We found this place accidentally. And love it!!! Our 2021 Lance had broken smart jack from the dealer from Oklahoma. Non of the local dealers wanted to order new ones for me. They all require to bring trailer and the earliest time would be in 6 month! They did it in a week! So quick, so professional. We definitely will use them in the future!

This place was phenomenal. They not only told me the fee to assess my campers damage (which my insurance company wasn't going to complete). They took the time to give me values of items sight unseen. This was enough to get an adjuster out. Insurance originally wanted to only fix the front. Turns out it has 27k+ in damage. Thank you Parker RV and Marine. You definitely earned my respect and any business, once we get a new one.

Very excited to find a highly rated RV repair place close to my home in Parker. Called on Monday to discuss a leak issue we found with our newly purchased RV (fun!). They asked a bunch of questions about the issues and said that a technician will call me back. Great. Wasn't really sure what that meant, are we talking 15 minutes, 3 hours? So the following day I called again only to be told that they got over 100 calls and technicians usually take a day or two to call back. Second lady was kind of snarky with me, but I get it - I was too soon to call and check in. Still did not hear from them so called back Thursday afternoon only to be told that I could talk to a technician but that they could not even think about seeing me until probably August. That's great, you are busy, all RV places are busy in the summer - But couldn't you have told me that when I called Monday morning? It could have been a quick 30 second conversation. Instead I waited 4 days for that simple message, what a waste of time!

UPDATE: Went back in person to ask about my estimate. The coward came out and cries "Im not doing your estimate because you left a bad review". So instead of trying to rectify his horrible customer service he throws a tantrum and wont work with me.If you value customer service, your money and your time, find someone else, anyone else to have your boat or rv repaired.Slow, customer service is atrocious. Took travel trailer in over a month ago and still have not gotten an estimate from them. Went in and asked about it and they said they would call me back with an update. A week later no call back so I called them. They said the estimater/owner was not in but they would have hom call me back and then hung up without taking any of my

Wow, amazing experience. Clint was very busy on the Friday before Memorial Day but took the time to follow up with me several times and walk me through diagnosing an issue with my water pump and got me taken care of so I could swap it out. Went way above and beyond. Thank You!

I used to to take my boat to Aurora Marine for years and they closed down so I decided to call around and got a hold of a nice young lady at Parker Marine and she told me to bring my boat down for the winterization service.As soon as I arrived I was greeted by 2 technicians, and the owner Clint. Everyone was in a good mood and helped me right on the spot. Pete was one of the technicians and he was super informative and got right down to work as soon as I pulled up. I even got a tour of the facilities which was so clean you could eat off the floor. It looked more like a museum then a repair shop. I am so so happy I found this place and I would highly highly recommend them.I am very comfortable and confident in Parker Marine!!

Brought my boat to Parker Marine for a pretty major repair, we needed a replacement engine due to freeze damage, specifically a cracked block. They took the time to explain the process and the delivered a top notch repair, stood behind the small glitches that were, in my opinion, inevitable. Best part was we still got to use our boat this whole summer. Other shops literally laughed when I asked if I d still have a 22 season. The team of employees are Extremely helpful & knowledgeable . They had everything we needed to fix our travel trailer. We also traded a stock trailer for a car hauler from them and were very happy with the service and the deal we received. This is the 1st. Place we go for parts or service.If you need anything for a trailer of anykind check Parker RV out 1st.

Many many thanks!I have to thank Clint and his amazing staff at Parker RV and Marine. I'm new to owning an RV (1 year) and was totally clueless. I took my trailer in to purchase/install a new power jack. As a courtesy, Clint let me know there had been some hail damage during our last storm while it was in storage at another facility. He advised me to contact insurance and have them take a look (he was not soliciting business, it was just an FYI). I called my insurance carrier and had them come out. I asked Clint if he would help me with the process because I was clueless. He kindly worked with me and also accommodated the insurance adjuster. Needless to say, I was devastated by the adjusters info. Clint gave me advice and quickly and expertly took care of everything that was needed. His staff even took the time to let me video them as they taught me to use the manual awning (thanks guys!)--I hadn't remembered how to operate it from when I was shown at the time of purchase from another facility. I can see why they are so busy with great service like this. From staff in the store to the guys performing the service, A++ rating! They have definitely found a repeat customer in me--I'm once again a happy camper!Lori

