I have been going back and forth on whether to write this review or not, but after crawling under my truck today I have seen enough. I do not recommend Parker Four Wheel Drive for alignment work.My first experience with Parker Four Wheel Drive was mediocre as well. I went in for a simple alignment and was sent a report with over a dozen critical must solve immediately issues and they changed my rear differential fluid without asking. I asked them to please do the alignment and give it back. They did the alignment and the truck pulled to the right. Took it back and they found my steering knuckle was bent and failed to tell me the first time. A lot of time wasted and money wasted on an alignment. They did say they would make it right if I fixed it and brought it back in.Fast forward over a year later, I took the same truck back after getting all my issues fixed. I didn t ask them to hold their word for that long and fully expecting to pay full price again. They sent me another inspection report with a loose wheel bearing at noon and it took calling them to ask the status of my vehicle before they told me they wouldn t do the alignment. An entire day wasted again. They said they would squeeze me in the next day and to bring it back after fixing it. Went in to pick up my truck and they didn t even save the alignment numbers from the computer! Couldn t give me a print out. I waited again for them to put it on the rack to produce a report that they couldn t print. I had to walk back and take a picture of the numbers off their computer screen. Crawled under my truck today and found all alignment adjustment points mauled with teeth of adjustable pipe wrench pliers. They didn t use any of the proper tools to make an adjustment for my alignment.I do not think this shop does quality work, nor would I trust my Toyota with them.

As small business owner myself, I am fairly critical in the companies that I choose to do business with.I personally believe in honesty, integrity, and always attempting to go above and beyond for each and every one of my clients.I chose to bring my 2015 Ford F150 into Parker 4X4 for a common issue with the exhaust manifold, and exhaust studs.I am someone who when able will do their own work. But as a busy business owner, jobs that extend beyond a day job I like to bring to a reputable shop I can trust.Parker 4X4 showed me everything I was looking for. They communicated the problem areas clearly and effectively free of charge in diagnostics. They completed the installation with attention to detail by not leaving odds and ends unchecked. And most importantly they stood behind their work, and parts with some minor mishaps instead of giving me the run around or pointing fingers. Most importantly they left the vehicle in better condition than when they received it by also addressing some suspension concerns without running up the bill. This speaks volumes to their interest in taking care of their customers.Special thank you to the front desk ladies, Chad as my Technician, and Justin as my service advisor. I appreciate your professionalism and hard work.Parker 4X4 has my recommendation, and future business of my family and friends.Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto exhaust system replacement, Auto maintenance

We brought our 2011 Jeep Wrangler to Parker 4x4. The original engine had 100,000 miles on it and after diagnosing, they informed us it needed a new engine. (We confirmed their findings with another shop.) Parker 4x4 installed a re-built engine based on their recommendation. They gave us a 3 year warranty. Fast forward 3 years and 4 months, we took it back to Parker 4x4. After a month of the Jeep sitting at their shop waiting to diagnose the issue, we were told we needed ANOTHER engine and it would not be covered under original warranty. We never expected the workmanship and quality to be so bad that we would have to replace the engine again with only $30,000 miles on it in just over 3 years. After this incident, we were told by several Jeep mechanics that the rebuilt engines are unreliable in these Jeeps and its best to put in a new engine. Unfortunately, Parker 4x4 neglected to provide us with that information. I would not recommend this company.

I cannot praise Parker Four Wheel Drive & Auto Repair enough for their outstanding service! Their excellent customer service combined with the use of technology for up-to-date notifications and providing photos of the problems noted by the mechanic truly sets them apart. As a knowledgeable shade tree mechanic who is hesitant to let others work on my vehicles, the access to the mechanic to discuss and resolve problems instilled a deep sense of trust. If you're short on time or lack the tools to fix a vehicle issue yourself, I highly recommend them. Plus, they even offer a military discount! Outstanding service from beginning to finish.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Was even able to talk to tech to ask questions about the issues with my Jeep's transmission. Very reasonable with the price and I felt like the service I got was worth more than the price I paid. Very happy with my experience and they have earned a new customer for sure!

I ve take all my vehicles here for over 15 years. Great service, great communication, and I feel like I m getting a good deal. Customer Service seems like a priority here, and they will give you a Uber ride home after you drop off your vehicle. Good communication throughout, they will add you to their text string so you can see exactly what is going on with your vehicle. Their prices are fair, which is why I continue to bring my vehicles back here. I recommend them for anyone in the area.

If you have an uncertain level of trust with your current auto-repair shop, then stop going there and call these guys. Parker Four Wheel Drive is a top-notch operation that stands behind their work. These guys are honest and provide accurate information and great service. They always do the best they can to get you rolling again. Vehicles can be frustrating and no one likes a break down, but knowing these guys will take good care of it offers a little peace of mind. Thanking you for keeping me rolling.A long-time customer.

