It s been a few years since I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube, so I was impressed with the service I received at Jiffy Lube in Peyton. When I arrived, they said I would be done in 20 minutes and they were right on the money. I appreciated that they had me inspect the engine compartment as they briefed me on the work they completed. I will definitely be returning for my next oil change!

Always very happy with rhe outstanding customer service. They are very thorough about making sure I know what maintenance is needed. They are also very knowledgeable about their job and are able to explain it simple enough for me to understand what that are talking about. My family and Ii have been bringing our vehicles here since they opened and have not one complaint!

I had an oil leak in my car, I asked them to take a look to see if they could fix it! They said the wrong gasket was used and they exchanged it free of charge and just said my oil was low and no change was necessary! Super honest people and their help was much appreciated!

Came in for oil change, all the technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. Jose was especially accommodating when I asked to check the transmission oil being that it was an extra step and it made the visit all the better. Thanks guys and keep up the great work you do.

We had low tire pressure and drove in to ask where we could get air. Joe walked out of that door looking like a total Pro! He put air on all four tires and showed me how read the PSI on the door. Joe was such a sweetheart and we totally felt welcomed and respected. We for sure will return! Great service! Professional people!

Got my oil changed last week and now I have worse gas mileage then before I had the oil changed. I went from 400 miles to the tank with old oil, this last tank only made it 337 miles before empty. Not happy,and I paid 150dollars for the service. The technicians were very nice though and loved on my dog. That's only reason they get two stars at all.Pt2 when I checked my oil at home I found that the engine had NO OIL! When I called them about to they suggested I drive it to the shop to look at. You cannot drive a car with no oil without risk to your engine and I had already driven 300+ miles without oil. I had to add a quart of my own oil before I drive there. After less then five minutes of being in the bay I was called in there to be shown that my car had a completely full oil level without having them adding any. This means I found a way to turn a quart of oil into a full oil pan. Obviously, that cannot happen.When I asked how that was possible the technician had no answer. I did not want to be rude or tell him I don't believe him so I dropped it. I was informed the store manager will be looking into the matter but ultimately I was told the oil could have leaked out of the engine, but I park in a garage and assigned parking at my job and haven't seen any oil leaks.The staff is nice but I cannot recommend the service or doing any business with them as you will told that any issue is ultimately your fault and the kicker is I cannot do anything to the car because it will void my service warranty from Jiffy Lube.Go to falcon auto or christian brothers instead but do not, DO NOT get swindled by this business.Pt3The parent company of this jiffy lube reached out to me but has done nothing to help the situation, I still haven't heard from the general manager from the shop even after I was told he would reach out to me. I have spent almost 280$ on a service that wasn't provided that could have easily ruined my engine and three tanks of gas in a period of two weeks.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE SWINDLED OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR YOUR MONEY!Please avoid the hassle, there are better technicians and more qualified at other local shops that care about quality and doing a good job. I had to replace the oil myself and have gotten back to the previous gas mileage I had, before all this started.Further more I have not been offered any type of compensation of to be serviced to fix the problem since I initially brought the matter to the attention of the management and staff.Caution caution caution please do not support thieves and avoid the frustration.

Absolute scammers. Came to get car inspected for Uber and they told me it would fail from brakes. I was livid as I just bought the car. Took it back to the dealership who removed the brakes. They were at least 5-6mm thick. I was told 1 to 2 and that it would run 400 to 500 dollars for brakes and drums. The dealership replaced the brakes anyways. Complete scam artists.

I stopped in for a routine oil change and was impressed with the team's friendly and professional attitude. The technician quickly identified upcoming maintenance and inspection items, walked me through options, and took care of the actions I chose to accomplish on this visit. Their waiting area was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, though I didn't have long to wait. At the end, the technician walked me through everything that had been completed and answered my questions fully. They took great care of me and I'll be back for all of my vehicle maintenence going forward.Service: Oil change
