I absolutely love my ford Raptor. I had an excellent experience with purchasing a vehicle from here and working with Marc my salesman, and Steven for financing. They made the entire process fun and enjoyable. They were all easy to work with and did not try to push me into anything which is usually the reason I avoid going to any dealerships to purchase cars. I got a great price for my trade in and I will definitely be purchasing all of my vehicles through Greenwood Automotive in the future. They are a local, family owned company that is the kind of place I want to see stick around for the long haul! If you need a vehicle definitely check their lot first and enjoy your next car buying experience!

WOW! Lindsey is the best! I had been dreaming about owning this exact car for several years and had been told repeatedly by other reps at other agencies and dealers that these cars are impossible to find, much less in the package and color that I wanted.Not only did Lindsey find me the exact specs and model I was looking for, she made the entire deal happen start to finish in only 3 days and my payment was $40 a month lower than anywhere else I had checked. She is the real deal and this might be the best car buying experience I've ever had. I have been in the market to buy a car and I have been an Acura car girl since 2006. The last Acura that was purchased as 8 years ago. I had a certain car in mind, an RDX to be exact because I currently own both an RDX and an MDX. At the last minute - I changed my mind from an RDX to an MDX. Lo and behold, the same color, same color of interior, and package was available. In a matter of a few hours, I had a new car. A car that I love and it is the Thelma to my Louise. Alex made this process the easiest and I paid below MSRP! These days paying below MSRP on a new car is almost impossible as dealerships are still grappling with new inventory. Besides Alex being a wonderful and great friend, he is your car guy and I swear he can find you anything and make it the easiest process ever! Alex is the best! See him soon for your next purchase!

Just bought a 2020 Lexus IS350 and a 2015 Lexus GS350 From Alex Yakubovich at Greenwood! This place is amazing! I have personally dealt with Alex for years but once I met the owner of Greenwood I was sold, she was accommodating in every way possible!

The experience I had buying a used vehicle from this place wasn't the best. I left the place not feeling right. That's not how you should feel when leaving a dealership. When I got home, I learned that the vehicle I just purchased has remotes to lock the truck but the locks don't actually work. You have to manually lock them all. I was driving on the highway and had to use my horn to alert a driver that they were close to hitting me, I realized that my horn doesn't work. I've contacted the dealership about this and they haven't expressed any interest in making it right. It would have been nice to have been told that the locks and horn didnt work. I should have checked everything but the sales person, Marc didn't really give me a chance to look the truck over. After the test drive he took the keys and just went straight to paperwork. I regret doing business with this place if I am being honest. I feel like I got ripped off.

Jeff was fantastic to work with! I told him what vehicle we wanted to lease, what lease terms I was looking for, my frustrations in trying to work direct with dealers for several weeks, and what vehicle I had to trade in. Within a week, I got more for my trade-in than dealers were offering, and was signing a lease and picking up our new vehicle at Greenwood.I highly recommend working with Jeff and Greenwood on your next lease or vehicle purchase!

This is our second purchase from Greenwood Automotive. My husband bought his Ford King Ranch here several months ago, and his experience is why I chose to buy here. What I love about this dealership is it doesn't have that gross dealership feel! They genuinely care & want you to have a vehicle you want, for a price you can afford. They also take care to only sell you vehicles they've checked thoroughly, and made repairs/replaced parts to ensure their clients get the safest vehicle possible. Chris Hassett was friendly & listened to exactly what I wanted (he was also our salesman for my husbands truck) Brent & Steve got me financing, and I happily walked out the owner of a 2017 Nissan Armada Platinum! Every step was straightforward, and simple. Very pleased with my experience! I made Chris take a photo, haha. Thank you Greenwood Automotive team in Parker! You're the best!

Probably the best car buying experience I ve ever had! I ve been waiting to purchase a truck for a long time and when the time was right Alex Yakubovich at Greenwood Automotive took me under his wing and walked me through the process and found me the perfect truck that I ve been wanting for the longest time! Fast and quick that s all I ve got to say! Was nervous going into this but after the first meeting with Alex and had the upmost confidence that he was going to find me what I wanted and find the vehicle that fit me the best and he nailed it 100% . I ve never been happier! Definitely going to be referring a lot of people to Greenwood and Alex!!!

I worked with Erich, trading in my leased car, and leasing a new one. It was the best experience ever, especially after working with dealerships prior to working w Erich. He found a car within my budget and it aligned with my other requirements. It took just a few days, and roughly 10 minutes signing paperwork, and we were done! He even told me to bring my dog to the office when I went to pick up the car. It was the quickest, easiest process I ve ever experienced getting a car. Can t recommend him enough!

We only buy cars through a broker. Kevin negotiates the best price on the vehicle(s) of our choice, and then does all the paperwork including contract and financing. He makes buy a car very easy. Three years ago he negotiated a better price by $4,000 under the "frequent customer" price that Prestige Audi offered.

Greenwood automotive was great to work with on the purchase of the truck. Deidre was extremely knowledgeable about what she sells.I live 400 miles away from the dealership. From the first day I inquired about the truck online until I showed up 4 days later to purchase the truck. Totally honest about every feature of the truck. Deidre kept me well informed throughout the whole process. Deidre did a great job and the finance department who did the closing on the purchase. Totally satisfied with the entire process of buying a automobile. Don't change a thing.