Scheduled oil change 2 months in advance in person in their facility. When I showed for appointment they didn t have me scheduled and basically lied I had ever had the conversation with them. After they directed me to grease monkey close by they openly admitted they didn t like to do oil changes due to the hassle of getting rid of the used oil. Never have I been so insulted that I had made the mistake. When I made the appointment with the man in charge he wrote it on a piece of paper and we even agreed to move it a day forward when I requested to move the date. I stood there and put in my calendar and the time. I m not a person who is totally brain dead. In fact my memory is really good and I ll remember this place for a long time and tell everyone I know the story.

Did some work on my boat. Clint (Owner), was all smiles and pleasant upfront, but then when the work they performed did not fix the problem he had no interest in looking at boat again, and suggested he was doing me a favor by working on it. Would not refund any money. I took it somewhere else, they fixed the problem in a couple of hours and now boat runs fine. Poor work, expensive, and then even worst customer relations.

Beware - I used this location to shrink wrap my 23 foot boat (no tower). I have been getting this boat shrink wrapped for 20 years at various denver marine service centers and have never been charged for more than 25 feet to do my 23 foot boat. This location charged me for 32 feet of shrink wrap! They do not do a better or worse job than any of the other locations that I have used before. When i asked them if they made a mistake with the length they said not they usually charge for 7 feet extra (9 feet in my case)? Wont use them again

Shop helped me order a hard to find part for our camper/trailer. I had looked at several places and couldn't find what I needed. Decided to stop by their shop and the person behind the counter took her time and researched the part. It arrived 3 days later and they promptly called me to get it. This is the third time they have helped me research something or gave me direction on repairing an item.

I had some damage done to my RV while in storage at another lot, I called Parker RV to get an estimate as it was close to my home and the storage lot and I wanted to keep my business local. I was told that he didn't need to see it in person that pictures would suffice. After over 2 months of going back and forth with Clint the owner and him asking for more pictures and various information he finally told me he would have an estimate for me later in the day and I could come pick it up, and oh by the way I am going to charge you $240.00 for it. there was not one time during our conversations a mention of a charge just for an just an estimate. I was going to have the work done there the whole time but I started having second thoughts due to the lack of follow up and poor communication. When the $240.00 charge came out of blue that sealed it for me. I will take my business elsewhere.

Parker RV was recommended to us by a friend of ours who has owned campers all of his life. We took our camper in for a new roof and Clint, the owner, took great care of us. Fast forward 6 months to last weekend when we were dry camping in the middle of nowhere in blistering temps. Our AC wouldn't work and after calling the dealer that we bought our camper from (thinking, oh, they have an incentive to help us bc we bought it there) and getting nowhere, decided to give Parker RV a call. Clint talked us through a couple of easy fixes over the phone and we were able to fix the AC ourselves! He could have very easily told us to bring it in, like the other place did, but he didn't. He took the time to walk us through the two things he thought could be. I honestly don't think we could have make it through the weekend had he not done that. I wouldn't take my camper anywhere else for service, Parker RV is the best!

They put a new roof on my Voltage 5th wheel and took out some pretty deep scratches on the side. The quality of the workmanship was superb and communication was fantastic. My 5th wheel now looks like brand new. I can't say enough good things about this company. It was a pleasure doing business with a local company that takes pride in their work. Thank you! Hopefully, I won't hit another tree anytime soon:).I also really enjoyed getting to know Clint. A quality guy with an amazing business. Enjoyed seeing his new boat motor, meeting his wife, and talking about everything under the sun. I'm actually hoping I can take my camper back sometime soon so I can hang out with Clint again. Very negative experience. Brought in pictures and videos of a trailer that had been damaged; the owner was very dismissive, saying he wouldn't even bother if the trailer was totaled. I said that the reason I was there to get an evaluation to determine just that. The young lady at the counter didn't even want to open a file and "kill trees" for a trailer that was "totaled." The owner also said he had a "contact" at Allstate named Austin. I went through my agent who connected me with a field adjuster. The adjuster, Austin, said that the owner of Parker RV and Marine had told him that the damage included "serious damage to the outer wall," which was black smudges from the tire that cleaned off with Formula 409. He also lied to the adjuster and said that there was damage to the suspension, which there was not; even if there had been, he could not have known since there were no photos or videos of the suspension, and since he never even saw the trailer. As an added bonus, when he was looking at the photos on my camera, he started looking at other unrelated pictures on my camera! All in all, a completely negative experience; I would never recommend this business to anyone! And for the record, the trailer was then taken to Recreation Vehicle Accessories in Denver; the trailer was not totaled, and it was repaired beautifully, better than original, with first rate service.