I was referred to Parker 4x4 by a coworker after my jeep was in a hit and run accident. They were quick to get me in for an appt and the same day i took it in, they sent me all the issues with my jeep with photos included. I thought that was very cool and helpful. I am not very car savvy so i asked the technician if we minded if i had my dad call and talk to him about everything that needed to be fixed. Eddie was so kind and spoke to my dad for almost 30min explaining everything. They even found another issue i did not even know the jeep was having and i feel so grateful they found it and were able to get the parts and fix it in just a few short days. Everyone who works there is so nice and helpful. These guys really know their stuff! I am confident in their work and will be coming back again for any issues. Thank you for your honest and hard work. I would 100% recommend them to anyone with a jeep or 4x4 car.Thank you so much Eddie!!!!

Great experience from start to finish! My 2012 Jk Wrangler needed some significant engine work and the staff at Parker 4x4 were able to get it sorted and fixed very quickly. Billy was an awesome service advisor, he kept me up to date and made the whole process simple and painless! Justin did a great job getting everything fixed and back in working order. Very fair prices with a staff who cares, I ll definitely be back!

This business may possibly be the worst business I have ever dealt with. First of all, I took my 1993 Toyota Land Cruiser to get a once over because I had just had it shipped from Colombia. I thought that they had experience with this type of vehicle but I think I was very wrong. I should have paid attention to the negative reviews before taking it here. They told me that the engine oil pan gasket was leaking and needed to be resealed and the oil filter needed to be replaced. They also told me that they needed to and perform service to the rear differential, I agreed to this and it cost me $872.67. The same day I picked it up it was very sluggish starting (no problems at all prior). I finally took it back for this issue and they said the throttle body spacer gaskets and throttle body gasket needed to be replaced, I called them back and spoke to Jesse to make sure this was for sure the problem and he assured me it was. They also told me the coolant temp sensor needed to be rewired, I agreed to have it repaired and it cost me $908.65.I drove it to work after picking it up and after work it didn't start, I had to wait for about an hour for it to finally start. I called them back and told them and took it back the following day. When I took it back and said they didn't have time to look at it until the following day...I told them fine and that I just needed it fixed. They called me two days later and said it was a bad fuel pump and it would cost would cost $485.44. I told Jesse he said that the problem was the throttle body gasket and spacer gaskets before and they were incorrect and I should not have to pay labor because of the misdiagnosis. Jesse said there was nothing he could do. Later I spoke with Justin, who agreed to take off the labor.Once they replaced the fuel pump with an electric fuel pump, I was advised the ignition coil connector needed to be replaced and the inline fuse holder replaced. I again said that something was wrong...they just keep trying everything but not fixing the problem.I picked it up about 1 1/2 weeks later and they assured me that it was fixed. I drove it today to the store, and it didn't start again...so still not fixed. They did not charge labor on the fuel pump and ignition coil which I was thankful for but it is still not fixed.I spoke with my neighbor and other friends in and around Parker who I wish I talked with before taking it here. They all have said this is a shady business. I have learned my lesson. I will be taking my Toyota to another repair shop tomorrow who has been highly recommended...I don't even want to take it back here even though they said the repairs are under warranty...totally not worth the headache.

Parker Four Wheel drive was amazing, I have been a long time client and will continue to be!!My "Edge" after market monitor wasn't working and needed a software update, I couldn't do it myself because it needed a windows computer and all I have at home is a Mac, so I took it in to them and they helped me right there on the spot by plugging it in to their computers and uploading the software needed and didn't charge for it either!Great work guys, keep it up!Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Transmission repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Horrible experience with this place. Brought my vehicle in for a 4wd issue and it was not fixed the first time. It seems they are lacking the knowledge to do an accurate diagnostic. They told me the issue was fixed 2 separate times but clearly did not complete the proper verification. They charged me $2000 for unnecessary services that did not fix the issue, one of these services they admitted wasn t completed when I brought my vehicle back (I m starting to think none of these services were completed). When I brought it back the third time they told me it would be another $4000 to fix something they missed the first time. When checking the case report, there were photos of an entirely different vehicle. Honestly not sure if my car was serviced at all. Highly skeptical, absurd fees & labor costs, got talked down to and called sweetheart by my service agent. Only positive I have to say is the front desk staff are very nice and helpful. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Bringing in a 1972 Cj5 I had just purchased out of Oklahoma I found it wasn't quite in the condition I was led to believe. Parker towed it in, ran diagnostics, took photos and called me of the news. Furthermore, It just would not start. The response and education Parker provided was truly up and beyond the norm. They actually provided a tutorial for me. Now, it's -10 and and a foot of snow with the Jeep is wonderful. It runs like a clock. I'm telling you there is no better of a 4x4 shop anywhere. They are the only ones I will allow to service my Cj. I know your experience will be as good as mine.

