DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The work they performed was misdiagnosed. Said all pulley wheels were good yet missed the idler pulley some how. Did your mechanic really diagnosis? They told me they needed 9 more hrs to disassemble to gain access and failed to reassemble anywhere near how it should, damaged my bumper by ripping the tabs that go into brackets and hardware holes and decided to zip tie parts and liners back, headlamps were not set right and lens scratched, fender is missing paint, radiator hose blew off within 24hrs, mechanics will talk under their breathe as they walk away from you, an the owner will not take responsibility for his employees. Over $6k damage to my vehicle.

POST REVIEW::::1st experience end of summer 2023 2nd time mid winter 2023...I wanted to wait a while to give this honest review. I took my vehicle there twice for service. the only reason I went back was to give them the benefit of doubt. I paid over 2k for repairs, and each time I returned to pick up my car, the mechanic (VETO) took a part off that had noting to do with the issue and says it came off in the process & claims to have fixed it while in the shop. How does each time a different part breaks? The conversations always led to me needing to pay for a different diagnosis, (more money) because they could not fix original issues. I made appointments, days in advance, & when I arrived there was always a few hours wait time, including a day and a half after my vehicle was supposed to have been completed. There always seemed to be an excuse for their incompetence & professional neglect. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND this place. After speaking with other mechanics, they are primed & pretty & the establishment is clean, but the workers VERY, VERY,VERY much dishonest.

Am from Cali and came to Denver for a dear friend. My car needed an oil change and tire rotation and got those done. AmVery very pleased with the service and honesty. Kade showed me what was needed and what was replaced. He noted and showed me what needs to be done.I was very hard pressed to get these much needed things done before heading back home until I stumbled on them. The honesty, kindness, no hard selling, no fear factor was very refreshing and comforting. The prices are reasonable too if I may add, a very important point.Called another place, known brand and was told oil change was $119.00. Wow!!!! What a rip off.So hearing what Parker Point S charges, the charge and the service they provided - I say I would give them a 5 star. .

I can t stress enough the amount of trust I have in Casey and his team. The most professional, trustworthy, and honest group of folks I have ever dealt with. They have taken care of all my vehicles for many years and would never consider taken them anywhere else. I recently moved about an hour away from Parker and still make the drive to Parker Point S!

I got a big hole in my tire, I called and a lovely woman answered the phone and got me an appointment just an hour later. I showed up and a gentleman said you must of talked to my wife. They were full and busy but made time to get me in and out and didn't even charge me. This seems like a great family run business with great morals.

Top Tier service and customer service support. Professional in all aspects and always willing to work with the customer. I've been a part of this family for years, since they've opened and I'm constantly referring people. Casey runs a tight ship but does not jeopardize morale, teamwork, or the customer.Vito and Chris are my "go-to" guys for anything and everything dealing with my vehicles. They both have great personalities and make you feel at home. I've never been steered towards spending money and doing "swap-tronics" on parts. Vito is straight forward and never forces any specific type of service. Vito listens to the customer, understands the problems or concerns and then makes great recommendations. Chris compliments Vito in everyway, they work great together.It's hard to find trustworthy people this day in age, but Parker Point S and their team are top notch in my eyes. I don't often give reviews to this extent but I can't thank these guys enough for everything they've done and will continue to do for me and my vehicles.Casey, Vito, Chris, and the Point S team need to be recognized for their stellar work and professionalism, among many other positive attributes.

Well had them do my alignment. First time caused tire wear and second time printout showed it was not set properly. Took it to another shop and found out they didn't set correctly because the damaged the adjusters in the lower control arms. Stripped them out so making adjustments was extremely hard to get in specs. Other shop set as good as they can. Will need to replace the adjusters to repair correctly. NOT GOING BACK!!!

I cannot believe it took me this long to review this amazing shop!! I cannot say enough amazing things about these guys! We brought our car in last year because we were having issues and I was referred to them by someone. Not only were they VERY knowledgeable & friendly but they also gave us all of our options, including what the worst case scenario would be, so that we didn't waste money, which is EXTREMELY refreshing considering more often than not, unfortunately when you go to get your car repaired they're just trying to jack up the prices. So today when we were having an oil leak issue, they were our first choice! Luckily it wasn't anything like the issue we were having the first time and they got everything checked out very fast and just really took care of us! I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else!! These guys also TRULY care about you as the customer as well as your car. This is the first time I've ever wanted to stick to one auto repair business and I highly recommend them!!

Couldn t have been a better experience. Casey was extremely accommodating and I had my new tires installed in less than a week after contacting the shop. Professional and prompt. Clean shop, and easily earned my business in the future.

This place is new and I was unhappy with the last place I used so I tried it out and was not disappointed. You can make an appointment on their website which I love because I'm slow coordinating my calendar while talking to a person on the phone. I was a little unsure where to park my car but a serviceman walked out to greet me and let me know there's parking behind (north side) the building. I had my oil changed and they offered to check my tires as well. The lobby is clean and spacious with two desks so easy to social distance and everyone there was helpful. I definitely recommend!

This has been my go to for the last few years always excellent customer service it s nice to see the owner of the facility serving the customers as well. It gives a nice sense of pride in ownership! The new guy up front Chris is excellent what a great addition to the team!

