Thank you Will, you fixed what Devils Head Choppers "said" they completed. You are definitely a life saver. A huge difference in technical/mechanical abilities and customer service vs the other guy!

Will helped me out by servicing my bike before heading to Sturgis and then on to another long ride. He completed the job and the bike rides great. Will has always helped when other locations can't. I shopped around a few different places to get an idea about performance upgrades for my 2018 Road King Special. Will took the time to understand what I was looking to accomplish and explain what he would recommend that met my needs. The work was done well, communication was good and he offered some items I hadn't considered but helped round out the work I was having done. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending anyone to Will for motorcycle work as it will get done right and at a fair price.

Took my 97 Fatboy to get worked on. Will is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. As soon as I started my bike up I could tell the difference. Ride home was the best I have had on the bike since I bought it. Not to mention his pricing for the work he did was very reasonable. I would highly recommend anyone to take your bike here for any needs.

Let me start by saying Will is one of the best people around. If you're needing some work done on your bike, don't have any hesitation taking it to Will at Notorious. I had him put a Redshift 468 cam in my FXLR earlier this year and I could not be happier. The work was completed quickly and Will was very detailed about what we should upgrade to ensure longterm reliability of the bike. I had a small issue with the bike a few weeks ago unrelated to anything Will had done, but he was quick to help me out and get back on the road. Notorious Concepts should be your first stop for any service needs!

We found Notorious Concepts on Google. After speaking with a few local bikers, we heard great things and decided to try them out!Will, the owner, was great to work with! He knows what he's doing and takes pride in it too! It seemed that e-mails were the best form of communication (I'm sure if he answered every call that came through he'd have zero time to actually wrench) and he stayed on top of his communication and updates. He took extra time to go over a few items to keep an eye on in the future and was always very friendly and very helpful!We joked that I will attempt some basic services on my own, after I mess those up, I know Will knows how to fix them. I'm certain we will be back!

I was rebuilding my daughters mini bike for an online forum mini bike Build Off (OMB) and had an issue disassembling the hydraulic forks for powder coating. I called numerous bike, dirt bike and ATV shops for help, because it was a more modern Chinese built mini with dirt bike style hydraulic forks, only to basically be told to kick rocks. 1 guy even laughed at me. My powder coater (ColorWerks) gave me Will's number at Notorious Concepts and told me to call him. Skeptical that a custom Harley shop wouldn't laugh me out the door, I gave Will a call and explained my situation in desperation. He told me to bring it by and he'd see what he could do. I felt slightly intimidated going into his extremely nice waiting area/shop and seeing some of the bikes. Will was extremely nice though and told me that he could probably get them apart but couldn't gaurantee the seals wouldn't be damaged. Him and another guy in the shop had them apart, and the hydraulic fluid measured and saved in about 5-10 minutes, no problem and told me to bring back the pieces when powder coating was complete and he'd help me get them back together. Bottom line, the project turned out great, partially due to Will and Notorious Concepts and I actually won the Build Off. Super nice/clean shop with great ownership and staff. Would highly recommend them to any bikers out there.

Can't speak to their workmanship but totally unprofessional. I left them a voice message stating I was referred to them by another Parker business owner and looking for tire install on H-D Ultra; never got a return call. After 2 days of waiting for call back I called Devils Head Chopper in Castle Rock, got immediate response and appointment for service. They even picked up the tires that I had ordered from Performance Cycle. I certainly won't waste my time/efforts dealing with these guys.

I used to take my bikes to Mile High for service, then when Shoop left I found out he is here now. One of the best wrenches in Colorado! Notorious Concepts Fast, Honest and have the knowledge and experience to get the job done right! If you need routine maintenance, major service or a tricked out custom this is the place to go!
