We had an amazing experience with Reds! Chris and Bret expertly installed a new fridge in our 2023 Palomino Pause 20.3 travel trailer and then Bret installed a new water heater in it! They both did an excellent job and we are very happy with the entire experience! Dee and Janette communicated very well and we also want to express how much we appreciate how great they were to work with too! Highly recommend!

Amazing, 10/10 highly recommend! First time camping in our Winnebago Hike since the summer 23 and once we hooked up we noticed a leak in our pipes and the AC not working. Reds came out the next day and fixed it all in under 30 minutes. The work wasn t going to be covered by our warranty but Red s charged us an extremely fare price. Also the gentleman was extremely knowledge about RV in general and gave us great advance since we re looking to upgrade. Don t think twice, call them for any repair or RV needs! Thanks again!

Reds Mobile RV Service folks are the best! They saved my life with the installation of a new furnace and follow up appointments at the drop of a hat within an hour or two! I greatly recommend them for ANY service you may need on your RV! Their technicians are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and professional and go above and beyond every time!

<<<Undoubtedly the BEST mobile RV service we've found>>>Our great experience with Red's started with their very professional customer service when we set up our appointment ahead of the service. I forgot the name of the very friendly woman who helped me, but she very clearly explained how the service would take place and how they bill for service.We actually had them work on our RV three times within a week First, we had a *very* hard to reach water leak coming from the main connection from our freshwater tank. Brett arrived on time, clearly explained exactly what he was going to try to address the issue, and worked quickly and efficiently to attempt the repair. He told us ahead of time that because of the nature of the leak, the initial repair may or may not work. To be clear, this was not a fault of his, but a compliment to his knowledge and experience. Unfortunately, the first attempt was unsuccessful. Since we had plans to leave the area just a few days later, Brett was very accommodating in scheduling a follow-up appointment two days later. We were surprised and impressed when he proposed arriving at 8pm on a Friday night! He said that long days are part of the job and that he wanted to make sure we were taken care of before we left the area. As promised, he arrived Friday night and successfully repaired the leak. He was very clear about how long we needed to let the adhesive set to ensure the leak would not return. Brett is a very intelligent, professional, and courteous young man and we're very thankful for his assistance.The second issue for which we needed (emergency) help was what we feared was a catastrophic failure of our RV's inverter. I called late on a Sunday morning because of COURSE this kind of thing only happens on a Sunday *wink wink*, and to my surprise Chris answered the phone. He happened to only be about ten minutes away and came right to us. He didn't happen to have his tools with him because he'd just left a prior engagement, but because I had a multimeter he was able to diagnose the issue. Luckily, our inverter was okay and our batteries just needed to be recharged. Even though he responded incredibly quickly, and on a Sunday, Chris insisted that there would be no charge for the visit.Long story short, Chris and Brett and the Red's team thoroughly impressed us. If we ever need mobile service on our RV in the future, we know who to call!

Chris knows his business. I have always admired people like him who are technically inclined and can fix just about anything. He did that for me involving a finicky heater. RV specialists are few and far between in these parts. We re lucky to have these folks in our backyard.

I came into Westcliffe CO with a leveler that had not fully retracted and a couple of other small problems that I thought I might as well get fixed.Chris took the time to show me how to reset my levelers, not once but twice (the 2nd time on the phone), fixed my other problems, found a way to save me about 200.00 on the repair (thanks to a mud dauber nest find) in general just an amazing human.Service was quick and affordable and these guys really do know what they are doing

I could not recommend more! Chris and Dee are a great team and took care of my needs and my home with respect. As a solo female traveler I ve had bad service experiences in the past so I was very nervous to try someone new. They rescued me and my little dog from freezing on the same day I called. And returned to do more work because I was so pleased with the initial call. They are great ethical business owners and I will drive to Colorado the next time I need service. Thank you Reds!

