally wore out at nearly 200k miles), a 2005 Audi S4 Cabriolet (sold), and a 2001 Jeep Wrangler (still going strong at 160k+). They even worked on my father's 1989 Ranger Fisherman boat, 125 horsepower outboard, free of charge. These guys are simply the best. Schannon was great, and Chris has been equally super in all aspects of the business since Schannon's departure to Alaska. Great service, better people, very fair pricing, super knowledgeable, and willing to tackle not only the tough jobs but the little stuff, too (like my Dad's boat). We will never go to another shop as long as Chris remains on board (or if Schannon ever returns)!Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto battery replacement, Auto power window repair, Steering & suspension repair, Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Schannon was great. Chris is great. Turn around times were better with both of them, but Chris has done an admirable job running what used to be a two man operation on his own. Hourly rate is reasonable, and always gives you options for official parts or what might be a better deal considering your situation. One thing I appreciate a ton is that they will only charge hourly for inspections and not try to gouge you with a new fee for every new thing that needs to be looked into.

I ve been coming here for about 3.5 years for maintenance, repairs & tires. They have been so great! They ve always been very reasonably priced, tell you exactly what they re charging you for & do great work. I have a 2012 Volvo & these guys know they re stuff. It also helps that Chris is such a nice guy (& Schannon was as well). You can t go wrong with this place!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Schannon has always been completely up front with us on anything we came to him for. His prices are more than fair and he was willing to work with us. His work is solid and we will continue to bring our vehicles to him.

When Schannon left, this place went to pot ! I had asked him last year for a quote on tires. Asked him to order them and never heard back. Landed up stopping by there only to discover he had sold his business to an employee. Asked Chris to get the tires, never heard back from him ! Weeks went by and nothing ! I will never go back there with that kind of slow, inconsiderate service. I liked that this place was literally 10 minutes from my house but I can't patron a place that has no clue how to keep customers abreast of what's going on with their orders.

Great service!!!I bought a 2013 outback two weeks ago and took it to three mechanics and nobody could help me diagnose the no-code flashing check engine light. When things started acting funny as I was driving by Pine, Colorado Chris knew what to look for and took time out of his full schedule to look at my car and got the light to turn off allowing me to continue my drive back home. Thanks so much!Service: Electrical

I have had many of my cars in there and have been happy with the results. He knows my imports really well. They are also reasonably priced labor for the area. They have always tried to get me in quickly too. Can fault them so far at all.

European auto repair shop, these guys do a great job for a fair price. It is very difficult to find an honest mechanic and took me a long time to finally discover these guys. Rocky Mountain Autohaus is my new go to place for any problems I cant fix myself. Thank you Chris and Shannon for the great work! Solid 5 stars

Well first and foremost the work performed by this shop is of the best for foreign cars, they really know what they are doing. Secondly they are very affordable so much so I would find it offensive if someone tried to get a lower price for repair services they offer. Lastly they are all around genuine people to be around who will put in there best effort to fix what's broken. They are honest about the work that is needed and absolutely do not try to make you feel like it's a simple job but then turns into a never ending list of repairs resulting in a bill you can not afford. I much rather go out of my way to get my car serviced here than a place right down the road. They do it right the first time. Oh and don't let me forget to mention they offer alignments for under $100. BAM more money in your pocket that's what I'm talking about

Schannon and Chris are a refreshing duo that won't gouge you on your expensive BMW or Porsche vehicles. He'll do modding as well. Shannon used to work at Porsche, so he knows his stuff.I only wish he would get a better location directly off 285 where people can see and enter from there. Enter across from Moores lumber.

Schannon is an expert beyond comparison with other German auto mechanics I have used. We are really lucky to have him up in this area. I have been taking my audi to him for a few years. HIGHLY recommend Schannon Rocky Mtn Autohaus. I never post reviews but in this case, just had to

Schannon Gumz at Rocky Mountain Autohaus is the kind of good-hearted, dedicated mechanic you dream about having down the street. Exceeding all expectations, he recently went above and beyond to help me out when my truck broke down and left me in a bind. While hauling a camper up 285 near Aspen Park, my truck developed a nasty engine knock that forced me to leave it on the side of the highway. I called a mechanic nearby and explained the problem. I was told that the shop would not be able to help me unless I found a way to unload my camper somewhere first, and that there was no way the repair bill for my engine would be less than $3,500. Unless I was willing to spend that kind of money, they didn't even want to look at my truck.I then talked to Schannon, who had recently set up shop in our community's old two-bay garage in Pine Grove. Schannon agreed to not only diagnosis the problem with my truck, but to help me unload the camper, and store it at his shop. He worked with me to figure out what I wanted to do with the truck and was extremely understanding of budgetary concerns. He further accommodated storage of my truck until my schedule allowed for me to come pick it up. In an act of pure sainthood, he even assisted me in transporting my camper back to my home. For all of this, he basically charged me nothing.I am a park ranger that enjoys traveling. Breakdowns happen often on a ranger's salary, and I've had many experiences dealing with mechanics all over the country. Schannon Gumz is a rare breed, and has earned my business for as long as he's open. I highly recommend him to anyone -- whether you drive a high-end performance vehicle (I believe Schannon specializes in Porsches and others) or a POS. He knows his stuff, is extremely passionate about what he does, and takes customer service to a whole new dimension.

Glad to find a place in the mountains that works on Audis! Honest, reasonable and professional. Don't be scared off by the sometimes tough dirt road, it is definitely worth the drive.

I knew shcannon before he opened this and i would never ever go to anyone to service my 996. He has the ability to retain and remember every quirk of your car. He is an above excellent mechanic.

Straight-forward, fast, affordable and dependable. I take both my BMW X and Audi Q5 for service there. Really difficult to find such serious professional these days.
