The ease of online scheduling but then working my vehicle into the schedule when I was early. The courtesy shuttle ride home was a nice perk. Transparency of what was going to be done on the vehicle as well as up front quotes and pricing. The timeliness and friendliness was greatly appreciated as well. Thank You!

Recently took my car to Christian Brothers as I had suspected issues with either my transmission or CV joint. Christian Brothers made it a priority to keep maximum contact, having full transparency, all while being affordable. They even left me a water in my car before I left!

Appreciate this place so much. We have both our older vehicles serviced and repaired here and never have I had anything but a positive experience. I have had many negative experiences in the past with various mechanics and for various reasons which only highlights for me how top notch this shop is. They are always friendly and professional, I feel always met with honesty and integrity. Really just cannot say enough good things about them. Highly recommend!

I have everything good to say about this repair shop. I don't normally recommend places to people but I have told many people to go there for all of their repairs. They are honest with the repair finding which is hard to find nowadays with repair shops. Ladies, you can get repairs done there without concerns of being taken advantage of. One car? They also offer taking you where you have to be and pick you up again after your repair is complete.

Purchased 4 tires at Discount Tire in Parker. Discount does not do alignments, but refers you to Christian Brothers and you get $20 discount. Cost was $90 which is reasonable. Work was done promptly, courtesy driver took me home rather than have me wait. They also provided me with before and after alignment spec sheet.

Making an appointment online is a breeze. Customer service is top tier; team members are very kind, and I never feel talked down to about the services needed/performed, which is a refreshing change from most auto service businesses. Lobby/waiting area is a nice, comfy spot to work while waiting for my vehicle, and the music is great!

I was greeted right away. The technician was so friendly and explained everything so I could understand. Gave excellent advice so I could make an educated decision for the work I needed done. I did not feel pressured in any way to complete the work I needed done. I felt my issues were a priority, and did not have to wait. Love the follow-up emails.

Recently got a good bit a service done here and had a few misunderstandings. Adam was quick to make sure everything got resolved to our standards. It s the kind of small town service you rarely experience in a large metro these days. Reputable owner, that cares about his customers and community.

I ended up going to a different auto service shop because Christian Brothers doesn't do everything my car needed. Not a full service mechanic shop. But they were very polite and accommodating when I canceled my appointment.

First rate experience as always! I originally started visiting these shops at another location a little further North and I was worried maybe this shop wouldn't meet the same standards. I'm happy to say, they absolutely exceeded expectations. All of the staff were very friendly, including the shuttle driver and both service writers I spoke to at the counter. I truly appreciate the multi-point inspection as it gives me insight into how my vehicle health is at no extra cost. Their no haggle, no pressure style of offering services is the most comfortable way to get work completed and I can't recommend this place enough. Work was completed quick and the team made sure to keep me posted the entire time. By the time I arrived for pickup, my truck was pulled around in the front ready for me to drive off the lot. I'll definitely be back for ANY future work I need done on either of my cars.

I went here on a recommendation of a friend. I called to get a price on an oil change and Michael quoted me $160. I told him that I don't have to use synthetic, my Volvo guy always used 5w30. He told me that my car uses 7.8 qts and he could use the castrol oil that I requested and he would give me a coupon to bring it down to $123. I requested that Sam their Euro guy work on my car. Ok, I went and did the oil change. Fast forward about two weeks later my low oil light came on my dashboard. I check the oil and it's about a quart low (weird) so I go to the auto parts store to get a quart of oil. I looked at my sticker to see what oil I need to get and it says that they put synthetic oil in my car. I pulled out my receipt and it also says that synthetic was put in. I was only charged for one extra quart so now I'm wondering if they put enough oil in it, maybe that's why I'm low. I noticed something else, Sam did not work on my car at all! Some other guy named Kaleb was the one who worked on it. I was not told any of this, you would think if they were not able to do what I asked they would at least let me know! I put a lot of miles on my car this summer and now it's time for my next oil change. I called and spoke to Michael again. I told him that my sticker says that they put in synthetic and asked him what oil was put in my car. He said that they put in synthetic but just didn't charge me for it. He said "let me send you a quote for the 5w30". I got the quote and it's says $60! So now I'm thinking that I paid full price for something that I never asked for.*EDIT* The manager Chris contacted me and explained to me that it was an oversight on their part and he made it right for me. He also explained that they strongly recommend using synthetic oil in my car. Kaleb is Sam's apprentice so he oversees everything that was done on my car. I really appreciated the steps that Chris went through to make sure that I was satisfied and can trust the shop going forward. I will continue to use this shop to service my car.

I took my car here because of a burning smell I noticed under my hood. All of the employees here were very kind and communicative throughout the entire process and explained what was wrong with the car. They were all very willing to answer any questions I had (Steve Kramer in particular was very helpful). Very quick and efficient. I was in and out in 30 minutes for an oil change. The mechanic also didn t try to make me do unnecessary work on my vehicle . I have used them several times and have supplied my own parts because they DOUBLE or TRIPLE the cost of parts. I paid them to do a diagnostic, they did not complete that correctly and tried to charge me for the same service again. I mentioned that I didn't think I should have to pay that twice and they correctly waived that fee. When I went to collect my car, I was berated and told "we don't allow people to bring parts" & "people got in a lot of trouble". They got mad at me, because I wouldn't let them rip me off....... He even admitted that they mark parts up by 50% and "every shop does that". I would never let anyone I know do business with them. Don't waste your time or money.

Excellent service, with attention to detail. They found the problem quickly, and fixed it without generating other costs like some other garages do. Honest, fast, and responsive. This is the first time I have ever left a Google review for anything: that's how much I appreciate this business. Going to the mechanic can always be a bit of a nerve-wracking experience, especially as a woman, but not at Christian Brothers. I have been going to this shop for years, and every time I go I walk away feeling like I got the best available deal on parts and great work from the mechanics. I love that they provide pictures of everything that needs to be worked on, and that they work with you to make sure you get the services you need within your budget.But the best part by far is the customer service. I'd like to specially thank Tyler, who went way, WAY above and beyond to make sure my car got back to me in a timely fashion today when I needed it for a move. This was more than good service--it was real, genuine kindness, and it was greatly, greatly appreciated.I will be using Christian Brothers for years to come. Five stars!Service: Brakes

Asked them to find the source of a weird noise my truck was making when I brought it in for an oil change. When I went to pick it up, they forgot to check where the sound was coming from. They didn t charge me for the oil change because they didn t do what they said they would. Love their honesty and their customer service!

Great place for routine car service as well as mechanical repairs. They offer a military/veteran discount as well. The staff are all professional, polite, and indulge any questions I might have about the maintenance and repairs they recommend. They create an estimate and get approval before any work is done, and don't use high pressure sales strategies. I definitely recommend Christian Brothers!!
