I came in a few days ago and just have to say Monique had just the greatest personality and so kind. Kainnen was my technician and explained everything perfectly. I was in and out. Would recommend to anyone needing glass work done to call this shop! Great team.

First time using, missed my appointment and easily rescheduled. Even got me in early, did a great job. Easy to work with my insurance as well. Will definitely be using again!Update 3/8/24: This shop always takes good care of me, bought a car that had a chip in it that looked like it may have been filled but i wasnt sure. they checked out and fixed the bad job someone else did for free. Out the door in 5 minutes, will keep coming back for the great service they provide!

I went in on Monday March 4th and scheduled an appointment on Tuesday at 2 PM . I showed up and the staff replaced my window, let me watch to see how it was done, which was cool. Gave me instructions for a couple of days about car washes. Good group of guys and gals. Use these guys there solid.

I am not one who normally does reviews. However, the service I received from Novus Glass in Parker was exceptional and deserves recognition. My insurance doesn't cover glass replacement so every couple of years I have to pay out of pocket for a new windshield--it's Colorado, no way around it! From start to finish, Novus was the best experience I have ever had getting a new windshield. Not only did they beat the price of all the other companies I called, they also did a fantastic job on the install. Very professional manager and technicians, and the job was done in under an hour. Will definitely use them for any auto glass needs in the future, no need to look anywhere else!

Referred to Novus by Messer Tinting. They said they d do a great job and they did. Super nice and knowledgeable. Excellent outcome of repair to avoid a full replacement. Definitely would go there again.

I started my day with expectations of having to deal with a windshield replacement...not something I was looking forward to. With a desire to engage a local business, I called Novus. They suggested I stop in for them to take a look at it. Even knowing that I was expecting to have the glass replaced, they quickly determined that repair was the better (and obviously significantly less expensive) option. Less than 30 minutes later, I was driving away with a chip free windshield, having spent about a fifth of what I was anticipating. The team was nothing but polite and professional, earning not only my business today, but in the future.

I had a great experience at Novus Glass and would highly recommend! They were able to get me in for a windshield replacement quickly after I contacted them. They were straightforward and did great work efficiently. Will definitely return here for any glass needs!

I am very pleased with my brand new windshield. I can see and be comfortable in my car again! Zach and the other technician who I did not get the name of were very generous and welcoming on the day I came in to schedule an appointment and the day of the appointment as well. It didn t take long for them to install the windshield and the pricing was well into my budget. If anything happens again to my windshield, I will definitely be back.

I had a cracked windshield and the preferred firm of my insurance company couldn't get me in for over a week let alone come out to me. I called multiple places and then filled out an online form for Novus, they got back to me in minutes and could see me within two days which was the earliest out of all the other firms. Called my insurance company back and they approved Novus and I was able to get the windshield replaced with no out of pocket costs. I showed up at my appointment and they immediately took my car in and within 45 minutes I was on my way. Free coffee and water and they gave me some glass cleaner. What impressed me the most was not only how quickly they responded but these were some of the nicest people I have dealt with in a while. Asking me if I was okay, if I wanted anything hing to drink or change the channel on the tv, etc. Great customer service and if I ever need another windshield replaced they will be my first call.

I was having some issues with my rear view mirror, so I set an appointment. I d like to start by saying that the staff were very personable! I was helped by Zack, and the whole fix took less than half an hour. I was extremely happy with the service provided by Zach from Novus Glass co. He was very prompt on giving same day service. Showed up at the exact time the appt was set up. Prepared me for 1 hour work. That s exactly how much time he took to replace the windshield . Did a terrific job. I would recommend him to anyone who need a well done job, at a fair price in an optimum time frame

These guys are awesome. Got me in same day in a crisis. Rear windshield shattered and I needed my car. Only one in the area that could get me in so quick! Wonderful service from the first phone call to the completion of my repair. They were able to get me in the same day for a big windshield chip repair, which meant a lot because everyone else is scheduling appointments 2 weeks - 1 month out! The damage to my windshield would absolutely get worse before anyone else could fix it. The technician, Alec was very polite and professional. He placed the call to the insurance company to handle the claim. The repair was finished quickly and looks great!

Very impressed. Took a big rock to the windshield over the holiday weekend. Called a glass company that was too busy to work me in and they referred me to Novus Glass. Called to see when they could work me in and he said, "can you be here by 4:30?" It was already 4:00 - but I said sure and drove over. Zach greeted me right when I pulled up and had my truck in the shop a minute later and I was on my way with a great repair completed in 15 minutes.
