This branch is amazing! I've been coming to this location for a few years now and Devin and his crew have always treated me very well. I feel comfortable knowing that my car and my daughter's car now are taken care of promptly and efficiently. The team at the Keystone branch continuously demonstrate professionalism even when I forgot to book an appointment or come in an hour before they close. They take care of their customers and I appreciate them greatly. It's clear that the team genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. This review was long overdue.

Extremely pleased with the service I received today. Jaz has to be one of the most respectful people I had the pleasure of working with in the auto industry as of recent. I received a fully transparent alignment inspection and the results were met with honesty, kindness, and professionalism. This store in specific is a great place to check out!

The staff are very professional and friendly. The work was completed in the time frame they estimated and my car was ready to go when I arrived for pickup. I felt the cost was reasonable. I was quite satisfied and would certainly recommend them.

Service here was super fast and the staff was all extremely friendly, articulate, and understanding. I appreciated them being real and honest with me with all the questions I asked following up with my visit and not just trying to get me to spend as much as I possibly could. I will absolutely be returning! Devin is great!

Devin was absolutely amazing. I called 3/9/24 hearing a noise that I thought was my brakes and Devin told me to come in right away. I got there 30 mins before they closed and he was amazing getting checked my car checked out and diagnosed. Monday afternoon my car was fixed and Devin took very good care of me

This place is wonderful! A rare find today, they treat you like family. I had a minor problem with my bumper, and Devin took me right in and fixed it with no charge. You don't see that kind of thing much anymore. I will continue to come here for my tires and brakes, and recommend to anyone that they give them a try. 10/10!

My jeep grand Cherokee AC system was squealing and sounded like Darth Vader on a ventilator and also was not producing any cold air. I took this to the jeep dealership a couple years ago who charged me three grand to replace the entire AC system. It worked for 30 days, which was the exact time of the warranty, and then quit again. Finally, I couldn t take it anymore and tried Brakes Plus. They diagnosed & fixed it for only $396. I realize now the Jeep dealership completely ripped me off but I am just glad that I found Brakes Plus who was honest and fair priced.

Devin at Brakes Plus has been one of the greatest individuals to work with when it comes to my vehicles! I have been coming to this specific Brakes Plus for years and now drive over 15 miles one way to continue. Every piece of advice I have received from them has been honest and insightful as it relates to my personal and financial situation. Just this week I took my vehicle in for fumes that were entering my cabin. The car is pretty old and Devin (and the team) were really upfront about the situation and next steps to fixing it (which was out of their scope). They went as far as to warn me that this type of situation typically turns vehicles into a money pit with more things breaking soon after. The team could have easily sold me on the work but they were honest and gave me the information I needed to make the decision myself. This is why I keep going back!

A Plus! We have taken all of our cars and trucks in to this location for many different reasons. I love the staff, they have great customer service at the counter, and are thorough, and speedy! I was happy my maintenance agreement with the dealer ended so I could take my truck here! Thanks guys, you really go above and beyond

Incredible experience from Marcus to Nahum. I was going to try and find a personal mechanic, but Nahum was so convincingly kind with integrity; I am choosing to do all my care care through Brakes Plus. I barely ever leave reviews, but felt Nahum deserves extreme praise and that Brakes Plus is blessed to have him. Treat him well.

Stopped in to see if I could buy oil, they offered to top off my car for me free of charge and helped me understand what it is I actually needed done to my car. What a great experience and excellent service! Highly recommended

A week ago, I had to slam on my brakes hard on C470. I got stopped with a couple feet to spare, thankfully. When I started back up, car was running fine without noises and I got to my destination. Then after going over a speed bump in a parking lot, the car started making a horrible screeching noise. It was 5:15pm, but I called to see if Parker BP was open. They answered, I explained my problem and that I wasn't sure I'd make it home after my meeting. Could they help me? Nahum said to bring it over right away and they'd take a look. I did, and it sounded awful all the way (less than a mile). They took my car right in to evaluate what was going on. Turns out I'd used up the last of my front brakes and they were rubbing metal on metal. Nahum came to me and explained it all. Said they could replace brakes and rotors right then. I was shocked as the technician and he stayed after closing time to repair for me.Exceptional customer service to even look at the car, let alone fix it for me. I was extremely grateful!!!!

These guys are great. Stopped in for an oil change. They pointed out that I had a leak from a worn out gasket. They didn t pressure me into fixing it as it was way more than what I could afford. Very easy to work with. Devin you re wonderful. He helped us on our other car. Again, didn t try to oversell us on anything. Just wanted our car to function and be safe.

Great experience! I had just gotten 2k worth of work on my van before I left Arizona and the morning I go to leave to head back my van shut down at a red light. These guys took it in and took care of me and had my van/home back to me next day! It was a coolant leak and seems to me the shop I had just had look at it should have caught it. Thanks again !!

