Wow! Urban Customs in Parker is professionally staffed, owned by a solid guy named Keith, who took great care of my baby (Jeep Wrangler Sahara) and I am super impressed with the tint job! Also, their clear bra is phenomenal! The whole process was effortless, on my part, but the work they did at Urban Customs is 100% what I was expecting! If I could give a better rating I would. Called for an appointment and he got me in by moving work around. He did the hood, front, sides, windows with ceramic film. Took 6 hours but well worth the wait and cost. He quoted me a very good price and after they got done, he dropped the price by 100 because the front took less time. The work looked great compared to another vender in Parker that did a horrible job on my Tundra.

I had my rubicon gladiator clear masked and it turned out absolutely amazing. Keith was extremely helpful and made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer.In regards to the quality of work, hands down the cleanest most impressive clear mask I have ever received on a vehicle. All lines hand cut with micro precision and absolutely no bubbles or issues whatsoever.All in all extremely impressive quality work and it doesn t hurt that all of their employees look like college hunks. Thank you urban customs.

I brought my Tesla Model X in for window tinting, a clear bra and ceramic pro throughout. Keith did an awesome job explaining my options and kept me informed of the process throughout. Jake did a fantastic job with ceramic tint on my Mercedes. I really appreciate he explained the different product choices and very comfortable and easy work with. Car looks amazing, and keeps the black interior cooler in the summer.

As I sat contemplating how I might write this review, a tear glistened in my eye as I remembered the most outstanding customer service and most immaculate detail I have ever gotten. I simply can t express in words the joy I felt seeing my horrendously scratched Range Rover paint corrected and sealed as if it were brand new.Aaron and Seth were in charge of taking care of my ride. I will never go to another place ever again. These two young men can make anything look as if it rolled off the showroom floor. Quality work quality service thank you Urban Customs.

If you are looking for a professional, caring and responsive person to install tint or a protective bra on your vehicle, I d highly recommend Keith Rhoads. I recently had sun control window tint installed in my car, and it has been a game-changer! The difference it has made in reducing the heat and glare inside the vehicle is remarkable. Even on scorching hot days, my car's interior stays comfortably cool. Plus, the added privacy is a bonus. The installation was professionally done, leaving no bubbles or imperfections. I took my truck to get a full clear bra with fenders, tint, and my taillights/headlights tinted and I couldn t be happier. I am a very picky person and the results were amazing. I was looking for a place to get my windows tinted in the Aurora/Parker area that wasn't going to eat up my free time or crush my bank account. Urban Customs delivered on both. Not to mention, I was able to make an appointment within a week of calling. The service itself was quick and to the point. No pushy upselling here, just genuine input about how to best serve the customer. They even reached out a week later to ensure I was still satisfied with the product. Talk about quality service from start to finish and then some. Could not be happier with the service and follow up. Jake had issues with UPS on a special order of film for my Golf GTI that I requested. There was such a delay that he did not charge me to tint my car. He told me that his reputation was more important than the tint job itself. His original quote was quite competitive to begin with. The workmanship was solid. I will use Urban Customs for future car tint.
