As a restoration shop in Colorado we have been to our fair share of salvage yards. Hands down this has been one of the best experience we've had. Nolan was professional and personable. The guys loading our part took extreme care and displayed a level of care for the part. They were all very polite and professional. Waiting was the best part as they have the COOLEST show room with so much to look at and admire. The tandem Whizzer was to drool over. The bathroom was so clean and fresh smelling. It was worth the trip and will be ordering from them again if we ever need anything! Thank you A1 for making the experience easy and fun!

Sometimes they're good sometimes they're bad.. Sometimes they can get stuff, and sometimes they can't.. But they are reasonable on prices.. It would be better if they were more like a pick and pull.. So you can go get your part yourself and look around and see what I have..

Honestly the best junkyard in the state, if not the region. To call it a junkyard may even be an insult. The people working here do an amazing job selecting parts, verifying they are the correct parts as well as being undamaged or working at the very least. They always communicate on time or early and are worth driving over an hour to for parts, if not more. I will forever recommend this place and they are always my first call when looking for parts.

Got a good deal with these guys for door panels for a Jeep. Great customer service and the show rooms are amazing!!!! Just be warned, it might be cold and windy af!

These people are a joke we ordered a rear end paid 800 dollars for they tell us it will be a here Monday then they said Thursday so I had to take off both days of work just for this part and the guy says for the inconvenience we will start the warranty Thursday today instead of last week how can you start a warranty when you don't even have the part ? What a joke and talk about rude cost me 2 days of work

Not your typical salvage yard. This particular establishment has a full service system so you can come in and ask for a part they go out and pull it for you to pay for and take. I suggest calling ahead they tend to be busy so waiting for the part in the lobby may not be the most exciting way to spend the day.

It was not what I expected at all when I walked in. There front showroom was a beautiful collection of cars, motorcycles and memorabilia from the past. Everyone was very friendly and they had the parts I was looking for. I'll definitely use them again.

Very DISRESPECTFUL workers "Scott & Rich". Scott told us one thing then we get there and he switches his story.. what kind of customer service is that? Then he was trying to fight my man? And Rich stands up for Scott? Hmm okay. I definitely will not be back.. so please do not waste you're time with the poor very poor customer service.

Poor customer service, high prices almost for the price of a new item from the dealership, then they will not let phone call ahead for the part, because it takes time to disassemble. I m not waiting an hour, SMH. So instead of keeping the money in Colorado, I had made a special order with Honda, it was $10 more, but worth it because I didn t have to wait for an snobby company to remove a part!

Sadly things aren't as good as a few years ago, when we first shopped here, today, after verification online of a part, and calling, Steve said they had 3 actually. I arrived to choose, but once there, told only 2 actually fit. The other two weren't even on the vehicles any longer, which makes me question how large inventory isn't accurate and accounted for. Worst of all, after walking to attempt locations given, we went inside and said there's no part referenced on either, (since we came for an entire tailgate, and one truck was missing the entire bed, it's not an easy part to "miss"), and we're told, "Oh I'll let them know." I saw they were busy, but not even a simple sorry. Will look elsewhere, sadly, we have bought things for several vehicles as needed over time, but my husband came once prior, and same thing, no part there. It seems a bit odd they were only willing to "hold" for me to get it if I paid upfront, but extremely happy I didn't as I would have had to wait for reversal of the charges, seeing as how there's zero tailgates ACTUALLY, not 3.

Excellent experience! The only place within 500 miles that had the part I needed for 24 year old car. Found it online and priced fairly. Part was in inventory but still mounted to car in the yard. Would not pull the part until paid for ahead of time which I think is perfectly reasonable. Paid with credit card over the phone and went there the next day to pick up the next day.Before pulling the part, they tested it electrically and found it wasn t functioning properly and called me to let me know. I only needed the mechanical portion of it so I still wanted it anyway. They continued and removed the part and called me when it was ready.Being a two hour drive, I was hustling to get there before closing hours. I called them to let them know I was on the way and they assured me that they would be there until published closing time. As a failsafe, they left the part outside the gate for me to pick up if I missed them. In the end, I made it there just in time and the owner even came out and helped me load it into the back of my truck. As another note to their helpfulness, they even saved all of the mounting bolts and had them packed in a ziplock bag for me.Can t say any more than positive experience all around. Highly recommend.

Whatever you do don't deal with incompetent Scott.He will have you drive an hour and a half twice, and then make you wait a week past the initial delivery date of your prepayed part.Finally after getting a phone call saying they had the part, Scott ordered the wrong part.Again I will stress the point, AVOID SCOTT.

Amazing place. Great communication over the phone, was given the opportunity to send them photos of the part I needed so they could confirm it was the same part before I drove down. Beautiful drive by the way. Will 100% come back in the future for spare parts that are otherwise impossible to find. Thanks again guys!!!

Things have changed there.. have tried to call first and for days the phone is busy all day . Drove the distance to get there. Very unconcerned about helping me. I always go there for my needs and will try not to bother them anymore. Sad because I at one time thought that they were the best.

Seriously.. Called Wednesday afternoon after getting a quote for 1000% more and in Canada, for the same part. Gave credit card and shipping address over the phone. They called back to confirm the condition of the part was acceptable, yes, hood was on my car less than 72 hours later.

So I had a previous review, and they used to be great, but they've grown and seem to have gotten greedy, I wish I could say different. They're prices are more expensive than other yards in town and they won't work with you on wanting, I used to go in there all the time and their prices were fair, but I went in there for a harness and they wanted $50. I got in brand new at Napa for 25, that's double the cost for a used part that even had so copper showing where the wire rubbed, its rediculouse now, and they want $60 for a pitted headlight when you can buy 2 new ones for 90, its sad to see a place like this go that direction, but its a sad truth, I wouldn't go there anymore.