Excellent customer service and quality work at a great price. My boats impeller recently went out (July 2nd) and I took the boat to Clint(Owner) and the staff at Parker RV & Marine. I was hoping to be on Grand Lake for the 4th of July show. Once my Impeller was out the staff realized that my Impeller housing was shot (Clint stayed in touch and sent pictures of all damaged parts so I knew I could trust him) due to improper maintenance by the prior owner (I Purchased the boat used from Tommy's Boat Shop in Golden 8 months prior to my impeller going out). Since Clint knew I was hoping to be on the lake two days later he literally called every store in Colorado only to find out the part was sold out across the state, so he over got the part from a buddy in California, paid for it to be shipped over night and had me on the water in no time. Clint even paid for the shipping. To say that this business goes above and beyond to take care of its customers is an understatement. I will not take my boat to anyone else. Thanks again

The owner was rude and unprofessional. Communication was extremely poor. They rarely answer the phone or return phone calls.They didn't advise me of the cost of repairs and then surprised me with a bill for over $1,000. They told me my boat was ready, but didn't show me where it was on the lot so I had to hunt around for it. When I found it, the trailer jack was broken in half and the cover wasn't installed correctly so there was a pool of water on it. When I went back to the office to talk to them about it, the door was locked. I knocked and was ignored at first. Then they opened the door and said they were closed. It was 4 pm and the sign on the door said they were open until 5 pm. They replaced the jack but didn't communicate to me that it was done. I had to call them to find out. They didn't answer the phone again but they sent me an email and told me they weren't responsible for damage to my boat while it was on their lot and told me to get it off their lot. They said they installed a new starter but when I took my boat out on the lake I had trouble starting it several times. I would like a full refund.

Crooks. Sold me a vent I paid cash they totaled it to even $39, I asked about return policy and they were very vague but said if its fine and not messed up you can return it. I said ok and asked for a receipt and they said oh you don't need it, I said "even for a return?". I went back to return and it was a different guy and didn't give me a full refund and was mentioning things about a 10% restocking fee, nothing was opened even on the package. I had to bargain with him to get back about $2 short of what I actually paid, he mentioned sales tax not getting refunded for and a restocking fee. HAHA place is a joke.

I really don't understand the bad reviews here. I was skeptical, but still went because it was the closest place. I am so glad I did. The owner could have made a ton of money off me, but instead told me how to do just what I was trying to do for a fraction of the price. I really got the impression he truly wanted to help me even if it ment sending my business elsewhere. I will come here first for all my future RV needs. I only wish I could rate this place higher than 5 stars

Very poor work and customer service.When you have an issue they just want to argue and put the blame on the customer which is evident in the rebuttals they come back with on their low reviews.Perhaps their time would be put to better use looking into the remote possibility that they may have some issues that they need to correct rather than spending their time explaining why so many customers are wrong and they are right.If customers are the problem, I guess the problem will correct itself.

Took my father-in-law to parkerrvmarine to purchase a part for his rv furnace. While waiting for the girl at the counter to help us, the owner entered through the front door. He was carrying items and one being his briefcase. We were standing in the idle at the front counter, not knowing we were blocking the entrance to the back area. He then rudely stopped, huffed (no words) and motioned with his briefcase to "move out of the way". He is a very rude and unhappy looking individual.Now I understand why people in town advise to avoid this business. I have shared this experience with many other campers and it's a commen theme, they too have similar stories.Avoid this place.

Worst service ever. how these guys stay in business is amazing. I have tried to get a hold of someone for a month. No calls back despite leaving 4 messages and finally actually going there and talking to someone who promised the tech would call me back. if there is any other option please save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

The worst marine shop in the state. When I called to let him know they left an intake hose loose, he told me to go f myself. Great customer service.
