RV tire installation at Hess and Parker Road: An amazing group of friendly and professional people that Zach (Store Manager) has working there! I had RV tires installed on my Class A Motorhome, and Zach and Logan (Assistant Store Manager) personally installed these special tires. They have the correct equipment to install these thick, 14-ply 19.5 and larger rim tires!! Go there for your RV tire needs. Thanks again to Zach, Logan, Aaron, Erin, and John. You know how to successfully run your store!

Erin was great to work with! She was very professional and knowledgeable. I replaced 5 all terrain tires on my Jeep which had unusual wear patterns and damage. She worked with the manufacturer and insurance to obtain credit and carried through with what she told me she'd do on a timely and informative basis. Lucas and other technicians inside the bay were also great. Everyone pitched in to help as needed to get the large tires switched and get me on my way in a short amount of time. Great team!

The friendliest staff to ever change your tires. These folks consistently go above and beyond and all are as happy as if they just popped out of a Disney movie. They seem to love their job and do it incredibly well.

My wife was there 02/27 to get a flat tire repaired. She just raved about how great Zach and the service people were. Ended up having to replace the tire.. thankful for the Replacement Certificates! I ll be switching to this location, from another nearby Discount Tire. Thanks Zach for taking such great care of my wife!

I had a wonderful experience at the new Parker(Hess) location. I stopped by for a quick air check since my light came on and it turned out I needed a new tire immediately. Everyone that helped me was exceptional. It turned out my tire was under warranty so I ended up taking it to the dealership where I bought the car, but I was truly so impressed with the level of service and the sincerity of the staff to help me out. They put my spare on and sent me on my way free of charge. I highly recommend!

I've been a customer of Discount Tire for years now. Every location I've been to maintains the same cleanliness, friendly staff, and quick and knowledgeable service. Recently I had to get a nail in the tire taken care of and even though the last time I had bought some tires was a few years ago there was no charge and I was able to get my tires rotated at the same time. As someone who knows that he can be very critical of services and products. I am very happy with this company's consistent quality and service.

Had 4 tires installed on my Nissan Frontier. Tires are good, tread reasonable price, but the service was exceptional from start to finish. I called in the morning, made an early afternoon appointment, was greeted when I parked. Everything was done promptly, very professional guys. Only wish they were 1 stop for alignments.

Zach, Sam, and the team provided the best service I've ever had at a tire shop. I bought some custom wheels and tires for my truck, and they got it done very quick. Their team in the garage really appeared to be enjoying their work, too.

Extremely happy with my experience at this (and all) Discount Tires! I made an appointment easily online to have a balance/rotation of my tires. Check in was easy, the staff were all friendly and polite. They were clear in their expectations of how long the service would take and they actually completed the service in half the amount of time. Will absolutely be bringing my car back here for all my tire needs!

Got a flat on a brand new vehicle. Aaron and the crew totally hooked me up. They mounted my spare, explained the tire couldn t be repaired, ordered a new tire, and got all of my other tires covered for future road hazards for less than the regular price of a tire.I ve always been a fan, but today, Aaron and his crew earned a customer for life

An appointment was required to repair a leaking tire. Staff were very friendly and courteous (I observed the same behavior with other customers as I was waiting). Very thorough with details, even with a simple leaky tire. I was in and out within 15 - 30 minutes.

Justin and the rest of the team are absolute rock stars. Sitting here in the waiting room just listening and these guys are killing it with customer service. These guys are not skipping a beat!! Educating customers and giving them options to keep them safe. Great job tonight!

Alejandro, DJ, and Justin are excellent. Brought my flat in, unfortunately unable to repair but able to replace. These people have continually gone above and beyond, even fixing Big O's shortcomings. They are respectful, friendly, and always willing to help. I will never go back to Big O or Les Schwab for service.

Ok, so I roll in to get my tires rotated and before I even turn my ignition off LOGAN is at my Tahoe with a BIG Smile and a VERY Friendly welcome. After he performed a very thorough check of my tires we went into the store where he took my info and let me know my wait time. Not only did he set and then exceed my expectations he did this FREE SERVICE in a very professional and professional manner. If you need the tires on your ride serviced I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you do it here at Discount Tire off of Parker at Hess.

Justin was great. I came here because I was in a bit of a bind with a missing wheel lock from a used vehicle purchase. Justin was willing to try getting them released (which he did) and switched out all the old lugs with new ones. Was in and out in 20 minutes.

I called (Hess & Parker Rd) late in the day in a bit of a panic as I had found a nail in one of my brand new tires. They told me to come and get it taken care of. I showed up with less than an hour to closing and everyone was exceedingly pleasant and helpful. It was a new car so I had not even purchased the tires from them.

This DT might have the nicest team of any automotive service center in the area. Been twice recently for two different vehicles and everyone is just so nice and helpful. Zack and Sam, I think, helped me and they re both top notch!! Thank you!!

Rarely do you find a business as incredible as this Discount Tire. I ve had workperformed by this location for two years and every experience has been exceptional. It is obvious they hire people who care. A legitimate 5 Star business.

The nicest most helpful group of people and such a fantastic company!! I have purchased several sets of tires for different automobiles from Discount Tire over the years and you can not beat the service! My current car came with the tires it has but today I ran over a bolt and got a low tire pressure sensor. I drove straight to Discount Tire for them to check out. I am waiting for then to finish up the repair- and AT NO CHARGE!!Great company!! Great service!! I will only ever buy tires at Discount!!

I am super impressed with the customer service I have received at this Discount Tire. I have bought multiple sets of tires here and will continue to do so going forward. They price match local competitors, have Hunter Road Force balance machines (important for ride quality), and will make sure you are completely satisfied with your tires and service. Highly recommend.
