I had an engine issue with the VVT system of my Honda Accord. These folks did an excellent job in repairing it at a reasonable cost and in a reasonable amount of time. I'll come back here for future service.

I love Independent Auto Care. The owner is honest and will do all he can to fix your vehicle. They are honest and accountable. I had an issue recently that could have been anywhere from $300 to $600 cost, but the owner offered a solution that was a very small fraction of that cost. They could have just done the work and pocketed the profit, but instead he made sure to offer the best possible solution for me and my car. This is one example of many, but I'm late to review them. I would recommend them to anyone that has the vehicle they specialize in to take you car there, but I don't want him so busy I can't use him. LOL! :) Great people there.Service: Electrical

These guys are the best! They took a look at my car and ran a diagnostic on it for free, even though I had not yet been a paying customer.They have reasonable prices, and are very upfront. I needed my timing belt replaced and my mileage was way over what it should be when you replace it. They quoted a price (cheaper than others) but let me know there would likely be additional work, due to age and mileage. They quoted that price too, but if the parts were intact, they would leave it alone.I don't know much about cars, but I truly believe that they are completely fair and honest. This is now my go-to auto shop.The only difficulty is that, since they are so good, appointments are booked a ways out, so it's really not a great option for emergencies.

Very nice guys who were able to get my truck in when I needed to, and had it back to me sooner than expected. The work was done well, at a good price, and the paperwork they gave me, in particular, was very helpful--detailed, complete and attractive, with helpful tips for monitoring performance between tune-ups. It's a nice touch that demonstrates that they care about the vehicles and are willing and reliable partners in keeping them running! Took my vehicle in due to an intermittent squeaky noise coming from the front wheel area. Prior to taking my vehicle here, I took it to the Acura dealership in Littleton and they could not figure out the issue.Rick and his team are courteous and listened to collect the necessary information in order to identify the issue. I dropped my vehicle on Thursday (late in the afternoon) and received a called early Friday morning that the issue had been resolved!From my experience, I fully recommend Independent Auto Care to anyone that has an Acura. Not only are they very knowledgeable, but their pricing is very competitive and they are very honest as well. We will be bringing our vehicles to Rick going forward.

My experience with Independent Auto Care was great from the very 1st phone call for information, all the way through to the repair. Rick was very helpful, knowledgeable & courteous, and he was able to get my car fixed very quickly. I had been dreading this repair because of the cost, but Rick made it seem less painful. I will definitely go back to them for future needs for my Honda. Great job guys!, no more noise & it actually runs smoother now too! Thank you!

Rick and Independent Auto Care are simply fantastic! I and several other friends/family have taken numerous Honda and Toyota vehicles to them. The expertise and service are top notch, but more importantly they are trustworthy. Prices are extremely competitive and I have never felt pressured or cheated on any way. I would highly recommend them over any of the other "import" shops around south Denver. You can definitely trust them with any of your vehicle repair needs!

Trusted bringing my car here to rick since he open his shop. He is honest, reliable and gets to your car as quickly as possible. You can trust the work they put in and I have never had a bad experience! We've been bringing our Hondas here for 15 years. Rick is always honest and upfront with repair issues. He keeps track of little issues that may not need repair right away, and he checks them each time the car is brought in. He never up sells unnecessary repairs. His prices are fair and better than dealership charges. He gives great advice on future issues as the car ages and becomes more expensive to maintain.

I took my Camry in for an oil change and mentioned I was leaving on a road trip in the near future. They not only changed the oil, topped off all the fluids, checked the engine and cabin filters and checked and topped off the psi on the spare tire. They certainly go above and beyond. I've been going to Rick's business for many years and have never been disappointed. From the other 5-star ratings here evidently this is the norm. His workmanship and attention to detail is outstanding and far exceeds anything I've ever experienced at an Acura dealership. The repairs they perform are always done with complete success and with genuine parts. You cannot find a better shop anywhere.

Rick has been awesome... very professional, courteous in every interaction. Independent Auto Care kept my 9 year old Acura running for 8 more years after dealer's service center offered me $500 for the car, claiming it couldn't be repaired. Rick and team not only fixed it but kept it running for 8 more years, may be 2 services a year; dealer wanted car in the shop every 3 months. The car could have lasted many more years had it not been our needs from a vehicle changing. I recommend Independent Auto Care to my friends all the time. Thank you for honest advise and service all these years.

