Adam and Luke were great to work with! Had my 2013 Audi Q5 towed in for misfiring pretty horribly and then going to crank no start with check engine light and service due light on (not the oil change reminder). They wound up replacing the o2 sensors and spark plugs. I had noticed a coolant smell quite often and they brought to my attention that I had a cracked reservoir. They swapped that and the radiator and did a coolant flush. I was about 1,000 miles away from neeeing an oil change but they included one at no charge for me. I had my car towed in not knowing this shop at all and left becoming now a customer for life. It s great having a specialty euro repair shop right here in Parker. Thanks again guys; Audi is driving like a champ again, no misfiring, no dash lights! 120,000 miles plus now.

My family has been taking our VW and Audi's here for years. They really do take great care of us and communicate a lot of the process and any issues they may find. Honest and transparent people. Were even kind enough to pick up my car from my work up the road when I wasn't sure if I'd be able to drop my vehicle off before close. Luke was always quick to call with anything he found and was always sure to get my go ahead before proceeding. Love these folks!

I am pleased that these guys are customer service oriented. I broke a d eld on my exhaust and just walked in. They looked at it and got it right in, gave me a good price and was great all around! Thanks so much for helping me.BTW they have an awesome Lego collection!

Parker Imports far exceeded our expectations of timeliness, workmanship, and knowledge. We took our Range Rover to them and were pleased with their skills and care. We bring our vehicles to Parker Imports for regular maintenance and service. Their prompt communication about vehicle repairs and service completion is appreciated, especially when you re without needed transportation. The work is completed in a timely manner and we ve never had a problem with any repairs done by them. Their pricing is fair and service excellent. We re glad we ve finally found a trustworthy place to take care of our cars.

Parker Imports destroyed my Mercedes' engine with 80,000 miles on it.I initially voiced my concerns with an engine swap. "It could've been abused or rotting in a lot for years." I suggested they buy my car at private party value, repair, and sell it. It would alleviate my stresses about the risks of an engine swap and prevent the need to offer me a warranty. The front desk guy, Luke, relayed this to Adam, the owner, as "he wants you to buy him a new car". This caused a LOT of tension.Adam outright told me he was doing an engine swap w/ or w/o my permission--b/c he is legally required to return my vehicle "as it was received"--what a joke. I suggested legal action, causing more tension, but Adam did offer an alternative rebuilt engine from Mercedes, provided I bore some of the cost. Eventually I agreed that a used engine was the most viable option PROVIDED I received information on the source, mileage, and condition. In the end, the only quality assurance I received was a walkthrough while it was partially disassembled. There was absolutely no documentation ever provided and as far as I know the engine was sitting in a junk yard for years w/ 120k miles on it--not 80k.During these conversations I once referred to Adam as "bro". This is just my natural dialect. Adam snapped at me and suggested I treat him with "respect". At the end of the conversation he addressed me aggressively as "BRO..." as if to insult my maturity. I let these things go, trying to understand him being out thousands of dollars due to an employee mistake.Two days after I got my car back, the starter--which had never had an issue--failed. Adam tried to insinuate I'd have to pay for everything, but after an argument begrudgingly agreed that he couldn't prove if it was due to the swap. Over the following weeks my car was in the shop multiple times. There were broken plastic parts in the engine bay, a scratched bumper, a newly squeaking drive belt, the seatbelt light coming on while buckled, loss of power, and leaking oil/smoke. The squeaking belt was repeatedly ignored. Additionally, I was lied to and told it's not leaking oil, and there is no power loss--"My son has the same car and I don't notice any difference." While Adam did agree to replace the broken parts and repair the bumper, I was consistently treated like I was taking advantage of the situation. I eventually asked another shop and was told that not only was the cam sensor plug leaking, but they put the wrong power steering fluid in. I brought it back to Adam, and they finally fixed the leak, but it was leaking again w/in the day. The second time they essentially glued the sensor down. As soon as the leak was fixed, my power was back in full. As for the power steering fluid, Adam argued and showed me that the software they use shows basic power steering fluid--despite that every internet search, Mercedes forum, and even other shops tell me to only use CHF11. This was never replaced because I was getting sick of fighting him on everything.When I called to arrange a time to get the broken parts and bumper fixed, Luke, the front desk guy, treated me with disdain. He seemed agitated that I wanted to talk to Adam--who was always out or on vacation over the following weeks. Eventually due to Luke's attitude, I quit trying altogether. What good is a warranty if your employees treat me with disdain and I cannot trust them.Recently I also noticed that they put the wrong antifreeze in the car--a bigger issue than the power steering fluid. Over the last 15,000 miles, the belt squeak--which was never once an issue before--got worse and worse. Eventually I realized that whatever engine they gave me had a failing idler pulley when I got it. That seems odd to me if the engine was supposed to have 80,000 miles or less. Maybe that explains why I was never given proof of the engines source or mileage.I tried to avoid this review, but your negative attitude earned it--like what happened to my car was somehow my fault and my problem. I would never go back to this or any associated shops.

I have taken my Volkswagen Beetle to get serviced at Parker Imports for a number of years. I have always found the employees friendly and most importantly honest. The service done on my Beetle has always been top-notch.

First time coming here. I was in a bit of a situation when my power steering went but these guys were on top of it. They were able to give me a great price and got it done within the same day. My catalytic converter was stolen earlier this month and Luke and his team at Parker Imports were so helpful! Great overall experience! Needed a quick oil change on my BMW & they got me in right away and finished very promptly. One of the only places where I felt like the shop was completely honest with me about any additional work that maybe needed on my car. Trustworthy, professional and I felt like they truly cared. Definitely recommend using Parker Imports!

I am thrilled to find Parker Imports. I have a 18 year old baby VW Bug and have been having it serviced at the dealership I know that's stupid but I was unaware I had I had an alternative. Now I do so please with the service. Ya!

Vern and the guys at Parker Imports are the best. I've taken all my imports to them: Audi, BMW, Toyota. Honest as the day is long, they won't have you paying for anything unnecessary. They take care of your car as if it was theirs, except they're smarter about cars and more talented at fixing them. Customer for life.

I don't know where to begin, but the first words that come to mind are sincere and honest. They went above and beyond for me. I was sold a bad car that was completely unsafe to drive and the guys we willing to go to bat for me. I have taken my previous cars to Castle Rock Imports (same owner) and I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! I highly recommend them. I can't say enough about how they treated me with honesty. I am a customer for life!!

I was taking my Porsche 2007 Cayman S to a different place, and it felt like they just went through the motions. Since I race my car it s important that my shop is very thorough to keep me safe. They discovered legitimate issues I needed to address that the last place did not. My car runs better now on and off the track. Just went again as they seemed a bit naive on how to change oil in a 2007 Porsche Cayman S. Told me I may have to replace my oil gauge, then on Monday told me it was fine. This place is exceptional! Highly recommend. To me, they always seem fair and intentional with their diagnostics and they work together with you to get the job done.If you need time before actually proceeding with the repair they also never pressure you to do it now or else. Finally, in this case went through insurance they were horrible. However Parker Imports and Luke specifically showed so an unnatural level of patience and understanding working with me every step of the way.Not sure there s a need to try anywhere else if you re local.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

All of the front of house and mechanics as well are very courteous, professional and provide excellent service!