In Canon City, CO I wound up hooking into bad electric with my 5th wheel. Fried my converter, refrigerator / freezer where it would only run on propane and my microwave. They campout on a Sunday and diagnosed what happened right away. They replaced my converter on Tuesday and we were able to go on with our vacation. It's a father and son operation and I would definitely recommend them if you need help with your camper. They are very personable and reliable and answered all of my questions.Service: Electrical

They sent out a technician, Brett, who did a very thorough assessment. Took payment for our deductible. Then never returned e emails or phone calls for more than a month. Very poor experience. Will not recommend them.

Red's service was beyond excellent. We called because our auxiliary brake on our tow car was not working. He came to the camp ground, diagnosed the problem. He drove into town to buy a park and promptly returned to install it. We were concerned because it was so late but Red kept reassuring us that it wasn t a problem. His wife was so courteous when we spoke to her. We highly recommend using Red's Mobile RV. We ve camped for over 40 years and this is the best service we ve ever received.Service: Brakes

We were so fortunate to find this family owned company while visiting southern CO for the summer. Chris and Brett did quite a bit of work on our rv over the 4 months we were there. Dee and Ashley were great at keeping us informed and Chris went way out of his way to help us when we had a slide quit while boondocking. This family knows how to treat their customers. They are so knowledgeable and it was such a pleasure having them work on our rig.

Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing RV repairs done. They were extremely knowledgeable and was able to get our slide outs working when I truly thought there was no hope. They also spent 2 hours going through all of our issues helping us to not only diagnose the issue but to help come up with a solution. Very friendly & got us in right away.

I can't say enough good things about this business. We were stuck in Blanca, Co with a slide that would not come in. Dee answered the phone and was simply amazing. She was so kind, empathetic and helpful. She contacted Chris who rearranged his schedule to come help us. It was a 2 1/2 hour drive for him. He worked continuously with no break and replaced our slide motor with professionalism and a great deal of know how. Dee and Chris were definitely a God send to us that day. These guys are the very best in the business! We ve used them three times for various smaller repairs and have always felt they did the job right and the pricing is fair. You can order the parts you need if you know what you re buying is the correct part and have it shipped to them so that when they arrive to do your work they ll have the parts! We can t say enough good things about Dee, Bret & Red! Awesome team.

I met Chris and Brett 4 years ago when I was working at a local campground and he is always my go to for anyone who needs RV repairs! I have had to call him for guests for random things and also for whole steering boxes but he always shows up is on time and treats everyone with respect!

I can not believe how fast this company was. We called, and they were there faster than we could complete a walk with our dogs. Amazing. Our tech was amazing with our dog too. She loved him more than most people. Experienced, friendly and prepared. The best thing you can have with any business. He even gave us side tips since we're newbies in the full time travel life. From toilet paper to electrical issues he was knowledgeable. Not to mention charismatic and considerate. He kept our space clean and even explained how to manually close or open our slide in case of emergency.

If you're fortunate enough to be in the range of service of Red's Mobile RV, you're fortunate enough!They're knowledgeable, hard working, trustworthy, and communicative. My rig was an obscure make and model with hard-to-find parts and schematics. It didn't matter what came up, they found a way to get her back in tip-top shape every time!This is your best bet for service; if you're in need, you can know you're in good hands with Red's!

Chris and Brett are fantastic. Easy to work with, knowledgeable, and they do a complete and total job. No rushing through to just get it done and working again, but making sure it will stay working. They are incredibly busy but do all they can to accommodate you and stay in touch about timing. If I could have rated Reds a 10, I would have. We have owned a motor home of one type or another for over 30 years. We have needed a lot of repairs in that time. We have dealt with big companies and small one man shops. Reds is by far the best, most ethical, fastest AND most reasonable of any repair shops we have used. AND he comes to you. No long waits for weeks for Campingworld to get your part in. Reds often has it in his truck! Here s an example. Our fantastic fan stopped working. After all, the rig is 11 years old and has begun to have a litany of issues. So we weren t surprised. When Dee told me the bad news that a new fan would be about $500, I accepted that as part of life on the road. When Chris (Reds) arrived, he immediately started working on the old one and within minutes found the issue and repaired it. No need for a new fan. Unbelievable. Another guy might have said, listen, the rig is 11 years old, the screen in your fan is already broken; if it were my rig, I d put in a new one And we would have happily done that! But Reds likes to look after your pocketbook and save you some money if he can. And talking about Dee who runs the backend, never have i felt more taken care of as when Dee handled our needs. When I would call, she was on it. She is the scheduling, nurturing part of the business. Next job. Same day. He replaced our macerator pump. (We had gotten the part which Red s had encouraged). Then, we sprung another job on him. Our water pump was acting weirdly. It never turned off. The problem? Chris discovered it in minutes. A new water pump which he conveniently had in his truck!. Total time for all of that work. Ready for this? 1.25 hours! Seriously? I held my breath as he called in for the final tally. I expected in the neighborhood of $600 or $700 dollars. All that work in record time, only $395.00. Reds, you rock!

