Josh and Shane were amazing. I bought a car, and wanted to have it checked out before the trip back to Boston. They informed me there s 2 small oil leaks but nothing drastic. They fixed 1 and after that was repaired they assessed the other one was already repaired. After about 20 miles of driving one of the new parts failed. The garage went out of the way to make it right. They offered to take care of my travel expenses, but I wouldn t have it. In my opinion it s not their fault a factory part failed. I flew back in the following week and car was perfect. I drove the 2200 miles back to Boston that night. I usually work on my own car as I found that some shops just don t care as much. That s not the case with the Garage, I just hope one day to find a shop back in Boston, as honest, professional and caring as Josh & Shane.

Josh and the entire team are absolutely wonderful! I would give 6 stars if I could. Customer service is top notch. They are the only place I trust to work on my Land Rover!

My BMB service work was done at 1825 W Union Ave, Englewood December 11th and 12th 2023. By far the best auto service I have ever received. 40 years of having my Mercedes/BMW/Audis', I WILL NEVER go elsewhere. Professional, honest, caring, old school. Now all my friends and family will be going to The Garage, thank you John and Paul, you and everyone else are exceptional. HUGE THANK YOU!!!!

These guys are the best. They took such good care of my BMW 135i. Nick was so easy to communicate with and successfully diagnosed and fixed a brake issue that I was experiencing. He kept my car inside during the nights and really treated it like his own. Hes a true enthusiast and really cares about his business and his customers. I respect Nick for going the extra mile to make sure my car was back on the road quickly and safely.

Top notch place. Josh is Knowledgeable and a great service advisor and Zach is a bulldog of a tech. He won t stop until he figures out the issue. I would give this place 6 out of 5 stars if I could because they go above and beyond.

4 issues over 2 visits, zero were properly taken care of. Between not being able to diagnose oil usage and recommending a new engine, headlight issues that they responded that just needed new bulbs but turned out the wiring was stripped and shorting out, a metal clanking sound they told me not to worry about which turned out to be a failing drive shaft u joint that was ready to snap, and electrical issues that just needed a nut but they recommended a $100 battery harness, I would recommend not bringing your BMW here ever.

Really like the techs and staff at this shop, friendly service, helpful with answering questions, and good to their customers! Great BMW shop, BMW trained techs without the hefty dealer tag, nice location with a customer waiting area, right in Parker off Dransfeldt. Would recommend!!

Josh and his team are THE BEST! I've had 2 minor diagnostic issues with my BMW and they could have charged me unnecessarily but did not. Even though my car is still under warranty, I would rather pay them in the future than deal with the hassle of the service department at the dealership. I inquired about an oil change, but they told me I am not due yet. Oftentimes in this industry, you feel like you may be taken advantage of but this shop is kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly - honest. I highly recommend them!

Personally, I did not have the best experience with this company. I recently had some repairs done with the main concern of rough idle and a misfire on Cylinder 3. Within 15 miles of leaving the shop the same issues, code, and engine light would appear. They were unable to pinpoint the root of the problem despite supplying a second diagnosis and showed truly little eagerness towards making the situation right. Quite expensive, especially since we must take the vehicle to another shop for the same concerns.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Josh and his team were absolutely wonderful. I was referred by a good friend for an oil change and loved them so much when I needed new tires I went back and got the vip treatment. Got a ride back home while I waited and they were done in no time. Will definitely be taking all of our cars there now. I've used the Garage in Parker twice. Really great experience both times. We cannot recommend Yanzito Imports for the servicing of imports enough, i.e., our BMW. We have owned BMW's for years and we have never received such excellent service at such a reasonable price. I highly recommend The Garage in Parker. I visited this BMW repair shop after having some issues with my 2011 335ix and another time my 2015 M4. The service and professionalism this shop (Shane and Josh) showed was great. They explained what was wrong, we went through the checklist of items I ll want to address in the future but weren t something that needed immediate attention. They are honest and friendly. The rates are much better than any dealership and they specialize in BMW s with trained and certified BMW technicians. I ll be bringing both of my BMW s to The Garage in Parker. Thanks guys!

