All the guys here are amazing to work with! Honest and helped me get the right parts the first time. They even out sourced a windshield for me to get it done all in one stop while I was out of town. I hope I never have to deal with these guys for a serious problem again! In a good way of course. Will definitely bring it back if I'm around the next time "Moto Moto" gives me problems!

These guys are absolutely fantastic. We had some issues getting my vehicle worked on (issues I brought in) and their shop handled it professionally and still performed the work it needed. The staff is awesome to deal with especially Josh out front and the mechanic was a pretty good guy as well; knowledgeable and understanding. Again this is a great shop, extremely friendly, and utmost professional service. Will be using them again for any major repairs etc. I would recommend to anyone.

If you need any type of work done on your vehicle, this only place you should take it is to Excel Diesel in Parker. Great bunch of guys that answered all of my questions upfront. I left my Ford F450 dually with them for the week. Before they performed any work, they took pictures and emailed me a status report of what work they did and did not recommend. I had them perform all maintenance that they recommended and could not be happier with the results. Thank you Steve.

This is an excellent mechanic shop. The team at Excel really knows what they are doing and provide excellent customer service. The multi-point inspect was very thorough. They fixed my original issue and provided photos of the condition of my truck, all fluids and any recommendations.Being a long way from home (TX) and towing a heavy trailer, the service they performed helped put me at ease and I felt like I received a very fair and honest service.Thank you everyone at Excel.

Brought my truck in to fix an issue with it not starting in the cold trying to get a estimate on glow plugs. Told me they didn t do estimates on the phone so I took my truck in and they told me it was an issue with the battery. Trusting them I had them do what they recommended, changing out the cables and battery. They assured me it would start right up and it did when I drove it away. But next morning it was doing the same thing. Wasted over $1000. Huge mistake taking my truck here and trusting them to know what was wrong. Fixed it myself a week later and it was the glow plugs I had originally called to get a quote on. Also told me they would send me a quote for the other repairs they recommended but they never did. Don t take your truck here I m sure there s better places out there.

Amazing customer service and mechanical service as well. The entire crew is phenomenal with diesels and their attention to detail is great. Cannot recommend Excel Diesel enough. After your first appt, you'll see why they are always busy. The time-frame in which you get your vehicle back is ALWAYS backed by competent, reliable, and trustworthy work. This spot is A+. Easy to schedule appointment for diesel emissions test. Once there, it was quick and cost was on par with every other location. Nice people.

Bought a 2009 F350. Wasn t running and knowing little about diesels a friend and neighbor gave a high recommendation. I just wanted it to run. Could have had less distance to tow to another shop and the convenience, I chose excel and was not let down. Great service and the detail to do their work was great. All the possible issues addressed to me in an online webpage with all recommendations for the truck with pictures to verify. Awesome way to pick the things that are a priority to fix and ones to let go. I would have my diesel truck serviced their only, if I couldn t do the work myself! Thanks guys!

Scheduled an emissions test for my 08 Dodge Ram. Was scheduled for 8:00 am and arrived at 7:45 am. They got it in within minutes and was done before I even finished checking my messages on my phone! Great customer service!

I bought a new diesel at a dealership in Texas and come to find out it had LOTS of issues! I took it to Excel and spoke with Steve on a referral from a trusted friend. Steve and the guys at Excel gave me more confidence my truck would be fixed correctly, and gave me piece of mind I was picking up my truck and it would finally be right after the nightmare I started with. I will never take my truck to any other shop from due to the quality work they did and I will be a customer for life! Thank you guys!!

I have used Excel for 5 or 6 years to maintain my 99 diesel pickup. They have always been fair and done a good job. Recently I had the emergency brake repaired. They told me I also needed some work on the inter cooler as it was leaking oil and air. They fixed that and the oil leak stopped and the truck has more power and gets better mileage.

Fair price for the work that is done. They re forthright with any issues. Their inspections are the most detailed I ve ever seen. Inspections are sent to you as a link via email and they include a vehicle health grade, photos of YOUR vehicle, color coded inspection line items, and a typed explanation of any issue they find. My fav is the photos of each fluid and the current condition they re in. You feel better about spending the money flushing your coolant sys or a transfer case service when you see the problem. You feel like they really looked at your truck, because they truly do. I ve left other shops after inspections and I had no clue whether my truck was truly inspected because the print out just had a bunch of boxes checked as good or not(my truck has over 200k miles and I had a diff shop tell me my truck had no issues/prev maint etc) Excel laid out everything and told me what they would recommend I get done that day as well as upcoming maintenance I needed to plan for. That helps a lot when you know costly maintenance is around the corner. I have only been a customer of Excel Diesel for a few months so that is all I can speak for. My truck will continue to go to Excel Diesel because I ve never felt better about pulling 12,000 lbs after getting my truck back from a shop.