After ordering some very expensive work emotion cr 2 pieces, I was having a hard time finding a competent shop to install them - until I found these guys. They were extremely helpful and I felt like they cared about my car as much as I do. Casey was extremely helpful, explained the process of how they'd put tires on the wheels without damaging them, and communicated with me excellently throughout the entire process. I highly recommend these guys!!

Literally my first ever time buying tires, I am really glad I went to Point S in Parker. The customer service was ELITE and even took the time to educate me on the difference in the tread on how it would impact my driving. This made me feel comfortable with the new experience and was happy they helped me save money with a great deal and rebates on top. The only reason it took more than an hour is all my questions, and I was delighted by the thoughtful insight and expertise they provided.I Highly recommend Point S.

Updates August 2023.I continue to have my car serviced at Parker Point S.Not only do they do good work at a reasonable price, they are very quick to acknowledge work that is under warranty without having to ask for it!This place is still highly recommended on my part.------------I needed a new set of 4 tires.I was taken care of by the owner Casey. He made a couple of recommendations, including ones that were running a special.Upon researching the recommendations, they all turned out to be solid choices, including the specials.Was very happy with my experience.UPDATED Feb 14, 2022:I have had several repairs and maintenance done at Parker Point S since my exceptional tire purchase.Casey and Lance never fail to provide wonderful service at very reasonable prices.

I just had a awesome experience here at Parker point S tire!Matt and Leland made everything so quick and easy, they fixed a super heavy duty tire for me that fell off the bead and I was in and out within 20 minutes! Leland even gave me some advice and how to fix the issue if it ever occured again, Amazing service

This place is amazing. I just moved from Florida to Colorado and brought my Jeep in for both servicing as well as adding an off market front bumper to my wrangler. The customer service is 10/10. They are extremely well at communicating the needs and can get the job done! I would recommend this autoshop to my friends and family. Thank you!!!!

The guys at Parker Point were great! Service was friendly. I was able to get an appointment and have my brakes, rIgor s, and new tires done in 1 day with an affordable price. As a customer I would definitely go back. I did call other places and they were the best!

Very friendly polite customer service. Very helpful and explains. Clean waiting area. Fast service with accuracy. Set of tires with free rotation when you get an oil change with them. I will be going back. They offer financing no credit check 90 days same as cash. Located around other stores for shopping while you wait. Honesty with price matching. Go give them your business because I will be going back. They only place I really allow to work on my vehicle. They some good boys.Experience was not the best the last time I was there in June, however; those workers were no longer there.Today Tuesday October 11 2022 was very good. Did not want to spend the money however they got me RIGHT. Thanks AJ. You worked well on my vehicle and you do even better job handling the customers. Thanks for getting me in and taking your job SERIOUS. Every customer appreciate it.Today Saturday May 13 2023 was okay. The techs I started with working on my vehicle is no longer workers at Parker. That I really miss. Service is not quite the same for me. My days are shifting ....

This is THE BEST auto shop I have ever dealt with in my many, many years. AJ, who handles the customers, is top notch. I take not only my vehicle, but all 3 of my kids' cars here because I know it will be done right the first time. AJ takes great care of us, explains everything in detail and goes above and beyond to make sure we get good work with fair pricing. AJ ROCKS!

These guys are probably the best tire and auto shop I ve ever been to. I can do a lot of this work on my own but I would rather not. They re honest, courteous, quick, and very personable. They re reasonably priced and never pressure you into doing anything immediately. I was running short on time a few days ago to have an oil change, I knew brake pads and rotors were coming up, I told them I didn t have time that day. Casey ordered the parts and the following Tuesday they took care of everything.No unnecessary upselling, no gimmicky tactics, I ve been to other shops in the area trying to sell snake oil. Please give this local business a chance, you ll be blown away. They do everything right from start to finish. I take care of my vehicle and do everything I possibly can to keep it running smoothly and properly. These guys absolutely do it right. I m willing to bet this is one of the best shops in the state. Can t wait to see them thrive and grow to more than just the Parker location. Keep up the good work (I m a service industry general manager and greatly value transparency, good service, and efficiency). These guys will do the best for you.

Came here from Nebraska and had damage to my car, called Ben at points and he was amazing! He didn't charge me a full diag, and kept me fully informed about what was going on. He explained everything to a T! I would recommend this shop to anyone! And ask for Ben, He will take good care of you! And they have a finance plan to help ya pay.

Ben went above and beyond to get us in and out quickly for basically a walk in waiting alignment. Good people, good work. Provided before and after alignment specs without having to prompt him. Solid place. 10/10 would recommend

I went in to get my tire pressure checked on my sequoia. The owner and the staff were extremely nice! Everyone was very knowledgeable. They noticed one of my tires had really low pressure and offered to put some sealant in the tire. I will definitely be using them for all of my auto needs in the future! Thanks Casey and Lance!!

What a great place and experienced staff! Needed tires, was given options at a great price and got a complete check up. They were able to check and replace brake pads and an alignment - all within 30 minutes. It s just opened - family owned and run. Great addition to Parker, especially to be able support a family run business.
