Definitely avoid this place. Took my car there for a routine oil change. Not only was it ridiculously expensive ($130!) but two weeks later, my car started to leak oil. I took the car to the place I usually go and they said whomever did the oil change put the oil filter in upside down and didn t secure the gasket. Unreal.

Unprofessional, fraudulent, and dangerous! We have been extremely long time loyal customers of Les Schwab but this last visit might just be our personal and companies last. First off they were confused and even a bit dismayed by the fact that we had an appointment. They said "we are very busy but will try and get you in". We left the vehicle there for them and said no rush. They ignored the written and verbal requests for what needed to be done on the vehicle. They did work on the vehicle with out asking or confirming said work to be completed. After several hours we got a call saying "your car is finished, you can come pick it up". I responded with "what about the inspection? What about the requested diagnostics and work?" they said "everything is fine". I asked to speak to the tech that worked on the vehicle. He stated that "oh we were so busy we didn't actually do the inspection, but I will send it back in to get looked at, so just void everything we already told you". We waited for a while longer. They called back and stated that yes actually it needs several repairs, but that they needed to order the parts. I told them that this is extremely unprofessional and down right dangerous from a safety standard. We have trusted Les Schwab with many of our vehicles and more importantly our families safety and both were ignored and spat upon. Piss poor experience all around. We will be canceling our corporate account and taking our business elsewhere. Charlie and Garret were the individuals that we interacted with. If you guys want to attempt to make this right my customer ID in your system is A05841131

Rude, inconsiderate, lying, dishonest and deceitful employees. My business and all my business vehicles will no longer be serviced by Les Schwab.Last time I went in was told both tire pressure monitor sensors on rear tires needed replaced for a few hundred dollars. Found out only one needed to be replaced when my mechanic looked and was offered replacement at a fraction of the cost they insisted even for one.I got metal shrapnel in the tire and took it in today and was told it s not covered under the road hazard warranty I paid for. I was told by William (like the other 1 star reviewer) that it wouldn t be covered because I had not rotated my tires every 5-10k miles. When I pulled up the terms and conditions, it has no mention of this. I told them I was under the impression that if my tread depth was below 2/32 or there was abnormal/uneven wear it wouldn t be covered, and he said he would check the tread depth. He said it came back at 4/32 and said there was no uneven wear. William then said I had to replace two tires and one at a time is not optional because it would create uneven wear. If I am unable to afford two tires and don t mind switching out the rest shortly after so it doesn t wear unevenly, why can t I change one? I ve done at at multiple other tire shops. He insisted they couldn t do it. I took my car to another shop and they said my tread depth measured 6/32. They claimed they filled my tires to 35psi all around before I left. I checked my tire pressure before I went in and all my tires were at 30psi. When I checked after leaving, my driver side tires were still at 30psi, but my passenger side where the damaged tires were, were set at 37psi. The manager insisted the air machine may need to be recalibrated and that dishonesty was not a factor, and that inflating the tire wouldn t create quicker potential damage. When I asked another tire shop they said that air machines will never overinflate, and that a discrepancy of 7psi seems highly abnormal and unlikely. The damaged tire had not even lost air so it didn t need any. After checking again the tear where the metal went in increased in size which they insisted could not happen by inflating the tire. Then they insisted it was past the mileage warranty. Turns out the road hazard warranty only replaces or repairs damaged tires free of cost for the first 25% of the mileage warranty.

I would advise to check the torque on your wheel lugs if you have visited this shop. What happened to this place? Had been to LS in the past with good service however this last time, is the last time. I just finished replacing my wheel and tires (x 4) in my garage. This was after getting a new set at less Schwab one month ago. A total of 13 wheel lugs (out of 20) were finger tight! No wrench required to remove the nuts! This is dangerous.

Hands down worst tire center in Parker. Employees are rude, arrogant, and inconsiderate. We had 1 1/2 year old tires with less than 25,000 on them and picked up an object in a tire that gave us a flat. Went in for repair or tire replacement and they told us we had to buy all new 4 tires. The tread on the other 3 were all in great condition. When he tried to convince my wife this was the only option I had to come in to talk to him. When I asked why he told because we failed to rotate our tires. I told him I m pretty sure we had it done once when it was serviced at Christian Brothers before we took a long road trip. His response, prove it show me your receipts where it s listed that that was the work completed Excuse me!?? I m the customer. All I said was I m pretty sure we had it done once or twice before . Why are you challenging me?Sadly, we didn t have other options, we were in a bind and having to deal with some unfortunate and unexpected circumstances. Beyond that my wife had to take the kids to school and I needed our other car for work so we paid for 4 brand new tires. Not even the ones we wanted by the way as we asked for Good Year Wranglers but were told we couldn t have them. We will never come back to this place again and I seriously hope the gentleman who thought he helped us finds himself a serious attitude check. It s obviously a direct reflection of management and ownership of this location. STAY AWAY!!!