I've been using Excel Diesel for several years now, always for the routine things like oil changes and emissions tests. I have a 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 with the large Cummins diesel engine.Recently I needed major repair work done to the truck after the fuel tank was accidentally filled with premium unleaded gasoline and the truck was then driven for a mile or two before the mistake was realized. The damage and contamination to the fuel system was considerable and the repair required replacement of many of the components of the fuel system. Excel Diesel was my go-to place to repair the truck.It became an expensive insurance claim and Sean, and David at Excel were very helpful and available to assist in getting the insurance claim approved and the work completed. They kept me informed of progress on all phases of the filing of the insurance claim and as the work on the truck progressed. My truck was repaired and is now running great again.I really appreciated how Sean and David kept me informed of what was needed and what choices could be made as the situation progressed. John was the technician who did the repair work and his work was top-notch! I have no hesitation in recommending Excel Diesel for any/all phases of diesel repair. They are honest, their pricing is reasonable, and they know what they are doing! Thank You Excel Diesel!

Excel Diesel with Sean and David managing the shop can be trusted with any of your truck's needs. I'm a retired USAF mechanic and know full well the value of a solid repair shop. I've used them for 12 years and always had excellent service. Responsive, proactive communication, and thorough service is their specialty. Their guidance and knowledge is exceptional.

Purchased a new truck that need emissions. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was in and out after 20 minutes or so. Thanks for letting Jenny the dog stay inside while my truck was getting worked on.I still have my new to me truck for three years Excel Diesel has take care of repairs and emissions of my vehicle. I am very unhappy with the customer service that Excel has provided. To do I stopped by because my 2001 Ford F-550 lost power. I knew why and just needed to swap a fuel filter. Now this is a service truck that I needed to get running well again so I could return to my lot for snow removal. I walked in and asked if I could by chance borrow a 1/4 inch wrench to get this filter swapped. I was rudely told no "because the tools are owned by the techs" (I knew this because I am a tech as well). I then asked, again nicely, if I could speak with a tech. Again I was meet with rudeness and swearing. Now there was a customer in there waiting area so I was then ushered out side. I was then toe to toe being told that tools are not lent out. At this point I am just asking to speak with a tech. I am then told, again very rudely to leave. I ended up going down the road and borrowing a 1/4 inch drive socket from another shop so I could get my truck back on the road and have it be safe. I understand that tools are not lent out, how ever I have let customers borrow a wrench to fix something small in the parking lot before. I will never take any of my tucks to them ever again or recommend them to anyone.To add to that, I have also witnessed the counter staff being extremely rude to customers over the phone, and in person. The way they treat there customers I awful and disgusting. I am not one to leave poor reviews but this one has been earned.Congratulations Excel Diesel, you have lost my business and any future business I may have sent you. All over me asking nicely to borrow a tool for five minutes.

I used Excel Diesel & SUV to VIN verify two vehicles. I was greeted cordially when I entered and was taken care of immediately. They are a class outfit and I could tell by their interactions with other customers that they know their business and treat customers accordingly.

Took 3 days to finally get a mechanic to diagnose my truck due to being busy and some guys out. They fixed the truck and overall I m happy, just took longer than I d hoped for my daily driver.

As usual Doug, Sean. David and Steve are very easy and knowledgeable to work with. I have used Excel Diesel for over 13 years for Emissions, Oil changes, Front end work and feel totally comfortable with all work done by the mechanics. Keep up the great service and I never feel like I am being upsold. Thank you Mike

I needed to get emissions tested on my truck and didn't have an appointment. I explained my dilemma and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service. I will bring my power stroke here whenever it needs service.

The guys do great work as always, Shawn the shop manager is always on point. He takes the time to explain to customers in depth of what the issues are to their vehicles. This is not the first time they have worked on my truck and they have never disappointed me. Plus he is ex military which is a bonus.

I spoke with a representative at Excel Diesel who was fantastic to work with for a mutual client in dealing with an insurance claim. They went above and beyond to help locate all past invoices and repairs for our client. I would strongly recommend this company for anyone in need of repairs for their diesel vehicle. It was very refreshing to deal with a trustworthy repair shop.

These guys are fantastic, they saved me from something that was going to go majorly wrong with my truck, that I didn't know about and another local diesel mechanic missed entirely (but tried to charge me $5500 for a bunch of stuff I didn't even need.)Excel is honest and won't try to sell you work or services you don't need. The only shop I trust with my truck :)

Excel diesel restored my faith in mechanics/diesel shops when they first opened in Parker Colorado years ago. Still do to this day. Shawn and Dave up front are extremely knowledgeable, they keep you in the loop, and know how to get things done. These guys can run a shop!The price is fair, the work and attention to detail is epic.
