High tech capabilities, and equipment. Knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We had an excellent experience taking our 2017 Audi All-road here, for a major service. Marcel was very knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me on the findings, the needs, and helped us to make an informed decision on what we wanted done. The work was excellent, and the car is literally running smoother than when we bought it new! We are thrilled!

as a 3 Audi family, I am always impressed with the level of experience, expertise, and knowledge that Hardey and his staff exudes.We travel 1.5 hours from Northern Colorado to make sure the scheduled maintenance is kept up to date and should there be any needed repairs, we know we will benefit from their honesty and integrity beforehand.HARDEYS is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and GREATLY APPRECIATED !!

We own an Audi and a VW and only take them to Hardey's for service. The staff always remembers me and treats me well. This shop is as honest as they come. I have gone in expecting to pay a specific price per the pricing given for work quoted. When I have arrived to pick up my car, the cost was less because the work needed was less extensive than expected. They will not charge you for unnecessary work like other auto shops do.

It's nice to have a local shop that I can depend on to do great work on my vehicle. All I have to do is text them my issues, they send over a quote quickly, and the next thing I know it's in the shop being resolved. After many unsuccessful repairs at the dealership. I looked out to find a new shop to take my 2015 Audi A3 for repairs.I was recommended Hardeys by many people. I dropped off my car on a Monday for a major oil leak. Hardey and his team were very responsive and attentive with getting the car finished in a quick time. My car was finished that following Friday. They also were able to work with my extended warranty which the dealer had failed to do.I would recommend hardeys to anyone. Reasonable pricing and great customer service. Will be servicing my vehicle from now on at hardeys. Thank you.

I've always taken my Volkswagens and Audis to Hardey's, and I've never had an issue with any part of the process or the team. Hardey is always willing to answer vague questions and tackle tough problems. He and the team are knowledgeable, professional, and fairly-priced. I've lived in DTC and now Castle Rock, and I keep coming back to Hardey's in Parker for anything my cars need. My experience has been outstanding. I have dealt with Hardy and Marcel. A stupid accident brought me to them. They have been so kind and patient. My husband would commend their work - me their kindness and patience. Brought my wife's car there after getting the runaround from Audi Parker. Fixed the issue for a fraction of the price. I personally don't own an Audi, but Hardey's makes me want to buy one if they'll service it.

Attention any/all VW/Audi owners looking for reliable dependable honest service? Look no further than Hardey's Motorwerks! Walked in, informed Marcel of check engine light, I did have another place diagnose the problem, came up with same issue, but Hardey's was hundreds less on the estimate and final cost. It was completed the next day. I was kept informed, which means a lot to me. Bottom line, I highly recommend this business!

This is the first time I didn t bring my car to the dealership to be repaired. Boy was I glad I chose Hardeys! They were a pleasure to deal with, very professional, and their work is fairly priced. I will absolutely use them again and encourage anybody who is nervous about using a private Automotive place, to not hesitate to try Hardey s. Hardy and Marcel were very personable, a delight to deal with and were excellent communicators. I feel so lucky to have found Hardey's. They are always kind, professional, have great prices and I leave 100% confident in their excellent services. I would recommend Hardey's to anyone smart enough to give them a try!UPDATE 2022!! Still using this amazing place. I can t imagine any Audi owner even thinking of going anywhere. Best of the best when it comes to maintenance and repair for my Audi's. Hardey and Marcel run a tight ship and their results show why. Their crew is awesome and they strive for quality over quantity. I can't praise Hardey's enough for the work they've done on my Audi's. They don't play around and try to hone in on how much money they can get out of you, rather they explain in detail and let you decide what's best for your vehicle as well as offer great knowledge and experience to make the best decision. Hardey and his team are some of the best auto mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. First time taking my VW CC to Hardeys and the experience from beginning to end was exactly as described by many others. Marcel was clear, knowledgeable, and honest about what the ECU tuning was going to entail and he also recommended the spark plug replacement, in order to have a much more successful performance and he was spot on. Nothing like having a locally owned shop to take your car, knowing that they will be looking after your best interest while providing you an amazing service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have taken my past 3 VW's to Hardeys and wouldn't think about taking them anywhere else. Best customer service, honest, and all the work is done right every single time.My latest visit was to lift my 2019 Tiguan and they smashed the job out in a very timely manner! Hardey and his team were very respectful and helped me with any questions I had. I will not trust anyone else to touch my VW other than the team here.

These guys saved me from a major disaster when another shop misdiagnosed a major issue with my newly bought 2011 S4. Hardys found the problem and fixed it right the first time. They know Audi better than am Audi dealer...won't go anywhere else ....

I am new to Parker & just in time for cold weather I realized my car didn't have heat. A couple people recommended Hardey's. I felt comfortable with their diagnosis and price. The repairs were done quickly and they kept me up-to-date on the status. I am so grateful to be in a car that in warm!

Hardey is honest, sells you what you need, and his team is very careful and treats your car as if it was their own vehicle. I have been to multiple german car shops before and I highly recommend taking your german cars to this shop.

You want an Audi mechanic that drives an Audi. These guys are that. Great service, friendly people, and they don't appear to be trying to rob me every time I come in with a problem with my finicky but fun aging Audi. I visited the newly-relocated Hardey's MotorWerks recently. I went to Hardey's after another foreign car (local chain) shop in Parker told me I needed a $6k repair. Obviously, I had to get a second opinion because I simply wasn't going to spend that kind of dough on an aging German V-8 that is not a Porsche. Hardey's was able to solve the engine problem (different from the one the prior mechanic told me) for less than half the amount quoted. My car is running perfectly now. This place is busy, so schedule in advance - but they do high quality work.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair
