This is not the first time someone I know or myself has gotten their vehicle back with damage done to it by this Discount Tire, and I'm sure it won't be the last.I brought my car to Discount Tire for a flat repair. I asked and pleaded numerous times to have them put someone experienced in my vehicle as I care greatly about it. I told them I didn't care if it took longer and I'd be happy to pay extra for their careful services. I just wanted my car properly taken care of as parts aren't widely available or replacable. No one touches it but me, with this exception as I don't own a wheel/tire mount/balance machine.Management decided to put their greenest and least experienced tech on it even after I told them I d be happy to pull it around for them if they re not comfortable driving a stick or take the wheel off for them and bring it back, on top of paying for any extra care services.Long story short, I got my vehicle back a few hours later only to discover my rocker panel had been caved in, clutch master cylinder smashed, and a new dent in my door that I have no doubt happened as the result of the rocker caving in and the jack hitting it in the process. My clutch was literally on the floor like and had lost all pressure, I don't know how they even got it into a parking spot. It was not drivable.The person they had working on my car of course completely denied everything, as if I could drive it there in that condition. Followed by management giving me an extremely hard time when I asked how they were planning to repair the damages.I have three other friends that have notable damage that this Discount Tire has caused and tried to avoid taking accountability and paying for.Avoid this location at all costs.All I can say is, they clearly don't care about your car or wheels.

So I brought my backhoe tire in to have the old tubeless tire taken off and have a brand new tubed tire and new tube put on. I definitely understand that this is not a common discount tire mount. But they gave it there best shot. Not to mention it was closing time and they still took my tire on. They struggled and struggled and finally sliced the tube. One of the gentlemen came up to me and apologized for the wait and inconvenience and told me they damaged the tube and would order me a new one. Have it in the morning and refund my money. They called the next morning to let me know they had received the tube and my tire was mounted and ready to pick up. Like I said I definitely know it wasn't an easy task but through it all they remained polite and apologetic and they didn't quit til they got the job done. The next day when I picked up my tire and they refunded my money, I asked that they give it to the gentlemen that got the tire mounted. I think a great learning experience and I truly want to say thank u to all that tried to get the job done. This is customer service. Thanks again and pay it forward.

I brought my car in because my tire had a leak due to a screw. They got me in and out in 45 minutes and did not charge me. Best customer experience! I will always go to them to buy my tires from now on.

Randy, the manager, helped me out so much! I came in knowing what I was going to get. He could have just moved forward but instead went out to my minivan and assessed the situation and steered me toward a different tire that was a better fit for my needs. He even made it possible to have the better tires in the price range I was looking for. I was definitely grateful for his knowledge and expertise.

Today March 4 I went to discount tire on Lincoln and I went online the day before and I scheduled an online appointment for 2pm for March 4 .I get there at 1:50 and I have to wait in line 15minutes before I get to talk to someone and I told them that I did an online appointment for 2pm and the person goes out to look at my vehicle and sees that I have a roofing nail in my tire. I go back in and sit down and sit where I can see where my vehicle is parked and they didn t even get my car in to repair my flat till 3pm this is over an hour for just a flat repair! So then I have to wait for 30minutes for them to repair my flat .all in all the whole process is a joke in my opinion cause you go online to schedule an appointment and show up ten minutes before my actual appointment and why even schedule an appointment if it s still takes soooo long to repair a flat! Im sorry I don t get why it takes sooo long to repair a flat! After all I did go online and schedule an appointment the day before! I m giving a bad review cause my time is worth something! I simply dread going to have any tire work done on any of my vehicles cause it takes a huge chunk of time out of my day! I don t like to give bad reviews but why schedule an online appointment if you still have to wait along time! If I could find a difference tire place to take my vehicle without waiting so long I definitely would!

Awful experience.I opened a credit card with these people to try and get a snow tire deal, which they didn't honor once the credit card was open while the deal was still active.Then I go to have these tires mounted and balanced on my wheels, and they not only dash the inside of my wheels and rough up the lips, but they broke several center caps and told me: "we are not responsible for any damage that happens to your wheels while we're mounting and balancing them."Completely unbelievable.Garbage service, even worse mentality towards a customer that you so carelessly damaged their property. I will not be back, and I hope everyone who sees this review will consider the other discount tire location in Parker or Les Schwab.

Quick and easy service.We had a screw in our tire but we weren't sure if it had punctured the tire completely.During check in, we explained the issue and they came out quickly, checked the tire on the spot, removed the screw, made sure there was no air leaking or a too deep hole and we were good to go!I would definitely go there again.

I've had 3 tire issues in the last month or so, and the service has been less than satisfactory.Trip 1: I came in for a nail in my tire that ended up being too close to the sidewall to repair. I was told it would be about an hour wait to get the tire changed, so I decided to stay in the store and wait rather than go home. I ended up sitting there for over 5 hours with little to no update and kept saying it will be done "soon".Trip 2: I arrived at 8 a.m. on a Monday knowing they would be busy and have to wait. The store manager helped me this time around, got me in and out in 30 minutes. A+ experience this day.Trip 3: I brought my spare tire in to have a new tire put on. Similar to the first trip, I was told it would be done by 4 p.m. that day. Before leaving I specifically made sure they had the tire in stock and was told it was. Within an hour before closing, they called me and told me they couldn't find the tire and they would have another one from another store the next morning. I agreed and was okay with that. I never got a call, text, or email the following day. 3 days passed and I finally called the store to see what was going on. They told me the tire would be in the next day. Again, 2 days passed and no update or communication on their end. I reached out AGAIN and they told me it would be ready to go the next morning. It took EIGHT DAYS to replace a tire they told me would be ready that same day and kept getting strung along.

Update 9/15/21 went in for another set of wheels, this time for my QX and Zach and his team are still offering great service and good prices! See photos!Great, great, fast- friendly service, although I strongly suggest calling ahead or making an appointment. Clean lobby, offer water and coffee... no TV so have your phone charged... good selection of tires/ wheels. 4/20/21Back in today with another great experience, while my previous contact is no longer here, Zach, Grant & Logan were awesome in assisting me with a wheel issue on a previous purchase; although the manufacturer did not back their product, Zach stepped up and made things better than alright, needless to say my "BabyBenzKlassik" is rolling on new shoes! Awesome to still be able to experience sincere customer service and value

I came in for my appointment to get my winter tires installed this past Friday, and even though they were busy they got to me within 10 minutes of my arrival. A problem with one tire surfaced with two screws near each other and the tires only had one season on them. Erin discussed the problem with me and then handled it quite well to make me 100% satisfied with the outcome. This establishment has Always been straight with me and it hasn't let me down ever. You can tell that some of these negative reviews are from people that can never be satisfied with anything. I used to be married to someone like that. Thank you Erin for handling my situation very professionally. You're a breath of fresh air!

Consistently have received high quality customer service for over 15 years working with various Discount Tire locations. The team at this Parker location has been top notch and my service yesterday was exceptional. I have referred them many times and I always go back for my tire needs.

Discount Tire 18312 Lincoln Ave, Parker, CO 80134, just a heads up over a very aggravating experience.My son went down to have DIscount look at one tire with a bulge and one tire with an air leak. He got the tires new last year along with new custom wheels all of which included the optional road hazard package so maybe 2000 miles on them. They saw the tire with the bulge and refused to replace it, even tho its obviously defective. THan they told him some mumbo jumbo about the tire with air leak cannot be fixed because dismounting and mounting the tire would make the tire unsafe???? We are going to contact the corporate office.BTW. This was my son's second visit. THe first visit was the week prior and they were too busy to look at the tires. So he made an appointment for the following week. SIdewalls are untouched, no scrapes, just belt separation. We have been buying tires from Discount since 1989, and have gone thru a number of vehicles and many many tires.

