Now that she is adulting, I just introduced my daughter to OEM SAAB and Subaru Repair because it is so important to have a repair shop you completely trust, especially when you don't know much about cars. They have always done right by us!

We will only ever take our Subaru to OEM. We've been very impressed with OEM's level of integrity in their troubleshooting and diagnosis as well as the quality of repair work. I can very confidently recommend OEM to anyone and trust that they'll be taken care.

I ve used OEM a few times for my Subaru and have always had a good experience. Prices are fair. Work is performed in a timely manner and done right. Never feel like I m being pushed to have things done that aren t necessary.Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change

The folks at OEM SAAB and Subaru always exceed my expectations. Tim (owner), Jeff (front desk), and Dan (one of the head mechanics) have all been involved in diagnosing and repairing my vehicle and I could not thank them enough for their service! I have a 2008 SAAB Aero 9-3 XWD, which I plan to have until they no longer can fix it! They cared for my 1986 SAAB 900 through 306,000 miles and 28 years until I donated it to our local high school because it needed a new clutch and a head gasket. My daughters bring their SAABs to OEM as well. Happy customers, all of us!

Horrible customer service. I tried to get service done for an issue with fuel in the cabin, they say the can work on it. I go down there after taking off from work and they tell me they actually can't so I end up going to Denver where they actually fix it. Fast forward a year or so later, I give them a second chance, since they are much closer to fix something simpler since they said they only do "simple repairs", this time its an oil change and check on the AC. These guys schedule me an appointment again, but after I take off from work, not even a couple days before they cancel on me again and ask to reschedule. I try calling to reschedule and they ignore my message. Horrible people to think everyone is on their time. Don't waste giving business to these people, I was even talking to the "owner" named Jeff, what a horrible person to waste so much of people's time. Also, I edited my review since noticed that most people giving good reviews own a Subaru, can't speak to that but don't bother coming here with a Saab (even though its in the title).Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Oil change

The oil change was fine; however I did not feel valued as a customer for several reasons.The front staff did not take me seriously as a woman. He tried to talk me out of Subaru's oil recommendation and I really had to insist on it.And I don't understand why they say OEM in their name but they don't have Subaru brand oil.

OEM is the best. I bought a 2001 Saab 9-5 SE that had an engine swap done by another mechanic and it wouldn't run on all six cylinders. I had it towed to OEM and they diagnosed the problems, explained what it needed, fixed it, and it's running beautifully. They are helpful, good at communicating with the customer,and do top notch, accurate work. The prices are very fair for expert mechanics.If you have a Saab or Subaru I highly recommend this shop. We utilize OEM to take care of my daughters Subaru Impreza. Jeff and his team are very professional and will never try to upswell you on things that are not necessary for your car. They got the job done. Brought my Subaru in because of timing issues it was either too far advanced or not advanced enough. I tore the the engine apart probably 5 times before I gave up and brought it in to them. They found the issue and my car was back up and running like normal again. Friendly, knowledgeable, and good people.

They were really wonderful. I was told by another auto repair it was a transmission pump. They had the best price and returned my phone call quickly. When I brought the car in it was just a belt. They fixed promptly and save me a ton of money. It s good to have an auto mechanic you can trust. I will certainly bring my Subaru in if I need any other repairs.Service: Transmission repair

Water pump needed to be replaced. They also discovered that a fuel tank strap was broken which resulted in the fuel tank resting on the exhaust system which could have led to a fire or possible explosion. Nice discovery on their part that I did not request. Awesome and very experienced crew there and very competitive on cost of services. Vehicle worked on was a 2006 Saab 9-3.Service: Exhaust

I don't recall a better experience at an auto repair shop in the 40 years I have owned vehicles. Incredible communication, fair pricing, timely return of vehicle. I absolutely love the guys at OEM! They are true life savers. I had to choose between fixing my 2016 Volvo or rebuilding my 1988 Saab 900 S. I chose my Saab, at first they said they couldn't get to it for a few weeks which I understood, but I told them it was sort of urgent as I was out of a car. The immediately got on it, not only just repairing it but converting it over to a turbo engine! I got it back in a week! She runs beautifully. The Volvo dealership still has my vehicle 5 week later and it's still not fixed. I will absolutely be using them from now on, and its a bit of a drive for me but its absolutely worth it! I have used the OEM Saab and Subaru team for my classic 1990 Saab 900 Turbo for the past two years with the highest satisfaction in every area. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, experienced, hard working, and smart craftsmen. Real experience can t be beat and is worth extra $$s to me, yet OEM always presents me with reasonable, less than I would have expected, charges. Real experts with decades of experience before and after Saab closed down, which is invaluable to me as a Saab owner and enthusiast. The team at OEM know the Saab product line well, if they can t source parts then they probably don t exist. The best thing about OEM is that they will take care of your problem. I have a 1992 Saab 900. I have worked these people for close to 20 years at OEM and their previous location. I trust them with my car.

Jeff at OEM SAAB and Subaru saved my day! I had a minor roadside emergency when my power steering went out. Jeff took my car the same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem within a few days. I greatly appreciate the swift response and communication to get my car back on the road. I highly recommend this business.

I brought my Saab in for repair of water pump, oil leak issues, and multiple other engine issues. Jeff and the team thoroughly reviewed my car and fixed numerous items. They did a fantastic job! They took care of the issues and then went above and beyond fixing all kinds of little things that I didn t expect them to fix. The costs were reasonable. When I first called OEM, I was calling to ask about problems with a certain Subaru. Jeff was so gracious, answering all of my questions truthfully, even though there was no guarantee I would ever use their service. I called them three times and each time they took the time to talk me through the possible issues. I eventually bought a car and took it to them to look over and repair. Jeff,he rep at the front desk is always so helpful and accommodating. I worked with him for years when he was at Mile High Saab & Subaru & am so thankful to be able to partake of his expertise about my 2006 Saab. Considering the customer service I received from Jeff, and the prompt, attentive, reasonably priced work from the mechanics, OEM will more than likely be my new life saver and "go to" place for any problems I have with my vehicle!

My forester hd some engine/piston slap. They agreed and did a short block swap. Did it all in a very efficient timeframe. Jeff called and kept me informed throughout the process. I have only had oil changes done on my Subaru at OEM, but already trust them with any other work I may need in the future. Very punctual and friendly ..... ask a question and you will get an honest answer and further explanation if needed. After my visit yesterday, I now know what I need in a camera and lenses for my upcoming travels! I also require work to be done on my MB Sprinter and was personally introduced to a Mercedes repair facility behind their garage and plan to use them in the future!!! When my Saab shop of 20 years closed secondary to retirement of owner, I was really scared that I would not be able to keep my dear car. However I found several people from my old place at OEM . I have always had great service and advice about my 2008 Saab from Jeff the front desk guy. Never a long wait, always treated with kindness and professionalism. So happy to have found them again.