Greenwood automotive made this experience so easy and effortless. They were able to help me replace my Audi A4 Quattro 2.0T s-line that got totaled in an accident when I was struck by a drunk driver. They put me in an exact model match, only it was 3 model years newer!!! And even a prestige trim! I could not be happier with the experience, and the quality care I got from doing business with them. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a great, reliable car in the Denver metro area. If you are looking for these quality and best experience - go through them!

I ve worked with Kevin multiple times and every experience is superb. I wouldn t go anywhere else for vehicle needs. The entire process, whether buying or selling, is painless and, dare I say, fun. My experience at Greenwood Automotive, particularly with Jaden Johnson, has been exceptional. Jaden is the best salesperson I have worked with. He was always available through text or phone, making the car buying process seamless. Even after selling me the car, he took the time to explain the process very well, demonstrating an outstanding level of customer support that has made everything so much easier. This has been by far one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. Their service and support have gained them a customer for life! I highly recommend Jaden and the Greenwood Automotive team.

Overall very happy with my experience. Was a fast and relatively pressure-less sales process. The dealer granted me permission to even take the truck home and see if it would fit in my garage which was a concern of mine which is very much appreciated. There was an IOU for some seat reupholstery work which needed to be completed and even though it took a while, Steve worked with my throughout the process to get it done. I recommend this dealer before I would recommend any of the big traditional guys 100%.

All the reviews with 5 stars are accurate. I highly recommend this dealership. Here's the reason why, I recently moved from NYC to Denver, so I contacted Greenwood Automotive to start my car buying process. I was being assisted by Chris Hassett (high recommend him) who helped me the entire way of the process. Let me say it's not easy nor safe to purchase a car from another state, but Chris made it extremely easy. Him and his team are very trustworthy, upfront, transparent and extremely knowledgeable. Not only was the car exactly as detailed in photos and specs but you can just tell they take care of their cars and clients. Next time I'm buying another car this is the only place I am going!

I highly recommend Greenwood Automotive for your car buying needs. I recently purchased a 2021 Honda Odyssey from Johnny, Brent, and Lindsey. They were friendly, helpful, and honest. This family owned business takes pride in their work and treats their customers accordingly. I did a lot of homework preparing for my purchase, and I was expecting to deal with deceptive pricing and high-pressure, shady, sales tactics. Alex Yakubovich is the MAN! He was able to help us buy 2 cars in back to back weeks and found the exact unicorns we were looking for. Our son had a very specific model and color combo of car and Alex found the one that met all the criteria and delivered it to us to surprise him for his birthday, it was awesome. My truck is specific due to business requirements and he found the exact truck I needed and wanted and completely exceeded my wildest dream of what i wanted. Needless to say we are both over the top excited and happy with our new vehicles and would HIGHLY recommend you call Alex for your next vehicle, he definitely works his butt off to make sure you get exactly what you want!!

There was a hail storm 6/6/23 around 4:20pm. I couldn t find shielding because all the gas stations and banks were full. I m new to the area so I called my father for guidance because I own a $75k truck. He advised me to find cover at this dealership because he purchased a vehicle from them, as dealerships usually have bays or the building has roofing. I arrived 4:35 as the hail was getting worse and sure enough 2 other vehicles were taking cover with an open spot available. When I looked inside the dealership everyone was at the windows watching the hail come down. There was absolutely no one trying to take action to run outside and park a vehicle in the empty spot. A woman came out extremely rude and said I needed to leave. I told her no and she stormed inside. An older man then came out threatening me that he d have the cops called. I told him you all are inside watching the hail, how am I hurting anyone yet alone the business by being parked here. That if I left during the storm the spot would still remain empty. He went inside and came back out in a rage saying the owner demands I leave and that my truck is already damaged . I told him my father purchased a vehicle here that I don t understand why they are so pressed about me protecting my vehicle as the others. He said he didn t care I was a customer and he was calling the police. I called them myself and they told me I was okay to remain parked. The officer apologized this dealership was harassing me and said to remain put if I am safe. The hail simmered down, to avoid further mistreatment I ended up leaving. The way I was treated was VERY unprofessional and dehumanizing. I can t believe they would treat a paying customer so poorly and use threat tactics. My family will never purchase another vehicle here.

They treated us so good and very respectful. Steve had an excellent choice in music, awesome 80s music playing in his office during the financial portion. Deidre was our automotive sales and was not high pressure and very nice. She found out answers to everything we needed and asked.anything. Estrey showed us around and talked to us. She was professional and personable. We felt our business was very much appreciated.

Holleigh provided exponential service, she was kind, answered all of our questions, and listened to our wants and needs. Being a business sales are important but with this purchase Greenwood put customer service, honesty, and making sure we were happy first! During the test drive, I just drove around and did not check the AC/heater as the weather was pleasant. A few days later, it happened to be a warm day, and I realized that the AC was not cooling at all. I took it to Tesla, and they replaced some parts, which cost me $208. I asked Brent to compensate me for the repair cost, but they stopped answering my emails.Let me tell you another truth. Steve, the finance manager, sold me an extended warranty when Tesla already had one year of factory warranty remaining. When I requested to cancel the warranty, he made many excuses and almost made it impossible to cancel. However, finally, he canceled it. I also paid to tint the windows, and the driver-side window got bubbles. I requested a refund so that I could fix it locally, but they didn't respond at all.In my experience, this dealership is owned and operated by greedy and unethical people. I gave them a business worth over $50k, and they are being greedy for a few hundred bucks. I regret my decision to buy a Tesla from this dealership every day. I could have paid a few thousand more and gotten a brand-new vehicle from Tesla. However, the salesperson, Deidre, was very helpful and honest.