This store went above and beyond for me with my vintage vehicle. I brought it in for new tires, they ordered what I asked for and mounted and balanced them at a great price. They encountered an issue with studs on my hubs that was no fault of theirs and they quickly called in some favors with a local shop to come and fix my issue at no cost to me. This was very impressive.

If you need new tires, new wheels or tire service, you should not look any place else other than the discount tire in Parker Colorado. As a former partner in an automotive franchise and current owner of a business, that employs laborers, I can tell you firsthand there is no better place for service than this place! Every time I go, I am simply amazed and shocked at how hard their employees work, every single one of them; from the people at the front counter, to the supervisors in the shop to the newest new hire, they all go out of their way to make sure you have an amazing experience at their facility. I just got a set of wheels put on, and when they balanced them and had to reposition the weights, the technician forgot to wipe off the residue from the old weights which left some sticky goop on the wheel. I drove right back there, and within a matter of seconds the store manager was out with a spray bottle and rag, and cleaned it up in seconds, and was extremely apologetic. I explained that things happen and it's all about how the issues are handled. I mentioned to him how impressed I always am with his employees, and that they must be incentivized financially somehow to work as hard as they do. He assured me there is no bonus program and no commissions and they all just like to work hard and work well as a team. This is unheard of in today's world- I did not grow up in the 40s and 50s but from the movies I've seen and from talking to people of my parents age, this is what "service" used to look like "back in the day". Do yourself a favor and don't even look at or think about going anywhere else other than the Discount Tire in Parker. I have three vehicles and a trailer, and I never even think about looking elsewhere for a better price because their service cannot be matched and as many of you know, there is much more to life than low price. Well done team!!!

I have purchased tires from discount tire in the past, but probably not anymore. I took my motorcycle Out for a spin, and decided I should probably check my air pressure. I was by discount. When I got up to get the courtesy air check, they told me they couldn t do it on a motorcycle and that maybe Faye Myers did. I just wanted to check the pressure, But I was sent away. I called another discount tire and asked if it was a company policy and they said it wasn t that they would check my motorcycle tires. I called the Lincoln store back and they said they just couldn t do motorcycle tires, which was very strange. I guess they don t care about my safety

I have used Discount tire primarily for our tire needs for yearsThe shop needed a Firestone tire to finish up a job and I thought I would try Discount and see if I could keep my business where I knew good things happen.Devon Rutherford made it happen! Stopped by for a flat repair and was out of there in less than an hour. I was greeted promptly, the staff was friendly, they had me back on the road in no time. I'd definitely recommend this shop and Discount Tire.

I needed 4 new tires. I called ahead to see if they have the brand I thought I needed. The guy was super helpful and he agreed they would be a huge improvement over my stock tires. I was told I could come in as a walk in, so I did within 30 minutes. The entire process took about 45 minutes from start to finish and I was on my way with my fabulous tires.Really pleased with the customer service, quick turnaround, price of tires and friendliness. Thank you!

Don t recommend coming to this location. Team doesn t know what they re doing. On multiple occasions they ve given my car back with tires that have holes in them.

Just to be clear the tire warranty I bought with the new tires I got a few months ago, has been the best purchase ever. I have had three different issues with my tires over the six months I have had the tires, typical Denver problems. In total I have had to replace two different tires and other than the initial tire purchase, Discount Tire has only charged me 85 dollars and that was to renew the warranty on my two new tires

Had a new set of wheels put on my Audi. Ordered them online in the morning, pulled up to the appointment and was immediately greeted by name and taken care of. Car was handled well and service done incredibly quick. Will be bringing all my cars here.

Great experience today with the team at Discount off Lincoln. They went above and beyond to get a tire delivered same day from a wholesaler in Denver, and installation took less than 30 mins. Took excellent care of the wheel and even parked my vehicle in the far reaches of the lot, away from all other cars. Really happy with this Discount Tire!