Do not use this place. Damaged my vehicle and took no responsibility. Claimed they don't have anything that could do this, why would someone run a jack into your car. Indoor cameras conveniently down for fiber optic upgrade. Real Class acts. Vehicle has 25k miles and went in for alignment and tire check and came out with this. Stay awayUpdate::: they respond and say please fill out this form, this was after filling out the form and giving them the opportunity to make it right. This was after I made a formal complaint in their complaint, and damage department told me the above about not taking any responsibility.

Visited this location to get my car inspected for Lyft, Lyft app shows this location of Les Schwab should charge $20 but they charged me $39 and also said my front brakes need to be replaced and gave me a quote of $500 plus. Lol. And failed the inspection.

There will be only one place I trust my family to buy their tires. Les Schwab has the best pricing, best service and always always provided uncompromising people who do what they say and say what they do! I have also gotten oil changes and frequently trusted them for new batteries and other services.

Sitting here in the showroom waiting for my winter tire switch over. Had an appointment at 10am and it s now 12:30. Told it would be one hour. People here are polite and the facility is clean and organized. Just now leaving and discovered all the tires were low. They adjusted when I went back to complain. Long time customer of Les Schwab but I m moving on now.

My daughter's were so worn, ( steel was showing on front tires.)She made an appt. 3 days ago online, giving her vehicles specs. She received no call back from them.Today we brought it in for the scheduled 8:30 a.m appt.We were told the two $198 tires were off site, 1/2-1 hr away, and that we would be called when vehicle was ready. At 11 a.m. ( 2.5 hrs. later, I called and was told the courier was still 1 hour away!Having another appt, we told them to cancel. Very disappointed.

Been using them since they opened. Best spot for the service and management was the best. Techs were very knowledgeable and took care of all my cars. Then Bryce (the original manager) left and the atmosphere just changed in the worst way. Bryce really knew how to run a good shop and with great people under him. This new manager is far below what this shop is use to and it will show in quality and retainment of the current staff. We lost a good guy and reputable shop. If the few good techs (Aline, Sam & Kristian) find a new location I'm there along with the people I refer.

I have always liked using Les Schwab but this location has left me with nothing but bad experiences. There is no communication about what is going on. I took my car for an oil change and break replacement a couple weeks ago. Since then my car has been leaking a brown substance which appeared to be oil. I took my car back to who changed the oil for me in hopes to just get it checked out and waited about 3 hours without ever having my car even looked at. No one told me how long the wait would be, didn't check in, just no communication. I have spent a LOT of money at Les Schwab so for them to just not care after something happened to my vehicle AFTER having a service completed there is truly disappointing.I chose to leave because my car was not getting looked at and went elsewhere and was able to get immediate help with my vehicle which is something they should've been able to help with on my initial visit but failed to be thorough with my vehicle when I asked to make sure everything under the hood looked okay. This place sucks and only cares about taking your money.

We have been using this left to have here 3 sets of tires on two different vehicles I've been trying to get this car in here to have a nails fixed and it's always an hour to hours 3 hours who's got that kind of time to sit here. Then they're like oh well. You can leave the car. So you want me to leave my car here for flat all day long? Looks like set number 4 of tires will be someplace. We were gonna get in 2 weeks.

I had come in for an alignment this past week. Unfortunately, due to some preexisting issues that occurred thanks to lending my car to my brother during the snow, I couldn't get my car aligned. However, I am leaving 5 stars, due to both Scott and Beau walking me down under the undercarriage to survey the damage that my brother did to my car. They took their time and showed me all the damage, giving me recommendations about solutions for fixing my car. They did all of this instead of just attempting to do an alignment anyway despite the fact it never would have came to alignment spec and ultimately, they did not attempt to make a quick buck! This is superb customer service. They're transparent and really do care about the long run with their customers. This is what it should be about. Sure, they didn't make money that day with me, but they sure as h3ll made a returning customer! They're not like the sleazy and rude employees you often meet at other tire shops. I highly recommend these guys if you're on the fence. Thanks again Scott and Beau!!

Big thumb's up for the Parker Les Schwab store. I am a widow and elderly. A tire light came on my dash. I dropped into the Parker store at about 11 AM today, Saturday, and asked for help. Kylee at the counter made an appointment for me for later in the day. So, I left my car and I walked to my office in downtown Parker. The store called later to tell me that the stem had been repaired for me and tires filled -- no charge! Additionally, I asked for help with my new license tag and the tech very kindly scraped the old tag and placed the new tag. A lot of great service above and beyond! I will happily share this excellent experience with others. Thank you!

