Absolutely loved my experience getting an oil change here! The team was super professional and incredibly kind, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Went here the first time yesterday and will definitely be coming back. Rick was very personable and nice, along with the rest of their team. Not only were they kind and helpful, but they were fast and efficient working on my car. Very pleased and satisfied costumer. Can't wait to do more business with them. I know my car will always be in good and safe hands going to them.

I made an appointment with rick for an alignment had me out in 1 hour. He answered all of my questions very knowledgeable. I also got help from Rudy at the time of check out. I'm a NEW regular. I was going to Brakes Plus for 10 years until they sold out to corporate and service went done the drain. Now, here at Midas, it feels like home with great service all around.

I can officially say that Midas has earned my business by being amazing to us time and time again. It seems they always go above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. Any small checks or things that they could charge us for they take care of which really makes them set apart in my mind. I ll be bringing all my future business here due to how well they take care of us.

Absolutely awesome!!! Great mechanics & upfront pricing. Actually, they had them diagnose & fix an issue that a different shop said wasn't the problem & had my truck up & running within 24 hrs. It's been running better now than it has in a long time. I can't rave enough how amazing Rick is and how he took the time to talk to me about everything going on and how we can get things fixed in a timely manner. (Didn't get the feeling of patronizing the silly woman who brought her truck in) This place had become my go-to shop now. I recommend them to EVERYBODY!

Rick was amazing, as were all the guys! I took my Tahoe into them as a last resort. I was stranded and they not o my took my vehicle in immediately but they didn t charge me to get me back on the road. I came back after making an appointment and they didn t stop working until they knew what was wrong. I am a single mother and to know someone is looking out for you like this is priceless! I will definitely be back and will recommend these guys to everyone!!

Managers Rick and Ethan were the most accommodating. I have a e92 coupe BMW and both of them were totally understanding of the whole euro world and helped me out so much. I really appreciated it, considering my 2011 335xi is kinda high maintenance sometimes. They were both great to talk to and definitely took care of me and my problem child beemer. Midas on E. Pine Lane, Parker is definitely the place to go. 11/10 for sure, go check them out for any maintenance!

Absolutely terrific experience! I showed up before they opened with a nail in my tire. I was grateful when they said they would be able to look at it. I anticipated spending a few hours there as they worked to fit me in between other jobs...but I was in and out in 30 minutes! Great work and awesome service!

I had my vehicle worked on here recently for an alignment. The manager was very accommodating to my schedule. And the process was very efficient. I do recommend going here. It s a clean inside environment and it s near shopping and food if you have to wait for you car.

I went in to Midas (Parker location) on 09/03/22 to install larger aftermarket chrome exhaust tips (4") on my 2018 Ford Mustang. The Midas manager, Josh, did a great job of helping me select the appropriate size and brand of exhaust tips, and he was not afraid to be very categorical in helping me pick the best options for my vehicle, as well as to steer me away from the wrong ones. Also, when we ran into unforeseen fitment issues, once my Mustang was up on the lift, Josh had effective solutions and options to present me with. On Josh's recommendation, we deleted my stock mufflers, which were causing the fitment problems, and Mike, the welder/tech, did a great job of fitting the new 4" exhaust tips to my stock 2-1/4" pipe outlets. Mike's workmanship was good, and the exhaust welds and machined brackets were very clean. As an unforeseen bonus, my car now also has a killer exhaust note, which is something I never knew an exhaust delete could achieve! The time I was quoted for this entire job was 2.5 hours, but I was in and out in less than 2 hours, start to finish. I highly recommend this particular Midas location, due to its knowledgeable staff and effective service. Pictures are attached of the exhaust work completed at Midas on my Mustang.Service: Exhaust

Had an oil leak and they fixed it at no charge. Not sure if they are under new management but the whole place is much cleaner and more organized than it used to be. Great work!

I had my Catalytic Converter Stolen around November and Rick and Ethan took amazing care of this for me and I was back on the Road within a few days. I would definitely recommend them!! Thanks again Rick and Ethan

I walked into Midas without an appt. They were so friendly they fixed my brake light and my blinker, at no charge. The store was very clean. Again the staff was amazing!!!

Customer service to the Nth degree!!This is a bit late but a couple months ago afteran oil change I had an unusual noise develop coming from the engine compartment. I asked the owner if he could take a look to determine what the cause might be. He spent about 45 minutes determined to find the cause.When I left the noise no longer existed.No charge. It was "customer service!"

Just needed to get my tire patched up and these guys got me taken care of swiftly and efficiently. Found an extra nail in one of my tires that I didn t even see and just some awesome people they have working here. November 9 Came here strictly live by the good Lord I say this because I was trying to go to fire stone down the street however I passed mitis on the way and something told me to call him I did. Best decision I ever could've made. My car was leaking oil and according to Walmart they said I had a oil pan gasket leak. However Midas thought otherwise and insisted on taking a look within minutes they have my car in the shop looking underneath to see what the problem was. The other guys wouldn't even look at my car until Saturday. Thank God for this man I should've got his name but I'm sure he was an angel sent from God! he allowed me to come into the shop and actually looking at the car and he showed me that the problem was oil pressure switch which they didn't have for a Hyundai ionic so he suggested I just call the dealer and order the part myself. The part ended up costing less than he said it would and if I didn't live all the way out in Fountain I would definitely drive to him or have him put it on. This place is a gym specially in today's times it's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic I'm definitely saving their address because I work out in Denver and the next time I have a problem with my car I'm definitely coming to them I don't care that they live out in Parker it's worth a trip if my car was leaking oil and this part that's gonna take seven days to arrive at the dealer I would definitely go to them to have them put it on. May the good Lord richly bless this upstanding and righteous establishment
