I've been here a handful of times. It hasn't been perfect but most auto/tire shops are rough around the edges these days. They got me in the same day. Changed out tires and sensors for me on different size wheels. They took good care of me today.

They were able to get me in the shop on a Saturday and work on my truck. They did not troubleshoot the problem, just changed out parts and did not confirm the fixed the problem. I needed to have another auto shop fix the problem 2 days later for 1/2 the price. I have asked for a refund, but the manager will not call me back. I will keep calling every day until a result.

Sean and Pat were amazing! Great customer service and they provided an accurate quote. I highly recommend this Firestone location for all your tire needs. I will definitely return in a couple of months to purchase 2 additional tires for my son's car. Thank you!

Had an appointment. Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes watching 4 employees talk to each other behind the glass before they even acknowledged me. The alignment took 2.5 hours. Firestone is good. This location is not.

We had ran over a small sharp object on parker road and luckily were able to pull into this Firestone as soon as we realized the tire was losing air. They were very busy but we were able to speak with Tyler and he came out with no hesitation with a jack just to swap out our flat with the spare back tire on our Jeep. He saved us so much time and did it with a smile and we were back on our way! Great experience!

Recently I have booked an appointment for Oil change and regular service check up and completely not happy with the service they provided. I myself had to call them to check if the vehicle is ready to pick up and when I went to pick my vehicle and asked what kind of inspections are done and is there anything critical which I need to know, they replied asking me to check the document and least bother to explain me the details. Worst customer experience ever. Strongly don't recommend this place.

The service was very fast when I needed my issue resolved ASAP! The technician looked at my car first thing in the day and had my issue diagnosed right away, and resolved shortly after.

Vehemently tried to convince me I needed an engine and cabin filter change, the cost was outrageous for a couple of $20 filters. Luckily I said no because when I got home and looked at my service records they just changed those filters the last time I was at a Firestone! Less than 5000 miles ago! They have completely lost my trust at this location.

Hands down the best Firestone location I have been too!! The technicians know what they are doing and talking about, which is more than I can say about another locations. They are busy all the time for a reason. Pat and his team here are amazing been going here for the last two years. The other locations are terrible in a 20 mile radius not going to lie. When I first came here I wanted tires Pat didn t have in stock and he went to the only location to have them available in grand junction. That s when I knew I could rely on this crew to perform quality work on my vehicle. Ever since I ve taken my vehicle in for routine maintenance and never have had an issue with the crew they are respectful and willing to help me out with any questions I may have. I went in the first time to get my brakes checked because I was experiencing pulsing in the stearing wheel while I was slowing down. I was told the back rotors needed to be fixed. After they were replaced, I still had the pulsing while I slowed down, so I brought it back in. They then did another brake inspection and said that all four of my rotors aswell as my brakes would need to be replaced.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Scheduled an oil change the day before never received a confirmation email as I usually do. Showed up at my 8 am appointment. I was asked if I could leave my Jeep with them, I replied that I had requested the appointment with instructions that I would wait, I couldn t leave my vehicle, I had to go to work. No tech available for oil change and 3 pm would be the next available time. Voiced my irritation that my appointment should have been declined so that I didn t waste my time. Went across the street to Grease Monkey and had all services completed within 30 mins. You just lost a customer.Service: Oil change

Had 4 new Firestone Winterforce 2 tires mounted this morning. Service writer Sylvester was quick and knowledgeable and ASA Certified Technician Pat did a great job. In and out in 1 hour. Very happy with their dedication and professionalism. Thank You!Service: TiresService: Tires

Don t waste your time. They will waste hours if not days of your life. We have given this store 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th chances, but they fail us in major ways every time.Bought tires from them recently and woke up the next morning to find 3/4 of the tires we completely flat. They admittedly installed the tires incorrectly, yet I felt they did not make me a priority. I had to argue extensively with the store manager to get a resolution I thought was appropriate. He was incredibly rude and fought with me extensively over my request for a discount for the two days I lost my car to this store.Takes them hours to do simple services, like oil changes, as they frequently don t make sure they have the appropriate supplies on hand. We have always scheduled services in advance, but have routinely wasted hours sitting in the lobby only to be told that they needed to get additional supplies like filters for oil changes or that they hadn t even brought our car back yet. They are never prepared for even the simple, routine services.

Usually I don't like going into car repair places. It's intimidating, and I don't have a very broad knowledge of car maintenance and repair.The guys here do an excellent job of explaining everything they are doing, as well as making sure all of my needs are met. Really recommend this place.Andrew and Jason have always been very kind and helpful.

Do yourself a favor and go to discount tire they ll only charge you 100$ per tire and not 150$ per also one of your dumb mechanics forgot a lug nut on my tire thanks for confirming that this is the worst mechanic shop also the old boomer at the desk jim is his name tell him to hurry his job up and no one wants to hear his life story please take my advice people for your wallets sake

The shop was very clean as well as the overall appearance of the location. The staff were phenomenal from my initial call.to schedule service, to drop off, to getting a professional assessment of repair until pickup. I had a great experience and the professionalism of the shop staff gives me security in knowing my vehicle was properly maintenanced. I highly recommend this shop.

What's the point in scheduling an appointment online if I have to call to confirm the appointment? And then when I call to confirm, I'm asked to change to drop off instead, and it won't be done until the following day. I scheduled my day/weekend around this. Makes me wish I would not have purchased life time alignments here.

I just want to say thank you so much to the wonderful staff that work here! Pat went above and beyond to find a discounted set of tires I could afford for my vehicle and the manager did the same. Hands down best customer service I have seen in a while! Well done.

This location is terrible. Wasted day after day trying to get the tire pressure light fixed or replaced. Told them numerous times and the light still comes on. Will never buy or use a firestone location again. Tires are trash as well as their service.Service: TiresService: Tires

Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, honest (Pat and Jason). They kept me informed with the progress in real time. My favorite part was the fact that they gave you a realistic time frame as to when upcoming maintenance will be needed. No mess, no stress, NO B.S.! Will definitely be back

Blew a tire on i25 on a Sunday, had to put the spare on and everything else is closed on Sunday s. Was able to make it to this Firestone and they got us a new tire on and we were able to make it back home to northern colorado. So thankful they helped us out and didn t have to drive back on the donut!!

Made apponitment online days in advance and they called me couple hours prior to tell me tires not in stock. When you make appointment website states showing stores with tires in stock. Of course more expensive option is always in stock . Not $10 difference but $100. They never offered to reschedule ,order or give me ETA

I dont know where to start!. This location and staff are amazing! I had a terrible experience at the castle rock location. And was hesitant to take it to another location. Andrew was amazing and was direct with me. I would recommend this location to anyone. Keep up the great work guys! Will be going back to get my regular maintenance done.