This business will waste your time, money, and patience. After 3 weeks, multiple visits, and paying $2200, I was told that my truck "is still messed up." I was offered a refund because they acknowledged that they couldn't fix it, and then was told by the owners daughter that "the tech shouldn't have said that." When asking questions she became unglued and said "if you want to take action here's our lawyers number." I was waiting for the owner to reach out and attempt do the right thing, but this company is not interested in customer service, or standing behind their work. They have a location in CR as well (All American four wheel drive). Read the other 1 star reviews on here and there's a pattern; they take your truck, with each call they'll identify another 1k fix to be done, and in the end your truck still won't be fixed. Should have listened to my mechanic that told me to go somewhere else.

Been here a few times from recommendation from a coworker. Best experience with a mechanic I have ever had. After they inspected my vehicle they send you pictures of every problem area. If they point out a problem and you don't want to fix it now there is absolutely no pressure to do so. Really great people to work with.

Took my Jeep Wrangler in for a front fog light and rear backup light problem. No response on day 1 and had to hunt down my service tech, Billy, at the end of the day. No answer on the lights but was told my rear main oil seal was leaking and needed to be replaced to the tune of $1,600. I told Billy it wasn't leaking bad enough to be replaced as I have been monitoring it. I was promised a call back first thing the next morning and had to call them again late morning. They then told me the rear main oil seal wasn't leaking as bad as they thought and to "just keep an eye on it". They then tried to tell me that my lights were just out and needed to be replaced which was going to cost $2,000. Needless to say, i picked my Jeep up and have since taken it to a competitor who has fixed the lights for $149. Given the number of positive reviews and the politeness of the front staff, I was very disappointed with my experience and will not be recommending them to my 4 wheel drive friends.

This place should not be open for business. I waited one month to get my car in and they let it sit in the parking lot for three whole months untouched. When I came down there to pick it up the battery was completely dead and gas was shooting out of the carb all over the intake. The car is worse than when i brought it in. I called 1 hour ahead of time to pick it up to let them know to charge the battery and they couldn't even do that simple task. I decided to take the car in to get my carburetor rebuilt and some other work done. I gave them a second chance. They told me the existing carburetor I had which only had a small little flat spot couldn't be rebuilt. I went out and purchased one brought it to them, another month goes by they finally they rebuild the carb. I take the car home and the car isn't running right. I then take it back waiting additional two weeks to get the car back, it's still not tested and not running properly. I took it back again this is my third time and we're probably six months into this debacle. The car is still not running properly and I will not take it back to these jokers for a fourth time. The customer rep that was helping me constantly drop the ball. He never followed up and called me back, I had to constantly call them. He couldn't complete simple task as to send me pictures of the progress or update me on progress. My existing carb that I had was in pieces and they didn't even give it back to me, I had to ask for it. The same with my steering rack I was going to have them built. This place is an absolute joke for customer service as I was waiting in the office getting for my car and they parked an suv out front that they just serviced it caught on fire and burnt to the ground. Do not take your car here. The manager that was there either was fired or quit and the people in the front should be fired as well except for the two women who are the only two people in that company that provided service. To add to the stupidity, they told me that the prices went up from when I initially brought the car in about six months ago and we're going to charge me the higher prices. I had to have them change the invoice back to the lowered price.

