Well clearly they pay for their 5-star reviews.Had a remote start, an amp, and a 12 installed. Got the car back and the car won't stay running if you open the door. The regular key fob will no longer open the driver door. Autostart fob won't unlock any of the other doors. Was told it's just a limitation of the car, so I've dealt with it for the last year. Had a friend just have the same stuff done elsewhere to an identical car and magically all their stuff works.I wouldn't be writing this review if I didn't have an additional horrible experience here. It has been bugging me ever since. I brought my car in at 8am for the Signature Detail, $219.99. They call me 5 hours in and say they are almost done but need to increase it to the $349.99 service because there was pet hair. So I approved it. Then the guy calls me like 2 hours later and says they found mold and were going to charge an additional $200, so $549.99. At this point I realized I was getting scammed, so I asked for a picture of this mold. They sent me a picture of inside a cup holder where the tin had scratched the plastic and said "isn't this mold"? I was like "no, that's not mold, that's where a can scratched the plastic" - they said they were almost done and needed to charge the $200 anyway because they had used anti-mold stuff on it, thinking it was mold. I told them to stop the work right where they were and I would be there in 10 minutes (it was now 6pm).It became blatantly apparent they had never started the work, but raced to do something in the 10 minutes before I got there. The interior plastic and leather trim were still wet with spray cleaner, nothing else was done, but they must have sprayed the leather in the doors with windex or something and wiped it (so it's all stretched out now). They did literally nothing else. No vacuum, nothing. They had managed to spray the windshield and the inside doors, nothing else. Such liars. I told them to cancel the service. Ever since then, the leather from inside my doors hangs there. Thanks a lot Car Toys.Images show where they ruined the interior leather on both sides.

These guys did a great job. They had excellent communication and explained everything in detail regarding the cost. The only reason why I'm not giving them 5 stars is that they didn't know that the SD card needed to be formatted. They assumed it was bad. In their defense, this was a unit that they were unfamiliar with and didn't sell at their shop. I will definitely go back with all my vehicles and get work done there. If I didn't get such a great deal on my dash camera I would have just purchased the units they sell at the shop. Don't pay attention to the yelp reviews, give these guys a chance and they will take good care of you and your vehicle

I took my 2012 Mustang in to get a back up camera/mirror. I got the recommended one from the Manager Christian, a new model Rydeen they had to order. The installation labor charge was higher than I expected, and they called me to tell me that after installation, it didn't work and was a defective unit. This was concerning, but they told me the manufacturer would send a replacement overnight.They kept my car stored inside the shop overnight, and the new unit came in about noon the next day. They immediately pulled my car in to replace the bad one. They worked over 4 hours getting it replaced and everything works great! It looks like a factory mirror but has a great picture both to the rear and through the windshield to the front. All of the wiring is out of sight and it looks like a factory install.They made sure everything was just right and that I was satisfied. They have a lifetime warranty on their workmanship and 2 year on the product.Ii was not cheap, but the product and workmanship were top notch!

Remote start bought and installed at car toys but only worked well for a month. After a month, started having major electrical issues that previous to the install were not there. Took my car to a local mechanic, after inspection they determined the issues were related to how the remote start was installed by car toys. My car was un drivable at this point as they had to remove the remote start and re program my whole car. Costing me over 3.5K in repairs, took a written labor description and copy of invoice to car toys. They then requested pictures, which I could not provide since work was completed. They then asked for a vendor statement that I then had written up by the manager of mechanic shop and provided back to them explaining the issues of what they saw, and how it shortened my system from their install. Car Toys now wants to know the exact color of wire that was miss hooked up which the mechanic stated they do not take that detailed of notes. Car toys has taken no responsibility in this case and refuses to work on any refund or payback. I do not recommend Car Toys to anyone!

Went in to Car Toys talk to associates about new speakers. They told me about the JL s. And sure enough that s the speakers I had installed in my truck. I have to tell Car Toys is a great place to shop. And I definitely like to thank the people in the Parker store For their help. Eric P

Atrocious! 14 visits, 8 work orders, and one year later these incompetent, con artists still have not installed a working stereo. BE VERY CAREFUL on the rates they quote for install. They over bill in my experience, bait & switch, and refuse to refund. If anything is wrong get a full refund ASAP. They turn mean quickly. Best advice is go elsewhere. About 100 hours of my life I won t get back let alone my money. TERRIBLE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! DO NOT USE CAR TOYS!!

