great customer service, open and honest about diagnostics/pricing. our poor 4runner had been neglected for a bit too long maintenance wise, and they didn t judge! they just told us what we needed to do to be safely back on the road and what future repairs will look like and cost! jazmin and the whole team was awesome!

Overall great experience! Spoke with Matt, Ken and Ash they were all super friendly helpful and made the experience in the shop easy and pleasant. Went in for an oil change they did a inspection of my car and let me know before continuing with service what were something they suggested and were honest and didn t push me to get services I didn t want at the time. At the end Ash went over my service and cost and also gave me a print out of the recommended services I opted out of for this time. Overall wonderful experience and would highly recommend!

Took my son s car in for an oil change, everyone was so friendly. Matt was very helpful with some other questions we had about the vehicle. They were quick and thorough. We will be back to this location!

Came in for an oil change when the store was pretty busy and this young girl helped me. She told me it was only her second day and her manager stepped away but she was a pro already and very helpful! She answered all my questions and was so polite, training is great here!

I stopped in at the new Brakes Plus on Cottonwood Dr. in Parker to have my alignment checked. Cameran is the store Mgr. and was excellent. He told me everything was good on the alignment. I then had them flush the coolant & they did it professionally & timely. I would highly recommend this new site!

Super convenient and close to my home. I m not familiar with cars and they explained everything to me. They went above and beyond to pulled out a book to match up whether or not I d need to pay for something the next visit and also checked my carfax to see if I needed a brake flush or not. 10/10 recommend for honest service

I was skeptical about Brakes Plus as I had heard they had been sketchy in the past. My experience was actually the complete opposite. Cameron the store manager was very helpful and didn t try to sell us more than we needed. I would came back here again. Very happy I gave them a chance.

Was able to get oil change and they showed me the underside of my car and what s going on below. Gave me a run down of what s going on. Give yourself some time for the oil change but close to some other spots to go and get some things done.

The staff here is setting the standard. Ash provided a solid greeting and experience, Camryn and the Techs took the time to bring me into the bay area. They showed me my car tires and the numbers to adjust so I can decide what I wanted done.

I was having battery issues with my 2020 RAV4,Cameran was quick to answer the phone this morning and worked around my already hectic schedule. Very accommodating and helpful with my situation. Car was in need of alignment as the front left tire was wearing out. I called in advance to get appointment. I asked cameron to show my daughter around the car she bought 6 months ago. Aligned car and rotated tires. The car was in need of brake pads and engine coolant hose replacement due to the hose leaking fluid that showed in bright pink. Daughter asked Cameron to replace a turn signal. Bulb was burnt out and partially melted housing. Replaced bulb because it was the front right turn signal and it could not wait for a new housing for the entire front right light and turn signal. This is what a good shop should do...show people, especially a young girl, what is wrong with vehicle so she can learn for the future and understand what you are paying for!
