Clean work, great customer service. Made my car look brand new. Might go lighter on the windshield tint later but very happy with the result. Definitely recommend this place if you re looking to tint or protect the paint on your vehicle.

I've had two or three of our cars tinted at Messer and have been very pleased with the results. The tint on one of my windows got scratched up at the body shop. I took it by on Thursday to make an appointment to get it fixed and they replaced the tint on the spot.Service: Privacy window filmsService: Privacy window films

Very happy with the tint job that Aaron and Adam and the crew did on my Chrysler 300 S. Got all the windows done and blacked out the marker lights and tail lights as well as an eyebrow on the windshield. The quality of work is unchallenged and they are hands down the best guys to have do your tint.This is s great company and they do fantastic work.

Had Messer tint two of my vehicles and I am completely happy with their work. Recently I did have to return to get a window retinted because a repair shop managed to scratch the tint while vehicle was being fixed for hail damage. Messer got the job done real quick and just like before I'm completely satisfied with their work.

Bought a used car from VW for my son to drive at 16 and brought it straight to Messer to tint the windows. $700 (cash) later, and I have a car that is trashed. The exterior is covered in soupy overspray. All four doors have runoff and drip lines. Everything inside the car is coated with a soupy residue (everywhere). The passenger seat has water spots that I hope I can clean out. I am blown away that a shop would allow a car to leave their bay looking like it did. The window film is high quality (3M), but Messer doesn't make film, they install it. There is no courtesy tape covering the window buttons. There was no discussion about aftercare to make sure nobody messes up the fresh tint. No phone call. No text. No paperwork. No receipt. No warrenty info. Just a trashed car sitting outside waiting for me to pick it up after hours since I paid in advance.

I am so conflicted writing this review because there are both highly positive and negative aspects to my experience; Messer seems, overall, like an honest business that usually does good work, with just a few things to improve.I was scheduled for a 9 o'clock appointment but when I got there, 4 other customers were standing outside waiting for the building to open. The owner was out of town and assistant manager was running late. We waited about 30 minutes. Getting a ride home from them was excellent though. And after the work was done, I couldn't stop remarking at how STUNNING my vehicle looked! The 5% limo tint on back and 25% in the front really gives the ride a modern look, adding privacy and protection against the sun.There were small bubbles in some spots looks like small debris trapped between the tint and window during installation I was informed these would go away after a few days, but sadly this proved untrue. After trying to call and leave messages many times, I've been unable to get in touch with this business to schedule a follow-up repair appointment. Additionally, they did not provide me with any 3M warranty information (nor submit it on my behalf), so I felt a little lied to when they said I get a "lifetime warranty."Between Messer not opening on time, the small flaws in their work, inability to get in touch, and irrelevant warranties both with them and 3M, I have to say I'm disappointed, yet optimistic. Their staff do seem stellar, I hope maybe they'll see my review and make this right.UPDATE: 1:After my driver's side tint completely pulled off on its own, I was able to get in touch with Messer, and they fixed it with the other imperfections under warranty. They still should have answered the phone months ago or even read this review, however, I'm giving back two stars.UPDATE 2:I was in the area and Messer was able to fit me in without an appointment to quickly repair a small part of my back window's tint that'd begun peeling off after a few months. Really impressed they were able to make it right so promptly, and I would confirm that they do seem to stand by their warranty. All the tint on my windows is holding up great now.

Adam was extremely helpful, they previously did my Ram 1500 a couple years ago and now just did a 2023 CanAm Defender SxS. They were done quicker than promised and even washed it up before I picked it up. Great guys to go to if you want to tint anything!

So Disappointed!I found Messer Window Tinting when the guy I used for years became injured. Had them do the front windows on my wife's Rang Rover. Came out OK with a few small bubbles, which after 4 months are still there.Brought my daughters Mercedes C300 in for a front door, rear door and back window tint. Paid $275 for the work. Dropped the car off for a full day and when picked the car up there were two windows with a lot of bubbles, one with a scratch in the tint, 3/4 inch gaps between the tint and trim on 2 windows and dirt on the just detailed car. There was runs of the tint liquid on both the inside and outside of the doors.I showed them these issues immediately and they were nice, embarrassed and scheduled me to bring the car in a second time to redo two of the windows. I dropped the car off for 4 hours on the redo appointment. After the redo work was done the same gaps were there, tint was peeling from the bottom of one window and more bubbles where there than the first time.I called and again they were nice. They scheduled me to bring the car back for them to redo again. I waited at their shop for this second redo and was told it was done right this time. After this third attempt the gap moved from the back of the window to the front, even more bubbles and the tint is peeling on a different window now. The windows were not rolled down for a week on each instance the peeling occurred. Absolutely the worst tint job I have ever had with well over 10 cars done to date.They did nothing more than an amateur tint job. It was a true waste of my $275 and 13 hours of my time.On 10/15/19 it got worse! I received an email requesting reviews for Messer Window Tinting from 5280 Elite Marketing that was addressed to all Messer Window Tinting past customers. The email string blew-up from people mad at the email that violates spam laws and privacy violation. The email had many people with bad experiences post reviews today so seems to not have worked out well. In the end, not only did I get a bad tint job that needed to be redone else ware...I also had my email shared with their entire customer base when getting spammed by these folks.

110% recommend these guys for all your tinting and PPF needs. I got front window tint and PPF done on my 2018 Mustang, dropped it off and picked it up the same day. Good work getting the front windows matched with the back. The guys over at messer are really nice and have a nice shop. Took longer than I thought for the bubbles to go away after the tint was applied but they all went away after about 2 weeks.

Aaron is the nicest coolest guy I've ever met! He did an awesome job tinting my windows. If anyone is looking for a reputable shop, I highly recommend Messer. He will take care of you. I will definitely be coming back for more

Started a convo on google and response was pretty much immediate, and wanted simple tinting done to my vehicle, was quoted and scheduled an appointment. Very happy with recommendations and expertise, far exceeded my expectations. Very professional people, and speak with Adam if you can, guy knows his stuff and very easy going. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

Terrible service. Arrived for my appointment ten minutes early. Was told it would take an hour to complete work. One hour and ten minutes later my truck was still in the parking lot waiting for the job to begin.

3rd time and ALWAYS a charm !!! Brought in my Audi Allroad to eliminate the naked fishbowl look that a wagon can give the pros at Messer suggested an option that kept the rear windows super dark to keep out prying eyes and transitioned the remaining windows, allowing for safety and comfort while keeping it legal. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

I had my front window tinted by them and it's made a huge difference. I no longer have to use the sun shade. It works great. While I'm driving there's not a lot of heat. The dash isn't getting baked. Their customer service was excellent. They actually brought my truck back to me and dropped it off at my house cuz I was busy with work.Service: InstallationService: Installation

I needed window tinting and a clear bra installation on my new truck. Cole was my sales guy and was fantastic to deal with. They took me right away and did an excellent job. Cole recommended certain things that I should do that I wasn't even thinking of. I have another car that I pick up in a few weeks and I will be back. I was recommended to this shop for window tinting on all my windows of my truck. I scheduled an appointment right away after getting a quote and believing it was good. My appointment was scheduled for 11am. Upon arriving I was told it would take a couple of hours. Unfortunately I live a minimum of 45 minutes away and had no one to pick me up so I had to wait. My car did not finally receive services until 45-50 minutes after my appointment time. The work was great and this place would have received five stars if they were more considerate to appointments set and the time of the customer as it made me very late to helping a friend out.