Great product and excellent service from initial visit to installation and pick up. Both Christian and Robert were extremely helpful in determining which radio with backup camera would be best for my wife s car. Easy drop off for the install with completion in about 5 hours. At pickup, Christian spent a good amount of time to show my wife how to set up Carplay and operate the radio in general. They had also replaced the main speakers that had stopped functioning. High-quality products, great customer service, reasonable pricing all make for an excellent customer experience.

Justin really helped me out resolving a car rear-view mirror electrical problem. He was knowledgeable and the service was honest, professional, and fast. He explained it, fixed it in 30 seconds (I already had the parts) and didn t charge me anything! Honesty goes a long way when you otherwise could be up-charged for being na�ve. Thanks Justin, I ll be a returning customer!

Used a Groupon to get my daughter s car (interior) detailed. The Groupon includes 1 hour of cleaning which was OK since it wasn t that dirty. The job they did was marginal, not very clean and not vacuumed in the hatch back (trunk). Was expecting a better job.

Christian was fabulous to work with and he ensured a great experience. From the time I walked in and learned he was covering a coworkers shift to simply help that person who was in a bind, to the install and demonstration of the features I had installed, it was entirely clear that he was about serving others (his customers and personnel) and wanting what was best for them, not just what his store would benefit. A class act and trustworthy person with a talented staff.

Great service from both tithe front desk ( sales) and the installation crew. They installed a heated seat and renewed my headlights. I would use them again as again easily and also recommend them to anybody.

Car Toys did a great job understanding the work that needed to be done to our JK Wrangler. They provided a comprehensive estimate and even lowered the price at the end of the job due to not needing the hours quoted. The work looks amazing and the service was spot on (work = backup camera, side cameras, new head unit). Cheers to the Parker Car Toys team!

I had an excellent experience at Car Toys Parker. I called ahead of time looking for a specific product, and even though Robert couldn't find it, he managed to get one from another store on the other side of the metroplex and still gave me a great price. I'm looking forward to getting more car audio components from Car Toys!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They provided me with multiple options to meet my needs; adding Apple CarPlay and a backup camera to an older model Mercedes. Job was done well and a timely manner! Lastly, they accidentally over charged me and they called me right away to explain what happens and refunded me the appropriate amount.

I bought a pioneer radio from the loveland cartoys which ended up being damaged. I called the Parker store and spoke with Christian about the issue. He told me to bring the unit in for a quick exchange.Great experience and great help. Someone get this guy a raise

I bought a Groupon for a car detail through Car Toys. It was the worst car detail I ve ever experienced. The guy told me he would only work on the car for 1 hour (which it says nowhere on the Groupon description), and when I picked the car up it looked just as bad as when I dropped it off. I am never coming back to this location again and would 100% advise against getting your car detailed here.Pictures are the before and after of just the passenger side.

The installer failed to do his job correctly. I brought in an third party stereo deck of a brand (SEICANE) that Car Toys does not sell, and the installer blew the power fuse on the device immediately and then never checked for why the device would not power up. Supposedly he spent several hours over the course of 2 days debugging this issue. After 2 days at the Car Toys store, I took the stereo deck to another company (Quality Auto Sound) and get a second opinion on the stereo deck itself. They found the problem immediately and convinced me that it does power up. In the end, QAS installed the stereo deck, after Car Toys failed to do so. This resulted in me not having my car for 4 days total, and spending nearly $1800 in labor between two stores for a car stereo installation.The other enhancements that I had done, which included a reverse beeper and a dash camera, were installed as expected and functional by Car Toys.

Product that we got works well when you figure out how to use it properly. Customer service is not that great, there are usually a lot of people there and they aren't great at managing the excess inflow of customers. Workers are not very timely about jobs, saying that a job is done but upon coming in we realized the job was not done and had to wait longer. Price of the items are good and sales are good but lots of hidden fees with installation and time spent going back for repairs and fixes.

Lots of selection but in reality the knowledge of the staff was limited. I learned more about my options after going home and looking at Crutchfields website. I don t like not knowing everything about a subject manner especially when dealing with sales reps who are commissioned. I like it less when they are incorrect. I would not return there.

The service was great! Robert took the time to share knowledge about my purchase and give honest input as well as work within my budget to help get what I wanted. Robert returned calls and followed through with everything we discussed and was very nice. John did a great job with the installation. It was nice and neat and he suggested suitable recommendations for the setup in my vehicle that was very accommodating. Being a female both Robert and John did not treat me like I did not know anything they gave me what I wanted without just selling me anything and not caring. They made me feel like I want to come back and do business. All the gentleman in this store were very nice. This type of service is SO hard to find, they did that .and it takes a lot for me to give a review!