What an awesome place! I showed up out of the blue asking for help with a passenger side mirror replacement. I didn't have an appointment, yet Rick fit me in and my mirror was replaced while I waited. The price was very reasonable too!I will definitely be back if I need auto care help!

After I found these guys, I have been very impressed. Very honest, and knowledgeable. I told them what I thought was the issue on my car, would have been $900 to fix and they could have taken it easily. They looked at it, cleaned out the connections couldn't find an issue, the AC started magically working again and only charged for an hour of labor. I had used them a few times before that, and have never had any issues with any of the repairs.

Absolutely fantastic to deal with! Very very friendly on the phone and in person! They did an alignment on my 04 Acura TL and worked on it till it was perfect. I am absolutely amazed on how perfect it drives now. If you own a Honda/Acura this is the place to go have service done! I will recommend everybody to them and from now on they are my go-to for anything on my car. Thanks guys!

Amazing! I have been a loyal customer to the Acura dealership in Littleton. But customer service has fallen to the wayside. I made an appt at Independent Auto Care. They beat the price of the dealership by a significant amount. I am so happy that there is an auto shop here in Parker that I can get my Acura MDX serviced at. Super honest and nice employees! All of my future maintenance and repairs will be done at Independent Auto care.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We love Independant auto care. We had a trusted mechanic in Az and we were afraid we'd never be able to replace them when we moved here. I'm happy to say that Independant auto care has far surpassed my hopes and will always have our loyal business. They are up front with their prices, honest, and they always have my car done before I think is possible. Most of the time, the same day! I would recommend to anyone!

We have been taking our cars to RIck and his team for over 10 years, We joke that we will only buy Honda's in the future just so we know we will have Rick there to fix them for us. You will be hard pressed to find a more honest and professional team than Independent Auto in Parker !! Do yourself a favor and check them out.

Rick is outstanding - He listened to all my self diags and encouraged my trying to fix some of the issues. He quoted me a great price and more importantly completed a quality job in the time he promised. I will be back when I have any additional issues that I feel are more than I want to tackle.

Rick and his team are true experts and show respect to their customers needs both in the repair and the cost. I had a challenging noise in my CRV that had been misdiagnosed by five other shops. Rick nailed the problem first try and executed the fix the same day. Hard to get better that that

Just picked up my 04 Honda and need to take the time say I really appreciate their quality and transparency of their work. Been taking my car here for 1.5 years now and I sincerely would only buy vehicle manufacturers that they specialized cause I wouldn t take my vehicle anywhere else to have it worked on.

Called Rick to see when he could get my daughter's 2001 Honda Accord in for repair. He asked what the problem was (steering wheel locked and could not get ignition key to turn). Rather than having it towed from South Denver to Parker for him to do the job, he knew that it was a problem with the ignition cylinder and recommended I have a locksmith make the repair. He gave me a recommended locksmith, Bolton's Locksmith. Lonny Bolton was able to repair the cylinder and get my daughter back on the road in less than an hour for much less cost. Thanks Rick and Lonny. Once again you proved why I have all my Honda's and Acura's serviced by you!

I started calling around to several places after my "Service Engine Soon" light came on in my Mitsubishi vehicle, trying to find someone who could give me an idea of what the issue was without charging me a fortune for it (I was quoted anywhere from $45 - $95 to just get it checked). I called up Independent Auto Care and talked with Rick. Even though they do not work on Mitsubishi's, Rick told me that I could drive by his place and he would run a quick check on my car to see if the issue was minor, or something major. I drove by his shop, and he helped me right away. The issue? My gas cap was loose. The cost? Nothing. Makes me wish I drove a Honda, Acura or Toyota so that I could have Rick as my normal mechanic.On a side note, dont rely on where Google Maps puts the location at on the map. I think it shows the location off of Main St/Parker Rd...when it is in fact closer to Plaza Rd/Parker Rd. I dont know what the issue is with Google, but once I put the address into my GPS in my car, it found the place right away. You can also call the place for more detailed directions...believe me, its worth it!

Like this place, no attempts to up-sell additional services and honest folks. They even helped me save money by identifying issues that i could get resolved as part of my extended warranty from dealer before it expired. This is my go to shop for a while now and i would absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

From my very old Honda to my newer Acura, Rick and staff have always done a great job. And at a great price too!
