Absolutely impressed with the AC repair service I received from these guys! They were punctual, super knowledgeable, and had my AC running smoothly in no time. The tech explained everything clearly and the price was very fair. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of a quick and reliable fix!

These guys are amazing! I bought an old Grand Cherokee to restore and it needed a new engine, suspension work, fluids, hoses, etc six months ago. They took on the challenge and did excellent work throughout. Their transparency on costs and keeping me up to date along the way was invaluable. Really appreciate the great service and honesty from the guys. This will always be my go-to place for all auto repair needs going forward. Thanks so much to Aaron, Mike and his team! Really appreciate everything.

After another shop screwed up, these guys made it right. They exhibited excellent customer service, fast turn around time, and did a fantastic job communicating with me to accurately troubleshoot the issue. The rates are competitive with the local area and if you keep an eye out in the mail, you might get a coupon here and there.I'm wondering if I can use them for warranty work that would be reimbursable by Ford.

Edit: Talked to the business, and came to a better resolution of this problem. I am always happy when a business takes the time to correct an issue a customer has, and this company did so quickly after hearing about the problems I had. Big shout out to Mike for taking a special interest in this case! They were able to tow my car back from the mountains and are working to replace the broken part with a similar mileage part for a reasonable discount, and offered to look at the radio glass from the other car. May add another edit when repairs are complete.Original review with removal of low recommendation: Took in two cars for service and repair, they are 0 for 2 in my book. The first car just needed a transmission flush, and the battery was almost dead, so they fixed up those two issues, but also stated the rear differential fluid was looking bad and should be replaced. I figured what's the harm and had them replace it, then 1,317 miles and approximately 4 months later my car buckles on the freeway and I pull over to find the rear differential is completely cracked and fluid is spewing out of it. Had to be towed at my expense and now will need a completely new differential, which are not cheap, and should not break after only 40,000 vehicle miles. I called Eagle and all they told me was the fluid they put in was correct, hopefully I can get the car fixed, and good luck. The second car had an issue with the clutch pedal not returning properly, turned out to be a leaking master cylinder seal. Had to replace the entire assembly, which happily did fix that problem, but the reverse camera was damaged beyond repair. This was not known to me until I reversed out of the garage the next day, since I did not have to reverse the whole way home. I also was unable to check at the shop, since the repair took about a week longer than expected and snow was starting to fall. I wanted to get home quickly since this was a RWD sports car, and it doesn't have good handling characteristics in icy conditions. Fortunately I had actually installed the back up camera myself the first time, so I bought a new one and reinstalled it myself, only to find the main radio screen was cracked on the bottom. Note the radio surround does have to be taken apart to remove the gear shifter. In this particular car, one part surrounds the radio and makes up the bottom section of the center console, which is also where the rear camera wire was routed. Fortunately the screen still works, but none of these problems were present when the car was pulled into the shop.

Fantastic shop! Very clear with what they re doing and prices along the way. I ve now taken 3 of my cars there and I m sure I ll be back. I even had a new manifold fail and they covered it under warranty with no questions asked. I m currently getting ready to bring in my late grandfather s truck in the coming months to have them rebuild the engine (as far as they re willing to go) and replace the transmission as steps towards a full restoration.

It's hard to find a trustworthy auto shop, Eagle Transmission & Auto Repair is definitely worth a look. I needed some help diagnosing a no start condition on my F150. I took it into another local shop, for no other reason that they were open on the weekend. On top of their diagnostic fee, they charged me an additional $500 to perform a leakdown test. They had found a low compression condition and I practically had to beg them to perform the additional test in order to pinpoint the source of the leak (i.e. piston rings or gasket/valves). They quoted me $12k for a used engine (not remanufactured). I decided to get a second opinion at Eagle. Unfortunately, they found the same issue. However, they were more knowledgeable and explained to me the actual cause. Aaron was great at communicating with me, both by text and phone call. Though their prices were similar for a remanufactured engine, they definitely gave me more confidence that the repair would fix my problem. Ultimately, since the cost of repairs are greater than the value of the truck, I decided not to go through with them, buy I'll definitely be going to Eagle in the future for any repairs on my and my wife's car(s). Highly recommend this auto shop.

Really appreciated working with Mike and the team at Eagle Transmission & Auto Repair in replacing my son's Crosstrek's CVT transmission. They were great to work with, incredibly patient as I initially ordered the wrong type of transmission, took the time to educate me on the car, and did a great job for a significantly better price than other shops I contacted. My son was so happy to have his car back. Thanks again!

My experience with Eagle was truly wonderful. They got me scheduled weeks sooner than the dealership could. They told me what to expect and when, then they lived up to what they promised. The price for the repair seemed reasonable. I will be a repeat customer.

Very nice people. Make sure everything they explain, you get in writing. All promised dates are only suggestions as it will most likely take and least 25% longer. Do not question them or try and express your concerns or frustrations or they will hang up on you. I would recommend looking around for a place with better customer service. The work they do is adequate on the larger jobs the small stuff is of little importance to them once they get their money. I will not be returning. They are very busy and it seems to me they think they are invincible and upsetting one or two customers is no big deal.

Mike handled my transmission issues, he was very communicative, fast, and efficient. I felt I could really trust what he was telling me and I could! They did excellent work on my car, at a far far faster time frame then any dealer could have even get it diagnosed. There were some issues with payment from my warranty provider and Mike really went above and beyond on having it handled and making sure I got my car at a reasonable time. Heavily recommend this shop for any issues!

