We own a small business out of Parker and have several vehicles. We take all our trucks to Right Auto Care. They are honest in their diagnostics and offer a fair market price. Right Auto Care is where you take your vehicle. These guys can handle it all. I am very seasoned in taking my vehicle places around the united states and I have never been happier with a company EVER!! I always feel reassured that Shaun and all the other guys know what their doing. They are so helpful, pleasant and honest. That's hard to get these days, but that's what you get everytime you walk in their front door. I seriously would not go anywhere else.

I own a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. They are notoriously known for not having working AC. I spent 1.5 years driving around without it. Last summer was brutal! I didn t want to spend this summer as sweaty as I did last year, so I took it to Ryan at Right Auto Care and he was able to get my squealed away the same day! My AC blows ICE COLD! Great experience with Right Auto Care. I asked for recommendations in a local Facebook group and there were many votes for Right Auto Care. I left a message after hours and was very happy to get a call early Monday morning to discuss my vehicle s problem. They were able to diagnose the no-start problem and got me back on the road very quickly. The customer service and repairs were top notch. Prompt, accurate, and friendly folks. Ryan, Sean, and the guys at RIGHT are hands down the best mechanics as well as good men. They do their best for you, and I ve never received the level of care, expertise, or knowledge that is their standard operating procedure. Friday July 28th, 2023 was the first time I had my vehicle serviced at Right Auto Care. A friend of mine recommended me to them and I feel very fortunate for this referral. I was treated respectfully, my vehicle was finished before the expected time and the final bill of sale was reasonable. I will definitely bring my vehicle back to Right Auto Care for servicing. I recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable mechanic.

BROKEN AC UNIT Sean answered my call and had me drop off. Shortly afterwards he called me and advised me with the solution. I agreed to get the work completed and by the next day it was better than ever! NICE COLD AIR! This could be perfect timing but he had my car completely turned around in 24 hours in the middle of a heat wave late August. I would absolutely recommend Wright auto repair for any repair needed on your vehicle they are very professional very prompt and accurate with their pricing my car was untouched they did an amazing job. I pulled in after hours with a jeep with a broken axle. One of the employees was just leaving. He went out of his way to stay later to pull my jeep inside because it was going to rain, let me go inside and waited until my ride came and got my jeep in to be looked at first thing in the morning. The excellent customer service continued from there. They were great at communicating where they were at in finding a hard-to-find part, my best and cheapest options, and through the whole process of getting it fixed. They were honest, knowledgeable, did a great job and the best customer service I have experienced. They are all about the customer and doing a great job. A great group of trustworthy guys. Ryan the owner is great! I never have issues with my vehicle after getting it back. Overall great service, they dont try and upsell to get you to spend more money. They are honest with you when it comes to what your vehicle is needing. With the work I had done, my vehicle would normally be in the shop 3-4 days. They were able to get all of my work done in 2 days. I even saw one of the guys show another customer what was wrong with one of the parts and explained in detail what was wrong. When you go into right auto care, you go into a shop where the guys truly care about the work they do and that the customer is always happy. Met Right Auto Care when needing a pre-sale inspection done on a used car. Immediately felt an honest, straightforward approach from Sean. Pre-sale inspection came at very fair cost.Have since taken that car to them for regular service and have always felt consulted fairly and informed, not pressured. Services commonly performed by Ryan.Compared to auto repair estimator sites, they seem to be priced in the bottom to middle third on all services I've had performed. The best maintenance shop in the area. Used these guys about a dozen times. This last time, I called, they took me same day and got the repair done in one more day. Really easy to deal with, honest and what's really cool is they have a website/app which shows you the repairs and what's wrong. Very cool!
