The manager is on spot, friendly greeting with a smile. Went in for oil change, tire rotation and balance. The mechanic recommended an air filter, rear end oil change and radiator flush.From the inspection. Very knowledgeable friendly, courteous and fast staff. Keep up the good work.Ken

I have been a customer at this location since it opened servicing all my cars as well as 2 of my daughter's who are on their own. Service there has always been exceptional with the technicians.Glad to say the new Manager Jimmy, has modeled himself after previous Manager Troy who is now at a different location. Troy modeled himself after the Manager who opened the location who was transferred to a different location & now is retired.These employees are the reason I have kept doing business at this location.Please notice and be aware that they are excellent employees on your behalf

Got an oil change and not only were they quick but they didn t pressure me to get anything other than I wanted. Chris was very helpful and he even parked my car right up front for me! He also informed me that there was a $10 coupon and applied it to my total! I will always come here for my vehicle needs thanks for taking such great care of my car!!!

Austin is absolutely fantastic. My husband came in for an oil change and tire rotation He got him in same day when they were busy and got us taken care of. I have had terrible experiences here and it seems that Firestone finally hired an outstanding manager. I hope they don t lose him as I think he will keep this business running

We arrived Sunday afternoon with some basic service needs on a car that I was giving to my nephew for his birthday. Austin communicated and set expectations with me properly. I was very satisfied when I found out that Firestone could squeeze me in right away. This was my shop in the past (geographical challenges, i moved cities), but I will be making the longer drive here in the future.It looked as though just like everywhere else you guys are suffering from being short on labor, but Austin would not let that deter him from being successful on Sunday. I give him a lot of respect for being honest, setting good expectations, and then following through and performing above them.

I recently had my wheel alignment done at Firestone, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The service was prompt, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and my car now drives like new. I highly recommend Firestone for their exceptional wheel alignment service.

I made a same day late evening appointment. I spoke with Jimmy the manager. He clarified what service I was requesting. He had the work completed within two hours as promised. This is a great store to do business with.They know what they are doing and do what they promise.

I called Chris to let him know I needed a new car battery. I work 45 minutes away. I had to have it done that evening. He found the battery I needed and the work was done while I waited. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment online for an Oil Change with $29.99/- promo that the Firestone website offers for 11:30am today. Usually Firestone sends an appointment confirmation email but this time they didn't send any but I decided to go ahead anyway and see if it works out. Admittedly, I was there only by 11:50am (and not by 11:30am), so I let the store manager know that since I didn't get a confirmation from Firestone, which they usually provide, I was not certain if I should come in or reschedule. What he responded with is what really got me lost and befuddled, saying "since you did not come by 11:30am, we did not confirm your appointment and hence you'll need to wait for a couple of hours." !! Don't get me wrong, I acknowledge that I wasn't on time but the audacity to cover up for not sending a appointment confirmation by calling it my fault is what really disappointed me. The fact that the whole oil change cost north of $120/- (with him casually saying, yeah we don't give any promo for synthetic oil change even though you have that $29.99/- promo on the appointment) made the experience worse.For everyone planning to go to this particular Firestone service center, make sure you call up before driving in in case you haven't received appointment confirmation and make sure you get the price quote before the actual service commences because otherwise, you never know what's the final price you end up paying - surprise !!!

On November 25th I took my wife's car 2016 Ford Explorer to get a water pump put on I took it to the Firestone off of Tower Road by my house they said they did not have the mechanic in house to fix it so they sent me over to Firestone Complete Automotive in Parker upon going there my car was placed on the diagnostic machine to confirm that it was just the water pump store manager Jimmy called me back and told me that it was confirmed that it was the water pump and that he would order the water pump and have it put on within a few days the water pump came in on the 28th he called me on the 28th and told me that the water pump upon installing it they noticed that the water pump was damaged so they sent it back and got a new water pump 2 Days Later he calls me back and tells me that upon installing the new water pump his Master Mechanic broke my crankcase pulley and my timing chain cover and that I did not have to worry about paying for this because they broke it they would fix it he also told me that the part was no longer in Colorado and it would not be in Colorado until December 11th December 11th comes at about 6:00 in the evening I get a call from Chris the shop manager telling me that the parts and everything were put on her car was sitting there warming up they proceeded to test drive it and did not even get a mile before all the lights on the dashboard came on and blue smoke started coming out of the tailpipe they drove it back to the shop and I was to wait until the next day to find out what was going on Jimmy called me the next day on the 12th and proceeds to tell me that my car engine is blown and then he proceeds to ask me how the car got to his shop he literally saw us drive the car to his shop because the car was drivable no issues only thing that we needed was a water pump so after he asked how we got the car there I began to question why he was asking that so we filed a claim they had a investigator come out that works for them and the investigator obviously said exactly what Jimmy wanted them to say by saying it was our fault however when we dropped the car off there was no service engine lights or no codes that popped up on the dashboard. service engine came on after their so-called Master Mechanic allegedly fix the car however here we are without a car the car payments are still due and Firestone Complete is trying to not do anything to remedy the situation the car was in their care when the engine blew they have no proof that we brought the car to them with a blown engine they actually did the diagnostic before they even ordered the water pump so they already knew thats all it needed was a water pump so in closing I would not take my car there they are not as competent as they lead to believe on the phone and now we are going to have to go through legal litigations to get Firestone Complete to own up to the liability in which they have, our car was in your possession and you blew the engine...