I found this BMW repair shop from the internet. I decided to try them because of the wonderful reviews I read about their service. Well, I'm here to confirm those reviews are true! Shane was so patient and kind. He took the time to explain to me what was going on with my car. He didn't try to get me to buy services I didn't need right away. If you're looking for a repair shop for your car, give Shane a call. You won't be disappointed. Oh! The prices were fair too.

Wow! Words can't describe what a great experience I had with this company. Nick took the time to research and explain things to me. I'm very grateful that I found this place - they will be doing all my repairs going forward. The prices were reasonable and I could quickly tell that Nick knows his stuff. Nick worked for the BMW dealership most of his career; hence, it's just like taking your car to the dealership, except better:). Thank you!!!

I've used this place three times now. 2nd time they replaced the radiator bottle. I was charged for two gallons of fluid but the fluid in the radiator was still brown when I checked it. Two gallons would replace all dirty fluid. It was never put in. I paid for it anyway. The 3rd time they replaced the drive shaft joint. A few days later I went to listen to a CD. I looked all over for it. Found it in the center counsel broken in half. Guess they didnt like my music.Sorry but I can't trust them anymore.Service: Auto maintenance

Yanzito Imports did such a fantastic job with my Mini Cooper S Countryman All4. I needed a new clutch installed and Nick was extremely reasonable and easy to work with. I was impressed by his knowledge and attention to detail. What a fantastic shop! If you need anything done to your Mini, forget the way too expensive factory shop that always gives me hart burn, bring it to Yanzito Imports where he gets it done right.

Nick at Yanzito Imports is extremely knowledgeable about BMW's, as he is a former BMW technician of 13+ years. He is also the most honest and polite mechanic [automotive repair artist] I have ever come across. Not to mention, his pricing is extremely fair, and I have been repeatedly shocked that I have paid less than anticipated. He can do it all, and does it with integrity. I highly recommend Yanzito Imports for your BMW or any vehicle.

Nick Yanzito is perhaps the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever met! He does great work. He gives valuable, professional maintenance and repair recommendations. His prices are extremely fair. He is very friendly and he has always gone beyond the call of duty to provide the best service at reasonable prices. He will be my mechanic for life!

I have a BMW M5 and Aston Martin Vantage. The only place I trust to take my cars is Nick's shop. He knows everything about BMW and is always first to let me know if something doesn't need to be done, unlike a dealer. He does an amazing job and charges a great rate to do it with. I highly recommend any body to go get your car checked by Nick if you need something!! :)

I did not know they make mechanics like Nick. Sticks to his word, gives one updates on the repair and overall I am very pleased with his service and I can only recommend Yanzito Imports. I drove all the way out from Colorado Springs to have my car serviced by Nick and will in future with all my other vehicles. Awesome

My 2011 bmw 550i was giving me misfires and drivetrain malfunction. I m handy with tools and started diagnostics myself. Changed multiple items with no end result. Took it to 3 other shops with no luck and outrageous prices 3rd time was the charm. The garage fixed my issues that I caused with the rear main fuel pump without hesitation and for a good price. The garage identified my issue very quickly and installed a hpfp I provided. Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. What an amazing shop! Nick and his staff are extraordinary when it comes to customer service and vehicle knowledge. Great prices compared to the dealership and I really felt like my Bimmer was in capable hands. Couldn't recommend them enough!

The owner was nice guy but messed up my DCT in my E92 M3 where they introduced air into the transmission system where they didn't have the skills to properly bleed the system.The response, "but it still shifts, right?"This shop should be okay to change brake pads and oil but so not seem equipped to handle anything complex.Nice guys for sure.

My X5 had a Transmission Pan Leak due to incompetence from a Prior shops Transmission Fluid Change, I was selling the Vehicle and wanted to have the Pan replaced prior to sale. The Garage got me in the same day and completed the Job in under 3 hours. I can't begin to explain the Gratitude I have for this Shops timely, friendly, and thorough service. Thanks Guys.