I had issues with my breaks and went to several and I mean several places to get info on what it was and not one person at these places would help me . I literally sat 3/4 hours at these places waiting for answer just so they can tell me they didn t have the tool or their tech guy decided he didn t have time for my car. So I called another shop and once again explained my issue and what the new issue was as well which getting run around from everyone. He didn t have a tech at his store but referred me to the brakes plus off Lincoln . He gave me mangers name Devin. So I called him and explained what was going on and again how I have been treated by these places . Over 2 weeks time . So he told me to drop it off in morning and he would do his best to help me out. So I dropped it off and a little later he called me explained a few things and we gave him more information and he went back to work on my issue with my car and called me back hours later. Mind you I made sure I had a ride to work or home to and from his store as well. But he was able to give me a lot of information on what he saw and I almost cried because I literally felt like I was going crazy . He did not charge me the fee they normally charge for this inspection and gave me peace of mind. He not only did all this for me but he genuinely was concerned and felt for me and went out of his way to help me out. I could hear it in his voice which meant so much to me. Being a woman taking my car to mechanics is also a nightmare for me . But Devin GAVE ME MY POWER BACK. I do t think he has any idea ! I am Gerri g emotional just like I was that day just writing this remembering all he did for me . He heard me and went out of his way to help me with my car issue. I don t know about you but I get really anxious when something is wrong with my car . I work out in the field not an office so my car is soooo essential to me !! But I would recommend the brakes plus off of keystone Bob in parker Colorado. Basically Jordan and Lincoln rd. Devin is the manager and not only his knowledge and his people but he went above and beyond so his people skills and managerial mannerism is impeccable . To me he has a very kind HEART . Again this may sound like I am crazy but all you women out there that don t have a man to make sure your car is getting proper care and you are not being taken well this is the place to go !!!! I know my car but they don t think we do !!!

I have a story .. I live in Denver and I took my Jeep to Brakes Plus in Denver on Quebec. They quoted me for front and rear brake pads and rotors. I could only do the front at that time. A couple weeks later I went to the Brakes Plus on Keystone Blvd in Parker (I was in the area for work and had time to spare) to complete the rear, JOHN was a great technician and did an amazing job!! Fast forward 3 weeks and after spending $1200+ for front and rear, the front brakes are grinding, squeaking and shaking during my stop. This absolutely should not be happening. I returned to the Brakes Plus on Quebec- they stated that my rotors were warped and I would need to pay an additional $200 to upgrade the rotors on the front but the rear were fine which did not make any sense to me. I drove 40 minutes back to the Brakes Plus in Parker on Keystone for a second opinion and during their inspection they found that even though I had paid for premium everything, Quebec had installed economy, hence the damage leading to them being warped. JESSICA was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in, and explained everything in great detail and worked with the manager DEVIN to repair Quebec s mistake and replace the damaged rotors on the warranty free of charge!! Normally with so many Brakes Plus locations it s easy to pick one close to you, but I would drive an hour to this location in Parker on Keystone Blvd if it means the work will get done correctly the first time!! Quality is Everything when it comes to taking care of what you work hard for! I cannot thank this team enough.Service: Brakes

We've had both of our vehicles in for oil changes, alignment, breaks and the works really. The staff has always been amazing. Super helpful. This isn't just Breaks Plus, This is our neighborhood "does it all" "go to" JEEP & TRUCK place. Thanks for making things simple for me.

Had my skid plate get peeled back and started dragging from all the snow we got. Stopped by Brakes Plus in Parker. I was greeted by Nahum and he asked how he could help me. I explained my situation and without hesitation Nahum had my car in the service bay and before I knew it he had gotten it off and I was back on the road. Didn t charge me anything! You can bet your skid plate Brakes Plus will get my business in the future. Thanks again Nahum!

Fantastic first impression. Location answered my phone call, set up an appointment for me, and honored the agreement. Questions asked and answered. Repairs are working and done for a fair price. I will use this shop again in the future.

I knew I needed new brakes. So I popped in to Brakes Plus and was instantly put to ease by Devin. He said they would get the vehicle in and take a look before selling me new brakes. I worked on my computer at the coloring table and soon Devin appeared with info. Come to find out I only needed rear brakes & rotors, but they had also found a water pump leak & a bad belt which could lead to big engine probs. I was not pressured in any way to go ahead to get those done and was glad my vehicle was inspected properly. I had everything inspected & repaired in less than 3 hours. They even got my vehicle done an hour earlier than planned. Devin was very nice, honest with me & I will be back for any car maintenance.

I took my truck in to have my oil change and other things and Devin was awesome. He listen to what I wanted and made it happen. He was very informative of what was going on with my truck and what was the next step. The atmosphere was very friendly and I will definitely be back.

Stopped at brakes plus in Stonegate today to ask how I replace a battery in my remote key fob. Devin was extremely helpful polite replaced it for me and taught me how to do it. when I asked how much it cost because he replaced the battery. he smiled, and said no cost. happy to do it. Certainly went beyond the scope of what Brakes plus provides. Really appreciate what Devin did today and will certainly pay it back by having my next oil change at brakes plus in Stonegate.