This place doesn t deserve a star. Low tire pressure warning on a Sunday brought me here. I asked if they could check the tire and they said they would add air. After doing so, no mention of what tire was low or how much was needed then sent on my way. As soon as I parked the car I could audibly hear the hissing of my quickly leaking rear tire. Drove right back during business hrs and was told they were closing in 20-30 mins and wouldn t help me with my near flat tire. Offered an appointment for the following day. Wouldn t help put a spare on or even look, just sent me to leave with a flat. Awful customer service

These guys are great! They took wonderful care of my warranty claim on an interstate battery (best battery money can buy IMO). They are convenient, Mon-Sun availability. Jason, is courteous, professional and respectful of your time. 8+ bays of certified professionals to take blue ribbon care of your automobile! They offered maintenance suggestions for my vehicle with no pressure to do anything now. I liked that.

Store Manager confirmed he can accommodate my request for maintenance on my car for specific work. He also confirmed I can get these services done without a diagnostic check, but with the chance that my check engine light would still be on. To my response, I acknowledged and confirmed because I already got my car checked out. Then after I confirmed he quickly flipped and denied my request to work on my car because I did not want a diagnostic check. So then I reassured him by saying it s okay, I don t need a diagnostic check, BUT when I speak with a professional mechanic, I can get his input and upgrade it if need be. This is when is escalated and he got offended. He kept interrupting me and now declining any service. Wheel alignment, valve replacement, etc. So he canceled my appointment and told me to go to another Firestone. I m baffled right now still, cuz I was super respectful and polite. I think his name is Sylvester? He s the store manager.(UPDATE EDIT) I called back and booked an appointment, we shall see how this ends up. His reasoning for denying my appointment is because he doesn t want to NOT have a diagnostic check, and then break my car. Which is understandable, but even if I reassure him that I am okay with just going in for the services I want, I should be able to service it. Spending $120 for a diagnostic better tell me something I don t know.

I ve been here twice. They will never tell you they don t have time for your car but will call you before they close saying they had a staffing issue and they need to keep your car for another day.

I am doing an alignment on saturday, they did the alignment on time as they told me but the bad things are the mechanic twist the inner tie rod boot like cinnamon twist. I am understand that they must to turn the inner tie rod to make corrections but to let it the boot twisted, I don't think that was the right way. By the way I just replaced the rack and pinion with the inner tie rod.This is the picture on passenger side and the driver side was even worse.

Great place to get your tires. Brought my vehicle in today to get a tire repaired with a nail in it. I did not buy the road hazard protection when I got the tires and they still fixed the tire for free. Will be going here for tires from now on.Service: TiresService: Tires

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Manager on duty 6/13/2023 does NOT care about customer service, is incompetent, and extremally rude and unprofessional. He will tell you whatever you want to hear but he will just waist your time!Ordered tires from Ebay that were delivered on 6/6/23 (it is now 6/13/23) to this location and the Manger of this store is AWFUL and doesn't know his job. I received the documents from Ebay and Firestone acknowledging my tires arrived and my installation on 6/12. On 6/12 they told me they have no idea where my tires are and to come back when I can tell them what they are looking for. On 6/13 the manager was called to verify my tires arrived and the Manager told my wife no. After contacting AutoCare about my order they called the store manager with me on the phone and he miraculously found the tires and said he would install them today. When my wife went to get the tires installed, the Manager started talking about how we are idiots for ordering these tires and lots of other rude stuff. Ultimately, the manager still couldn't fulfill his responsibilities and my tires are still not installed on my care. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!Service: Tires

This by FAR was the best Firestone visit I have ever experienced. I came to get my brakes re-done under warranty after they were done incorrectly in Florida. My brakes had a HORRIBLE squealing/screeching sound whether I came to a slow and soft stop or if I had to brake hard. They offered a free brake inspection to pinpoint exactly what went wrong on the last install and got right to work once they figured it out. I am highly satisfied with the result and it sounds like brakes are supposed to sound (quiet). Also, whoever hired the store manager at this location did an outstanding job with selection. He was highly professional, respectful, and genuine. He will take time to explain things like why my brakes sounded the way they did before and why you should avoid certain parts/products on your vehicle. This is where Ill be going for my auto repairs.