Short Version: AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!!Long Version:Last August, I took my 1978 CJ-5 to Parker 4x4 because they are claiming to be "experts" in jeep repairs and upgrades. I asked for a simple leaf spring replacement (stock for stock). After getting my jeep back (1 MONTH later...even though it should have been a couple day project), it was violently shaking. I immediately turned around and took it back. They tried a couple things at first (which took another couple trips and several more weeks) - which was nice. they were trying to solve the problem and I was working directly with the manager, Kerry. Things were great - he was nice, they were trying to resolve it. But none of their solutions seemed to work - I was still experiencing extreme driveline vibration, which I had never had before. Then things took a turn for the worse. They called me in, had the rear end opened up and told me that I needed a complete rear differential re-build, and wanted another $2,500 to do it. Something didn't feel right, so I kindly asked them to button it back up and I'll get another opinion. I drove it home (terrible drive), then eventually had to have it TOWED to another shop for a second opinion. That second shop immediately told me that the rear differential was FINE and this was a driveline angle problem because the new springs raised the Jeep. huh - that shouldn't happen with stock springs...so I called the manufacturer (Crown Automotive) with the part numbers. They told me the parts that were installed on my jeep were now the Heavy Duty Springs, which raise it by ~2"...just enough to mess up the driveline angle and cause vibration. Solution? Just needed a longer, custom driveshaft. But I had to pay the second shop to do it, as I didn't trust Parker 4x4 anymore.I contacted Kerry and he told me he would refund my money. Then all the sudden...he changed his mind after talking to Steve (the owner). I tried calling multiple times to speak with Steve directly, and he never returned my calls and never spoke to me once throughout this entire process. How do you run a business like that, where you've clearly got an upset customer that you have wronged and you won't even call them to make it right? So I had no choice...I filed a small claims court case to get the money back that I had to spend at the other shop to fix the problem Parker 4x4 caused. Then it took another turn for the worse. Their attorney got involved. After first trying to delay the court date to stall, then bullying me to drop the case, then bullying me again threatening to charge me HIS legal fees...he pointed to my RECEIPT that I had to sign to get my keys back...and they have snuck in a Dispute Resolution Clause...which requires third party arbitration....and they are considering that a "CONTRACT" that you have signed. They do this on the back end once they've done the work, and never make you aware of it upfront, which is terrible business and in my opinion, very manipulative. Doug Co courts ended up throwing out my case without even letting me reply! What a great legal system, huh? My only choice is to go to Arbitration...which I will do, and I have an easy case to get my money back...just more headache and time.I wish I never would have taken my vehicle here. I wish I never would have trusted the so called "jeep experts" who clearly couldn't resolve a simple driveline angle problem THEY caused. Any real 4x4 mechanics would have known exactly what to do.Conclusion: DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. AND IF DO...DO NOT SIGN YOUR RECEIPTS AS IS - STRIKE OUT THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE AND GET YOUR KEYS BACK!!

When we agreed to a price with the mechanic, the mechanic kept his promise even though some parts were more expensive than was realized in the beginning. Parker Four Wheel Drive & Auto Repair did not charge us more than what we agreed on. The service we received was warm and friendly and efficient. There was no record of my appointment which, y'all called me and said the parts are ready for install. Then I was told by the lady that she would call me at 2pm for a better ETA, I had to call back a 2:25 then no response then I got "at close" . For a light bar kit. I feel like that's something that this shop does a lot. Should be a 4-5 hr job not 7am -5:30pm.No discount and no we hope to see you in again. Everyone was nice and I just needed a moredefinitive answer never got it.I completely understand being o er booked, but then be up front and say this day is better for quick service, or plan on open to close drop off.

The Parker 4 Wheel Drive & Auto Repair team were great to work with and did an excellent job on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler. They were very thorough in their inspection, took care of the concerns we had, and finish the job in a very timely manner. Having the work done quickly and at a reasonable price was exactly what we needed. Unfortunately we had to take our 08 unlimited due to experiencing death wobble and again were very satisfied as mentioned above. We highly recommend them for all your auto repair needs.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection

What an amazing collective of human beings! So on top of things, consistent, honest, everyone always goes above and beyond. I appreciate the transparency, up-front pricing, they got me an Uber home. Was not expecting that. Beyond appreciative that they got me back on the road quickly and safely. Huge shout out to Katrina, Justin, the new guy at the front, Becky, Billy, and the boss man himself, Steve! Always a great experience. Highly, highly recommend. Would give more stars if I could.

I had found a 2006 Jeep for my son and I needed it to be checked out before I bought it. They got me in quickly and then they were able to do the check for me. There were repairs needed and I still decided to buy it so they got right on the repairs and fixed it quickly! Great customer service! Katrina and Eddy were great!

I've been supporting this shop since 2020, but the last 6 months of service here have made me decide to never return. Two warranty jobs were completed for me in less than a year, and after that they were unable to diagnose a check engine light. I don't have any faith in the shop's ability to troubleshoot anything, if the problem isn't glaring they won't find it. We're talking a 90's jeep here, not a brand new vehicle. Besides their inability to diagnose issues, they cannot communicate effectively. I had my truck here for weeks at a time, with no results. I'd call, get blown off, call again, repeat. They would always be confused when I showed up for appointments, since I always magically disappeared from the calendar. Then I'd need to reiterate all of my issues to a busy service writer, yet again. 2 stars because the service in the past had been decent, but everything lately has been a complete waste of time and energy.

Becky at the front desk was very friendly, and accommodating. She set me up with a ride to and from. From a service perspective; incredibly poor knowledge of Jeep service, along with a 7hr wait time for an oil change. Unfortunately this first experience was so unpleasant that I won't be back.

Had put in new metalcloak tie rod and steering drag link as well as Rubicon Express front upper and lower control arms. Needed alignment. Spent $395 to get it done. Got the check engine light and electronic stability control lights turned off due to steering being off after new parts. Super communicative during process and very friendly!
