Caliber Collision did awesome work on my vehicle repair. My car dent looked brand new after their work. Their staff was communicative. The technician texted me nearly every day to give me updates. My car was finished early. They worked seamlessly with Enterprise. It was the best experience possible for having to get car repairs, lol!

Fantastic service! Brought my truck here to have some hail damage repaired. They made the whole process super easy from the start. Was given an estimated time of 10 days for the repairs to be completed, I was given a call a few days after drop off saying the repairs were complete. Highly recommended Caliber!

Very happy with my experience at Caliber. Great customer service and communication. The repairs were done sooner than their estimated timeline, which was quick to begin with. Even the inside of my car looked cleaner than how I left it. Special shoutout to Jeremy, he was awesome!

Travis was absolutely wonderful to work with. He made this entire process seamless from the moment I dropped my vehicle off until I picked it up. Travis always responded promptly, kept me updated almost daily about the status of my repairs, and dealt with my insurance efficiently. The repairs themselves were high quality. I will always use Caliber Collision if a situation like this ever arises again. And I cannot recommend Travis enough. If he s your guy, you re in great hands! Thank you!

Another wonderful experience with Caliber! The plastic lens on my side mirror cracked somehow, and when I called my dealer I was told I would need a whole new unit installed. That didn't seem right, so I contacted Caliber and was told by Travis that a replacement lens could be installed at a substantial savings to me. He ordered the part, and when it came in they installed it while I waited. Great customer service!

I would fully recommend this store for anyone seeking repairs to their vehicle due to an accident (as in my case). The staff was very easy to work with and Travis kept me fully informed during the entire process. The repair was completed as promised and no returns for mechanical concerns. All other stores in the area could not schedule me for a month or more, and Travis had my vehicle repaired in 10 days. Their customer services exceeded my expectations.

Travis was great to work with! The part needed to fix my car was out of stock and he called and found one in Kansas and got it shipped here so they could get my car fixed! I was impressed with the entire business! Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a great experience.

Great experience! Very professional. Jeremy was awesome at keeping me in the loop throughout the entirety of my repairs (which were performed in a fraction of the time that I was expecting). The repair work itself turned out amazing.

My jeep was sent to Caliber after an accident for repair. It came back looking new again when they gave it back to me. Just an incredible experience. I can't believe they were able to make everything perfect again. Great communication. Everyone was very thorough and great to work with. I would highly recommend Caliber.

Caliber Collision was amazing. I received numerous text communications throughout the process to update me on the status of my car. They took the exact amount of time they promised to repair the hail damage and even delivered my car to my house when they were through! That was a bonus! Furthermore, when I received my car, it was as clean as it was the day I bought it...this I definitely did not expect! I highly recommend CC for anyone needing body work done!

This shop is the worst shop I have ever worked with. If you need repairs and are using insurance, this shop will make the insurance company happy by providing false information and to make sure the insurance company is happy with them and not to make sure your car gets fixed. I had to pick my car up and take it to a different shop to get repairs done properly.

Great repair facility, the work looks great and was completed when promised. Be sure to can ahead to book an appointment though. They are booked out and don't do walk ins.

Great customer service experience and that is extremely important to me. couple of minor complaints like being told to give a 10 on the survey by the front desk and they kept addressing me by my wife's name even though I requested that they update to my name for this repair. The service rep was incredible and everything else was top-notch professional. Great job and will be back ... if needed ;-)
