I went to this location last month to get an oil change. Not only the staff are super friendly, they are fast. When I first called they even suggested a time for me to come in if I don t want to wait long. Definitely recommend this place

They put the wrong vehicle mileage on our repair order (4,000 miles LESS than the actual odometer reading). This will cause a red flag mileage alert on Carfax vehicle reports now. They said they can t fix it. One mistake - huge headache!!! Lacking customer service excellence.FOLLOW UP NOTES: 4/10/24 It took a few days but Grease Monkey was able to confirm with Carfax my mileage was corrected. Thank you Tessa for all your help. Changed one star rating to five stars.

Greeter was very unprofessional, " What's up, what do you need? as his hands had no way to document my needs as they were jammed in his front pockets. Mechanic couldn't figure out the engine size to dispense the correct oil. The manager is very good however and somehow needs to teach her employees professional ethics. Probably just a sign of our future work force...

I came in to have my engine oil light taken care of. I had gone to an auto shop for the code and it was to replace the engine oil pressure switch. When I came into grease monkey the staff seemed friendly and seemed like I could get this done the following day with their mechanic Dave. I was told they d order the part which should be there later that day, and to come in the morning to have it done. I showed up right at 10a, but I was greeted by another employee, and he told me they haven t received the part yet. He said they d call whenever it came in. I waited a few hours and called back, still not part. I asked to make an appointment to secure a spot and make sure the part was there but he told me they d just call when it was in. That was March 10th. It s not two weeks later and no one ever got back to me. Unless I make the call, there s no communication. So my engine light is still on and now I have to look elsewhere for the fix.

It took them about 5 minutes to complete an oil change, I am so glad it is a company vehicle, they were on there phones when I pulled up, did not go over anything with me, at least if they the truck breaks it s not mine??

Someone always walks out and greets me when I get there. The manager and staff are always polite and helpful. It s a pleasure to go and have my oil changed.

I came here for new windshield wipers and the staff was amazing! I paid for thw wipers and afterwards they offered to check under my hood, gave me a bit of air in my tires, and checked my brake pads for free after I expressed my concern with those issues. They even gave me a discount on the windshield wipers after I had to wait a long while behind a previous customer.

This establishment is so well run. The manager does a great job! I went for my first visit and was impressed.The staff is very professional, and I was greeted promptly. I took my car in to be inspected and hamil is awesome. I was in and out in no time at all. They are TRUSTWORTHY and HONEST which is uncommon these days. I made the mistake of going to jiffy lube and they told me I needed new brakes but my brakes are brand new. This is where I will take all my cars for maintenance from now on. They treat their customers awesome and there s no money business going on over here. AWESOME JOB !!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Never in my life have I ever paid $99 for any oil change on this car .. EVER It s $42 for oil and a filter for my car.It says 15 minute express oil change on the front of the business. It took over an hour. The guy before me it took over an hour. There was 4 employees just standing around doing nothing. There was a total of 2 cars there the entire time I was there.If I didn t need this oil change for a road trip, I d have done it myself in a parking lot.

Only 1 man working, oil was spilled all over my vehicle and was left without an attempt to be cleaned up. Oil burning off the engine, dripping in my driveway, and slung all over the place.
