Excellent Service .I recently had my car serviced at Inc Auto Repair Center, and I must say, it was truly exceptional. Their offer to provide transportation to work while my car was being serviced, followed by picking me up when it was ready, went above and beyond my expectations. The staff's are friendly and knowledgeable and willingness to explain the car issues in a way I can understand. Finding a trustworthy place like this is truly a relief.

New to the area and went in for a blinker light out on my truck and the staff were super polite and respectful, only charged me for a bulb without labor costs. Very happy to find good auto care near home. Would recommend to anyone in the Parker, CO area.

I recently called this shop asking about a differential flush and fill, A gentleman named Ron over the phone had great availability got me in with a very timely manner with an amazing price especially with tough times. Once I walked in I was greeted with amazing customer service! My Techs name was Andrew and seemed like he took pride in his work and it shows I own a 92 chevy P/U and we all know how these things love leaking since this service I haven t had any leaking issues with my differential. Very satisfied with all of the staff and how fast I was in and out If anyone is local or near Parker I highly recommend them for service on your vehicle as I will be returning for more!

It was so nice to be treated with respect and provided with all the details of what was wrong with my Jeep. I also appreciated that the response was quick and I didn t have to wait days for repairs. I ve already told multiple others about inC and as a 3 car household we will definitely be returning as well. Thank you so much for being transparent with all of your work. Definitely helped my stress levels with an unexpected repair.

Very glad I went to see the InC crew, they delivered! I've had bad experiences at other shops around the area, not this team. They were friendly, honest, knowledgeable, thorough, and a fair price. Highly recommend coming here the next time you have any car issues!

Took my car there to have a check engine light diagnosed. Ron s team did a complete diagnostic check of the transmission, and only charged me an hour worth of labor; he even waived the shop overhead fees. That was the first business I had done with them, but I ll be coming back. Honest and trustworthy.

Couldn't be more happy with my service at INC Auto! Great customer service from Ron and the whole team. Changed my oil and a 4 new tires within 1 hour! Very pleasant and resonable!

I'm extremely happy with InC. Much better than the chain auto shops. I choose this shop because it is female owned and they didn't talk down to me. They're personable and left a snack for me in my car.

Cannot say enough about their service and their staff! They really listened to my daughter about the issue she was having with her car and they figured it out. We had taken her car to the Ford dealer on a couple of occasions...they either could never find anything wrong or they could and would "fix it"...not! But InC listen to what was happening and they were able to replicate! They kept us updated and informed on the car repair. They were fast in fixing it. We were used to having the car in the shop for weeks, they barely had it 4 days and were apologetic that it wasn't 3!Next time there is a car issue we will absolutely go back to them!

I was on a road trip from Chicago to Denver when my check oil came on. I called Ron at InC at 8:00 AM the next (Friday) morning (at the recommendation of my bartender Kelly the previous night) and asked if there was a way he could get me in for the change. He checked their schedule and was able to squeeze me in two hours later. Got my oil change, tires checked, and a full over thirty point inspection. Going to leave, I got in my car to find a thank you note on a Rice Krispy treat on my dashboard. Now THAT was a very nice surprise. DEFINITELY recommend these guys!!Services: Tires, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

The folks at INC Auto always take care of us. Their staff is very friendly and accommodating which let s be honest if you re visiting their shop it s probably for an issue with your car which is frustrating but they make the process way less of a hassle. Ron and Cheryl treat us like family and that s why we have brought multiple vehicles there from all family members. We highly recommend this shop and their other shop in Denver tan by Mark! Sheryl and her team at Inc Auto Repair Center did a fantastic job on my FordF-150. I was in for an oil change but was notified of some other issues I was not aware of. I was brought back so I could see visually the issues. After all repairs have been made my truck runs even better then it did before. Thank you for making my car happy again! I appreciate your constant communication and great service. I had been procrastinating repairs and then my battery and alternator went out. All are fixed now and my car will last for many more years! Was given options for prioritizing repairs to help budget, they were able to complete all checklist items for me! I had never been in before but after reading their reviews and seeing the proximity to my home I stopped by. Ron was able to get my Jeep in that same morning as a walk in without an appointment. He found the issue and not only gave me a fair price but turned it around within 48 hours.

Great experience here ...... competent and Service oriented .... best price too for all the extensive work I needed done on my 2007 ...........AND they even did things I didn't ask for and the surprise gift from their mechanic was nice ........ Ron, on the front desk is SUPER!

InC does great work, Sheryl and Sam do an awesome job communicating along the way for each repair. I've been working with this shop since they opened and sent my sons there too. Great service and great prices! 5 stars!!

Took my Avenger in for a check engine light issue. They diagnosed the vehicle and notified me of the issue with the vehicle. The shop is very clean and the staff was very courteous and professional. They did a excellent job on the repairs. I received exceptional service. I brought my wife's car there to get the heated seat fixed under the extended warranty. I also had a check engine light because the thermostat wasn't working right. I would normally have done the thermostat myself but i asked them the cost and it was good rate so i told them to do it. While they were on the phone getting the authorization to get the seat done, they looked at the rest of the contract and found out the thermostat is covered there too, so they were able to get it covered and saved me the out of pocket cost for fixing that. Timely, trustworthy & professional would be the 3 words to best describe this place.The guys at InC have taken care of me a number of times since they've opened and I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. Honest pricing and do not look to upsell you on anything, which is rare for auto repair shops. I am AMAZED. We have had such bad luck with mechanics in Parker but thought we would give these guys a try. Cheryl was the sweetest person on the phone. She walked me through what I wanted checked, took the time to get specific information about the car and what issues I was having. And it doesn t hurt that she s a Jeep lover as well.John was the best mechanic I have ever had work on any of our cars. He was kind, informative and took time explaining things I didn t know and moved past the things I did know. If a minor inconvenience came up, he was quick to admit it and apologize. Did I mention my Jeep sounds and works better than when I bought it?I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Absolutely the nicest group of folks I ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with!My battery died (or so I thought) in the grocery store parking lot across the street from their shop. The battery wouldn t jump, so I went and bought a replacement. I ve only ever worked on older SUVs, so when I popped the hood of my modern compact car, I realized I was in over my head, and was forced to call the nearest shop I could find for help. I consider myself beyond lucky it was them!They were able to send John over from across the street to help. Long story short, there was a lot more to it than a dead battery. John was able to get it running to drive over to their shop right as they were about to close. I cannot even begin to describe how incredibly nice everyone there was! Specifically, I spoke with Sam (The Manager), Sheryl, and John. They were able to get everything fixed the next day at a reasonable price and I couldn t be happier! Even if it were at a high premium, I d happily pay it.I thought these small family repair shops didn t exist anymore. I m so happy that I stumbled upon them. They made a very stressful and difficult day much better at the end. I couldn t recommend them highly enough.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Battery, Oil change

I brought my truck in the day of the troubles, I was having trouble finding an auto repair shop that could take it in that day. Well they made it happen and explained everything perfectly to me that needed to be fixed and did it in a very timely matter, also he helped me to choose the best path for me and the most cost effective option for me.
