The staff here has been so great! They have been honest, up front and very communicative with me + they offered much better prices and customer service than other nearby competitors. They will only take on what they are qualified to do and are trustworthy. I highly suggest stopping by here if you have a question or a concern about your vehicle.

This is the second time I have stopped by this Jiffy Lube location and been so incredibly impressed with their customer service, honesty and integrity. Both times I came in very concerned about an engine light or message that popped up on my dash. Both times I was treated so kindly (by three different staff members) and the issue was resolved quickly. The management is doing something right at this location! The workers go above and beyond for their customers...a rarity these days. I'll definitely give them my business from here on out.

I get it. European cars are tough for oil changes.� The oil filter is in a funny place and overall, the configuration of stuff is nonsensical compared to American models.Oh well.� Technicians get paid to know how to do this work on a variety of cars.� So why is it that when I brought my car in today, the technician seemed to have a vocabulary limited to expletives regarding my oil filter and transmission flush.I asked for an oil change, transmission flush and fuel clean.For whatever reason, I think technicians "Tyler" and "Sean" either didn't want to do the work, didn't know how or were just too mad to do it because I didn't receive a transmission service after I spoke with technician "Mialey" at the pay counter.I get the frustration, but let's face it.� After all that anger and yelling from either Tyler or Sean - I sat in that waiting room wondering what work they did and if it was even done correctly.�� When I got home I checked under my car to verify they put the skid plate on correctly and checked the oil filter for tightness.If you work for JiffyLube and are reading this, you know I'm going to say it� -� as confirmed by many former employees - I am having doubts your techs put enough oil in my car.� I doubt they put the right weight oil in my car.Get an adult in there to supervise because whichever one was doing the yelling and complaining about my car needs some counseling and perhaps some mentoring on how to do their job.I'm certain nothing will be done as I can tell a "F 'em" mentality is already the paradigm here.�� I pray a potential customer reads this and chooses to go somewhere else before Tyler or Sean make a mistake on YOUR car and you end up throwing a rod because of their ineptitude.

The staff was nice but that's about it.... you ended up going up $10 in price and that's fine but going down in service is not okay.. I asked them four times to wash the windows like your signature service claims and they only washed one of the four. I asked him to vacuum out the inside they also did not do that.. jiffy lube used to charge more and give you better service now they just charge more.. I don't even know that they check the tire pressure..

I used to go to Walmart for Oil Changed, but recently made a switch to Jiffy Lube and am now a returning customer. I love that they greet you at your car and go over the things that possibly need to be done before starting on your car. I also appreciate that they come in halfway through to tell you what may need done after checking it over and don't put any pressure on you to make decisions you are not ready for. The staff is very friendly and the service is quick. They have a bathroom, beverages and tv in seating area as well which is great.

I needed to get my spark plugs changed on my 2017 Nissan Murano, so I went to Jiffy Lube.The technician who replaced my spark plugs didn't correctly hook up one of the spark plugs. I did not know this at the time.My car worked fine for a couple of days but soon thereafter it died. I took the car back and they told me one of the cylinders in the engine was leaking oil and it would require additional work to fix my car.At this point, I took my car to an actual mechanic who took my engine apart and told me the engine was fine. The issue was one of the spark plugs was not securely connected to the cylinder which caused my car to stop working.Incompetent service. Bad value. Save yourself money and a headache. Avoid Jiffy Lube.

Tyler was the best automotive technician I have ever had. Not only did he explain things in clear simple to understand terms, but physically showed me the results of his work. Jiffy Lube has earned my business for years to come because of this experience.

Avoid this place! The boy manager Tyler and his groupies Conner and Kayla dropped a tool into my engine and couldn t find it. The door was open between the lobby and the bay. We heard them cussing and watched them slam my car door several times. When he came to dish speak to me he laughingly said that my car ate his tool. Kayla had a man standing behind me laughing mocking my daughter and I attempting to intimidate me. I asked for the supervisor contact information he wouldn t give it to me at first.He said he was the manager and that he didn t have a supervisor. Then he proceeded to tell me that he didn t appreciate that I questioned him. I asked him to put that he lost a tool in my engine. He mumbled under his breath Of course you want it in writing . He wouldn t give me a receipt or any documentation that he left a tool in my engine. Tyler and Kayla s attempt to intimidate my daughter and I was beyond unprofessional. Do not use this facility!