I found Chris to be a very professional, honest, and hard working guy. I was getting ready to go south for the winter and discovered my slide outs weren't working. It was a cold snowy day in December when I called and he said he would try to work me in but he had some emergency calls for faulty furnaces to take care of first. That right there told me he cared very much about his customers He followed up later and said he ran into some unexpected problems but hadn't forgotten me. After having worked most of the night before and all that day he still showed up at my door at about 8:30 pm. ! He diagnosed the problem in the dark and cold, told me approximate cost and ordered the parts. We had a little delay getting them because of Christmas holidays but he got them and fixed it as soon as he could!I found him to be a man of his word, reasonable , and very knowledgeable. I would call him again and recommend him to anyone!

Dee and Chris did a excellent job helping us with our wheel bearing issue. He brought every piece that we needed and finished the job in great time. I honestly could not be more happy or appreciate of everyone at Red s. I was traveling from MD to CO for vacation and when I stopped overnight in Kansas City, MO my main large slide in my 38 foot Class A motor home broke. I called 37 RV repair companies in 3 states and was told I d have to wait 9+ weeks to get it looked at, so I just drove to Colorado Springs and kept calling people. Dee was so kind, shuffling a few things around to have her husband Chris come to take a look at it the very next morning. He was able to diagnose it in about 5 min and it took him an hour start to finish to fix the problem! He even did some extra work to make the trim look better than the factory did! He was professional, fast and very nice. Honestly, I m thinking about traveling through Colorado just to make an appointment with them for future repairs when needed. They are pros at dealing with warranty stuff (rare for mobile RV repair) and the entire process really helped put me at ease so I could enjoy my much awaited vacation! We had allowed our tanks to fill before dumping and when we decided to dump, the gray tank valve broke. Chris with Red's responded to my voice message very quickly. He was out the following morning (Sunday) and diagnosed the issue. He gave us options for repair that allowed us to make decisions around our travel plans. Monday morning he was back and repaired the valve so we could get on the road. We felt that his pricing was very reasonable and we will not hesitate to call him in the future.

Chris did a great job. We have been in the middle of Colorado and our wheel bearing went on one of our tires of our travel tailer. Got a call back within a few hours of reaching out to them. Said they would be there the next day with the parts we needed. Chris knows his stuff. Any questions we had he answered for us and more. Thank you Chris and Dee for taking really good care of us. I called to get service set up on my bumper pull camper. This is peak season spring time and I wasn t able to connect with them due to timing. They called me back to check up on me and offered no ill feelings when I said it was already scheduled with someone else. That shows character and professionalism. Chris is a fantastic guy! My furnace went out. His first question was: are you living in it? I would have dropped what he was doing to fix it. Fortunately, I was not, as this happened during the recent cold snap. That is what kind of guy he is. Instead Chris agreed to run up to the mountains and meet me the next Sunday. What excellent customer service. I will let you know how the repair goes after Sunday. So far I am blown away.

Rain was pouring in around our bathroom vent fan on our first outing in our new trailer. Hoping to only stop for one day in Pueblo CO, we contacted Reds for help. When we described the problem, Dee worked us in! Chris made it to our trailer THAT evening to do the repairs. VERY customer responsive. The price was great and the service was quick and efficient. Highly recommemd.