Awful...Just awful. 3 and a half hours watching the guy put studs in tires. That's almost an hour per tire. Never ever again will I use any Les Schwab.

The Parker store has always done a great job for us. Went in on Christmas Eve for an inspection on a low tire late in the afternoon and they got me right in and sent us home free of bells and whistles!

Went their earlier today with a flat tire from a massive screw. The gentleman at the front desk at the time was so friendly and helpful towards coming out of the shop and taking a personal look at the tire himself, he the recommended a tire rotation from just a quick glance. He was correct in doing so, and in just an hour and a half, I had my car back with everything done, and they even told me that it was all complimentary. Amazing service and a job done perfectly. I will definitely go back for more service in the future!

I had a leak in my truck tire and after I plugged it, I was unable to find a gas station air compresssor that could handle 65psi. I went to Les Schwab to ask for help and they were super friendly and eager to help! I am so grateful! I need new tires soon and I ll definitely be back here! If they are willing to help when they re is nothing in It for them I would imagine their customer service is impeccable while doing business! Highly recommend!!! Max was my technician and was awesome!

I use Les Schwab for all our tires, and they are always fair and friendly. I always have my tires filled with air when the temperature drops, too, and they are so nice!

This has been our go-to tire place for years. Poor customer service has us taking our business elsewhere. Called Friday, said they could get us in on Monday morning. We received an email confirmation of our quote the same day, only to get there this morning and be advised 1) we were not on the schedule. 2) the tires were not ordered 3) there was an up-charge of a couple of hundred dollars for an out-source charge that was not included in our "official quote". Although they usually stand by their quotes, they refused today. Disappointing.

Most of the people are great and do an awesome job. However, the girl in charge of Finance, did a horrible job. First, she only gave me a receipt, without any explanation of terms. I called back to the store, and spoke with Christian, a great employee. He checked our paperwork, apologized for the error on her part, and offered to speak with Corporate, since we should have received a better offer. When I spoke with the young girl, she could have cared less that she screwed up. No apologies, she did not even understand why she or care that she messed up, and needed to call me to apologize for her error! If you could hear a "deer in the headlights" moment, that would be her. Thank goodness there are enough other employees at this location who get it.

Les Schwab in Parker has always done an amazing job!!! They re timely, kind, professional, and honest with their customers- I have taken all my cars to them since I was 16 for breaks and tires - my dad and mom also come to this location for all their breaks and tires! We know we can trust this team here. Bryce the manager is fantastic and works well with everyone! They will stand behind their work and honor what they do. They always answer my questions I have and are super nice here.

Came into Les Schwab extremely disappointed after a previous visit to change out my snow tires. I specifically asked that they don t scratch my black Tesla wheels when removing. There were some bad chips on the paint when I got my car back.Went back a week later and talked to Hunter. He was very patient and kind and got right on the computer to order my four new center sections for my wheels. He told me that Tesla is one of the only manufactures who does not have a notch in the center in order to remove section without damage. Design flaw Elon Musk??!!Thank you Hunter, for caring for your customers and taking responsibility. Much appreciated!

I would highly recommend Les Schwab tire center in Parker. I took my truck in there because my suspension felt loose and they were able to tighten a few things eliminate the noises I was hearing and only charged me $50. The tech I was working with was Scott and he was very knowledgeable. Everyone else I worked with there was also in a great mood, very courteous, and definitely customer focused! It seems to be very well run shop and that's where I will be going the next time I have an issue with one of my vehicles.

I am absolutely positively sure that these guys know nothing about. Suspensions I brought my car in my wife's car in to have a shake. Not shaking, but noise sounds like a bearing. They told me it was under carriage bushings. That doesn't make any sense to me.

Welcome to Les Schwab where you will get an over priced tire that is made in Thailand. Oh and we will claim it is way better than any other name brand tire out there. Don't believe me? Just walk in and ask about other brands they don't carry and they will state they are inferior compared to their house brand. To add I can go to Firestone Auto Care and get a Firestone Destination XT in the same size for and average of $60 lower price per tire and have better quality since the tire will be made in either Canada or the USA.Oh and let's not forget on how I overheard a technician stating to a different customer where one brake rotor was hot and warped(front right I think) and say to just replace the rotors and leave the pads alone. They didn't even think to check the calipers if they might have a problem......As a fellow Automotive Technician I say take your business elsewhere and not go to a Les Schwab.... Not worth wasting your money and compromising your own safety.