This place used to be my go to place for service work. Unfortunately the past two times I've gone have been enough that I can't recommend them. Time before last, I showed up and was informed that they only had 2 people working and they wouldn't be able to get the filter for my car since it required running to a parts location. I called later, ordered the part to be there and made the extra trip to have it done. This last time I called ahead to make sure they would have the filter on a Tuesday and let them know I'd be there Saturday for the work. I was assured that it wouldn't be a problem and they would see me on the weekend. Show up first thing in the morning and get greeted with the same story of 2 people working when they usually have 5 and a 2.5 hour wait. Staffing appears to be a problem here and I'll be finding another service location for my car work.

This was hands down the BEST jiffy lube experience I ve ever had. Staff was upfront with estimated costs, explained what and why they were doing or recommending certain things, and they were not pushy on trying to get me to pay for services I did not want. Staff was also extremely friendly and chill. Definitely recommend this jiffy lube!!

Everyone was friendly and cheerful when I went in on Veterans Day. They thanked me for my service and had a free oil change. So very nice! And no one asked me a million questions about if I want to add this or that. Sometimes they ask so much after they start that I feel like the location is just trying to get more money from me. This time, they just did what they needed and told me what they did afterwards. Very friendly. Very quick! I was impressed. Thank you

Josh and his team at this location in Parker absolutely saved me when my battery completely died while dropping my kids off at school. They were so nice and quick and helpful, all while I had to take a meeting I otherwise would have missed if I hadn t broken down in the right spot. I would give these guys 1k stars if I could! Thank you!!

Staff were so upset and angry, they were yelling and saying lots of bad words while performing the service. Definitely, I would never recommend Jiffy to any one. Specifically, with this type of service, they need to be more professional and respectful toward customers.

Tyler was Absolutely Amazing! It was freezing out and later in the evening, due to wifi issues, it took some time to figure out, but he took care of it all and I have decided I will continue to come to this exact location going forward! Service was done quick and great, and customer service was amazing as well! I didn't catch the name of the gent in the pit also working, but he was also wonderful! Next change will be here for sure!

So Jiffy Lube only emails receipts and I have had problems on the last 2 oil changes getting my receipts emailed. I have 13 vehicles in my company fleet and need the receipts for my business. The reason I am leaving this review is because the staff at the Parker, Co store has been rude and very unprofessional to me when trying to get the receipt ie you ll get it tomorrow which I did not and we can t identify receipts by date which they eventually did. I m just about done with this store.

Best service I ve had in a long time! Greece monkey had forgotten to tighten a bolt after an oil change and my oil was leaking. Tyler and Miley took care of it quick and we re so nice ! If you re gonna go anywhere definitely go to them!! :)

I ve been here for the last 15,000+ miles on my car. They are always fair and honest. Today I came in for an oil change since I was overdue per the windshield sticker, and the check-in lady told me I still had 1,000+ miles until I was due after she looked up my car s last service. I thanked her for her diligence and honesty, and will certainly be back when my car is actually due for service. Love this jiffy lube!

They installed a high mileage treatment in my van that has 26000 miles and up charged me another 30 dollars. 100 bucks for a basic oil change that took 10 minutes seems steep. Keep an eye on the charges.

making an edit to my review due to a much better experience today. today there was no wait and i was able to get through very quickly. the employees were very knowledgeable but do tend to try a bit much to upsell you on other services. still very courteous but a simple: "are there any other services we could do for you today?" would be sufficient. bravo jiffy for retaining my business!!! employees were very courteous however service was extremely slow. 2 hour wait at this establishment is not acceptable. this is the first time I have had to wait like this so I'll be back but things need to get stepped up in order to retain my business afterwardsService: Oil change

Totally incompetent. Yesterday, February 11, 2024 I took my 2022 Subaru Forrester in for a yearly inspection that Uber requires. Within less than a minute I was told my brake pads were only at 2 mm and I had to replace them for $220. Not believing this. I took my car to brakes plus, only to find out I had 10 mm! So in short don t go to Jiffy unless you want to get ripped off or take advice from some incompetent technicians.

I came in to jiffy because I was a quart low in oil, Tyler topped me off and was amazing to work with. He was very very helpful and very kind. It was a great experience and I will be using jiffy lube in Parker, co from now on
