This week I worked with Mike lining up my replacement awning and tail lights. He suggested we order everything ahead of time so they would be ready when my appointment started. Ordered as requested and everything was completed on my rig around noon on the day of our appointment. Excellent service!! This is typical of working with Parker Trailer and RV as in the past the crew Dwayne has in house has always been professional and has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy and pleased with their work. I feel fortunate to have such great RV service about 10 miles from my home. Thank you Parker Trailer and RV.

Good service!! Only a 4 star because I ve only had the trailer for a week. Want to see how it holds up and how Parker Trailers handles requests for service or maintenance. All a great experience so far!!

A few days ago I purchased my second trailer from Parker Trailer and RV. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Well, this is not about a company, it's more about their employees. From start to finish, Bryan's professionalism and expertise were evident. He patiently listened to my needs and guided me through options without any pressure to upsell. His (their, as I stated this is my 2nd trailer) knowledge and approach made the entire process smooth and painless. Bryan - great work buddy! and I am still married, despite I bought another one without informing my wife about that!)

Really neat place. I ve been taking my trailers there for a few years now, and even though it takes a little while to get an appointment, the service is always super professional and super reasonable pricewise. They really know their stuff. Would recommend to anybody.

Have always had a great experience with repairs and service. Super helpful. Most recently, they were able to schedule a very short notice service appointment for an electrical issue. In the past, also made a great referral for another business to fabricate a custom hitch receiver for a toy hauler.

Mike gave me a quote to fix and raise an older flat bed and he was 100% on target. Parker Trailer did a great job - and their customer service is top notch which is refreshing these days as so many businesses don t seem to care about customer loyalty.

Brandon was amazing, I misfires my brake controller to solid power vs brake lights, he fixed it and did a great job explained what I did wrong and got me back on the road. This guy for sure needs a raise he is awesome

Can t say enough good things about Parker Trailer and their staff. Daniel in sales was informative and well organized when I returned to finalize the paperwork. I added several accessories and Dewayne couldn t have been more helpful. We had a short window to work with and Parker RV came through in spades.

Parker Trailers is first rate. They basically re-manufactured my cargo trailer a few moths ago.More recently I had a slow leak and showed up out of the blue. Matt in service took in the trailer and a work day later they had it solved and for a very fair price.These are great people for ALL your trailer needs.

Would not recommend, asked for a quote on for an electric brake controller install for a 1995 Toyota 4Runner, received a quote for over $ 800 , went to U Haul they installed a brake controller system for $260. Greg

I discovered Parker Trailer 5 years ago when shopping for flatbed to transport my SxS. Parker was very helpful in choosing the right trailer and I found their pricing to be very competitive. A couple of years later I needed a bigger trailer to handle more toys. Again, even during the pandemic, their sales folks helped choosing a great trailer (Aluma) and the pricing was good even when all other dealers wanted a premium over list.Their service department has been very helpful and professional. I had a couple of modifications that need to be completed. They did the work quickly and the results were top notch.Eric (the owner) and his team are great people to do business with; they truly deserve the 5 star rating.

I drove into Parker Trailers just to get prices on 2 trailers. We needed the trailers to haul Snow Removal Equipment. As soon as I got back to my office Daniel had emailed me quotes for multiple trailers I was interested in. Both trailers were on the lot and ready to be sold. I spent minimal time there and got a good fair price. I would recomend Parker Trailers to anyone looking to purchase a trailer !

Good: was able to get service on 2-days notice on a used trailer that I bought and discovered I had problems withGood: they got it done when they promisedGood: William seemed knowledgeable and personable and was timely communicativeNot so good: Seems like they try to sell you more services and gouge you at the end. Had to ask them to explain charges that appeared like just nonsense add-ons to pad the bill. They took those charges off but it took me bringing it up. Would I go there for service again? Probably not if there was another option.Update: April 15, 2023The TPMS that I had Parker mount and wire up to my harness isn t working when I first hooked it up. Oh well, guess I will have to troubleshoot that when I get some time. My first haul with this trailer and two of the bearing caps have come off after 150 miles. So thus far, after this experience I would say that I definitely would not bring my trailer back there

This place is great. The people are nice. They have a lot of supplies if you need anything, I would definitely check this place first. If I need any Trailer supplies or parts. I'll definitely be going back.

emailed them for a specific trailer and price. they responded once with some answers ,then i responded back and i was ignored.i guess i wasn t an important customer or there just oozing with soo much money and business that they dont need mine. and there not open on weekends?? how do they make money? i guess they think people can just take a day off during there work week. im sure there responce will be weekend is family time

A Parker Trailer they took great care of my 7 x 16 dump trailer telescopic lift!It was taking a long time to come down and they fixed it and now it s coming down way faster. They did a great job.

These guys are incredible! They were able to squeeze me in for an emergency repair on my trailer and went above and beyond in the process of doing so. I am very grateful for their help and and being able to pull it off so quickly. We will always bring our equipment to them and highly recommend them to our friends and family!

Needed some new parts for the electric brakes on my trailer. Wasn't really sure the best route to take, but the knowledgeable folks at Parker Trailer helped me find the most cost-effective solution and all the parts were in stock. Trailer brakes are back to 100% functional, thanks to their help!!

Can t say enough about the team at Parker Trailers!!! They managed to save our weekend trip, We called with a same day request, they were honest and said they would try to get it in and looked at and couldn t guarantee repair before the trip. They called before 8 this morning and told us they had it all repaired and ready to go. Thank you so much! Zach and team you are wonderful!!!

The gentlemen at Parker Trailer & RV went above and beyond to fix the wiring on my car and to fix the welding/wiring on my trailer so that I was road legal again. They were GREAT!! I will continue to use them now and into the future.

Scheduling and pricing was easy and cost effective. Employees were friendly and very helpful. Trailer was done early and pickup was made easy as well. I will reuse parker Trailer when ever I need help with my trailer.

We are brand new to travel trailers, and Parker Trailer was excellent in helping get us ready and on the road. We needed a hitch, weight distribution kit, longer chains and mirrors. Zach was so helpful and I truly appreciated his efforts and customer service. He went above and beyond the job. We will definitely continue to go to them for all of our trailer needs!

Dwayne and Matt and that red headed kid took really good care of me this week. They got my trailer fixed up (back gate needed to be re-welded) so we could get our cattle hauled out of the mountains this next couple weeks. Thanks, guys! You are the best!