This was my first time going to Eagle Transmission. It s always nerve wrecking taking your vehicle to a shop. You never know what you re going to experience. We as consumers put a lot of trust into what shop we decide to have work done on our vehicles. Everyone who I interacted with at Eagle, from the gentleman I first spoke with over the phone who scheduled my appointment were very professional. I was very pleased with the work that was done and overall I feel they were very honest. I will continue to take my vehicle to Eagle Transmission.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! LAZY LIARS. They diagnosed my vehicle saying it needed a new engine nothing else they were able to do. So I told them I was going to get a new vehicle and have it towed. When I got it home I noticed the drive belt was removed and asked them why they didn t put it back on and they said because I told them to stop working on it? How does that make sense if there was no work to be done just a diagnosis. I asked why they didn t put it on after they finished the diagnosis and they got very defensive and rude. We have the whole conversations recorded and never once cussed at them or treated them poorly. They are LIARS and not the smartest obviously. See how their boss responds.

When I made the appointment I added that I had a 4 pack oil change that I purchased from Eagle auto in Littleton This store does not honor it, could have been told that before I came in seems how i made the appointment weeks in advance, so i paid your $90 oil change fee. Also asked for a quote for a 90k service, never got that. All 4 tires were low and no one bothered to fill them although I knew they were low. Those simple things come with good service, but what was most pointed out was a repair that could wait but would cost the most. I did service advising for over 6 years and know all the games. Sorry to be "that guy" leaving a review but you can just tell when employees are burned out and don't want to put forth effort. Thanks.

In a bind after one of the kids got too close to a trailer hitch. Eagle was able to get me a quote and complete the work quickly and for a fair price. Mike in particular went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. This is one of the few mechanic shops I trust.

I Bought a transmission from them 2500 up front 2500++ when they was done ,Motor mounts, and control arms . When I got my car back it was running the same if not worst. I don't driver the car much tell me why I went through 2 tires because the side the control arm suppose to be done was not done and it wore thr tires out. Three lawyers want to pick the case up because of the proof I have this is frustrating because now the lawyers want money. 3000 I'm trying to handle this in a right way with patience

I ve been to this establishment 3 times in the last 3 months. First 2 times to fix my brakes, and 3rd time for an oil change. To this day the brakes are squeaking louder than ever and makes an awful noise when I brake, and they had the nerve during my oil change to offer $400+ to fix the brakes again, when it never got resolved in the first place. Infuriating. I loathe driving my car at this point.

I took my 2000 Camry to the shop and they ended up telling me that my engine had locked up. They drove when it was bad weather just to get the engine so that it could be done and available for the car it runs great! We are so appreciative they did a great job Tina and Tiffany

I have been in several times in the past year and I'm always so happy with the quality of work and customer service. Mike at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. I'm always able to get in fast, all the guys are so nice, and prices are good. Definitely recommend and will be going back again for anything I need for my car.

These guys are a great representation of what's awful about the automotive business. Slick as a whistle when convincing you they know what's wrong...but $3,550 later our car has more problems than when I took it in. Mike, who is a great sales person but lacks ethics and morals, pointed me to the fine print in their estimate absolving them of responsibility when I asked him it was fair that I pay the full bill when the work they did left the car in worse condition. I would go literally anywhere else other than Eagle Transmission. Liars and cheats with a great sales pitch. If you go here, it's on you when they screw you, you've been warned!

We have several older cars a Jeep Cherokee 97, 14, and RAVs. Over the past two years we have used Eagle Transmission and Auto Repair for a wide variety of repair work including a new transmission, transfer case, exhaust, shocks, struts, brakes, etc., Every one of their repairs has been spot on and reasonably priced. In one instance we drove the car out of their shop and all the way to Glenwood Springs and back - no issues. Auto repair work is tough and I feel fortunate that we have a great partner at Eagle in Parker.

Had them diagnose a rattle in suspension, do an oil change, and check on an automatic transmission that occasionally shifted rough. They replaced ball joints and replaced the transmission since it was in "early stages of failure" due to the amount of "clutch material" in the fluid but no codes had been registered. They could only get a used transmission in the timeframe needed. Repairs were done quickly, but none of the wiring harnesses were reattached to the transmission and though I told them not to, they also replaced stabilizer bar links. The upstream O2 sensor threw a code within days of getting it back, but apparently that had nothing to do with the transmission swap, even though they had to remove the exhaust (they cut it and re-welded it in two places) to do the transmission swap. Then they are saying that somehow, the short headers are causing the transmission pan to melt. Those headers have been on the vehicle for 4+ years and never had any issues with the old transmission oil pan. They wanted another $1,000 to wrap the exhaust and replace the oil pan. Took it back to them and had them replace the O2 sensor and it has thrown a code again in less than a week of light driving. UPDATE: Took it to another shop and they determine that the upstream and downstream O2 sensors were plugged into the harness backward and that the sensor they replaced was the wrong one for the position. Also that they would not recommend replacing the transmission oil pan. UPDATE to response: I think you are misleading and misrepresenting on your response. You did nothing but answer a question about the welding. I took it on faith that the work was industry standard. When I brought the O2 sensor issue to your attention, you claimed that the O2 sensor was not due to your repairs and refused to even look into it and in fact the check light came on after 3 days of light driving around town. As you were the cheapest around I had you replace it AT COST. The check engine light came on again within 3 days and I took it to another shop. They fixed it by plugging the sensors in correctly without replacing any parts. I had the other shop look over all of the work and they determined that the headers didn't cause the oil pan problem and disagreed with your shop's recommendation to spend $1,000 to replace it and wouldn't recommend the work. So I will leave it up to other reviewers/potential customers to determine which is a more reputable shop.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

4 3/4 star. Had a full engine swap done on my BMW and though it took a little longer then expected because of waiting on parts but I'm happy with the end result. Only reason I didn't give it 5 is communication was a little lacking but the guys at the front are always very polite and friendly and I would recommend them
