My first visit to Brakes Plus and I can say only great things. Scheduled my appt conveniently online to have alignment done after getting new tires. Staff is great. Peyton explained the alignment process and completed the work very efficiently and I was on the road in less than an hour. Nick the Manager was great & I will definitely take my vehicle to them in the future.

I had to get my 2017 Ford Explorer serviced. Mr.Mike had really good customer service, they inspected my brakes at no cost and they gave me really good replacement brakes and Mike was very efficient. I am very satisfied with the service thank you Mike!! And Thank you Break Plus!!!

I have been taking my wife car and my truck for years to get work on and they always have done a great job. My windshield wiper went out after the snow mass we had here, I made an appointment that day and they took me in, David the mechanic said it was only 2 screws that were loose and tighten back up, Aaron the service manger is great also and David too. I ask how much and they said no charge. Now that is GREAT Custer service

I had my brake pads replaced today. My customer service rep was Nick Aaron. He was very personable on the phone and very easy to talk to in person. Everyone was very friendly at this store.I had a previous estimate that was over $100 more.I highly recommend Brakes Plus.

Nick is the most helpful person at any brakes plus and the whole crew at the head location is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They don t make you feel like you should know what s wrong with your car already. The explanation is very easy to digest.

Brakes plus is always a positive experience, but the Parker and Hess location is by far my favorite! The staff is always welcoming, friendly and trustworthy. Jose on my last visit was fantastic! Not only did he ensure I got all of the work done professionally on my vehicle, but also gave me good information for the future!If you want good conversation and trustworthy work I will always recommend Brakes Plus Parker!

This place was incredible to work with! I brought my car in thinking it was leaking oil, in 5 minutes Michael and Jeremiah were looking at it and walking me through what they were seeing. They were able to get me in that day! Really good customer service, they made me feel comfortable and they finished in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend the Brakes plus in Parker, Co. My brake light was on and the system said I needed brake pads, so I brought it in. Aaron and Matt checked out my car and found that I didn t need new brake pads, that it was the sensor/electrical wire issue. They were honest and didn t take advantage of me. I will definitely be back!!

Took my car to get headlights replaced because Subaru makes it incredibly difficult to do on your own. Jose walked me through the process and did everything he could to make the experience a positive one. Jose and Jeremiah at Brakes Plus on Parker and Hess are awesome. I ve been coming here for 10 years and always have a great experience.

The guys here are the bomb. They penciled me in for an alignment pretty much right at close when they absolutely did not have to. Got it all in spec in a timely manner and had me out the door. Good attitudes and knowledgeable about the work they do. Plus they're all just laid back, chill guys. I'll recommend this shop to everyone. Thanks again fellas.

The general manager and gentleman at the front desk were both incredibly helpful explaining my options, costs, and issues. I believe they actually care about the service I received and making sure the car was taken care of, but not OVER taken care of, which is unusual these days in any industry. Glad to get serviced here.

Great Service at a great price! Had a quote for the same service down the street with an appointment for the next day, but Jose was able to get the work done that day for a much more reasonable price (66% of the other quoted service). I will definitely be going back to Brakes Plus on Hess road in Parker for future services!

I brought my Toyota 4Runner to the shop late in the afternoon hoping that they could take a look at the starting system and to my pleasant surprise the manager Jeremiah took it in right away. He was very helpful and informative about the diagnosis, and determined that the battery and starter were ok, it was just a loose cable. I was relieved it was not an expensive repair and he didn't even charge me! I have been taking my vehicles to the Parker shop for years now and have always been impressed with the excellent and honest service they provide. I highly recommend Brakes Plus in Parker!

Jose, Alex, and Jeremiah are absolutely amazing! Went in this morning for an oil change and was advised the front motor mount was cracked in multiple locations. They were able to get the mount and install it same day. They also took time to explain the part, the repair, and the process clearly. Definitely will be back!

Nick Aaron was great. They replaced my brakes and rotors at a reasonable price in about 4 hours. They also were able to assist me with some other diagnostics on my 2015 F150.

Jeremiah and Jose were super nice and they were able to get us into the shop the same day. We woke up and our brake light was on reading low fluid. Come to find out it was a leaky caliper, they did free inspection and got us the quote for all the work needed on the braking system for a great price! Customer service here was extremely good. At first we weren t sure if going here was good but Jeremiah and Jose were reassuring and were a big help. Will return for future maintenance/service!

I came in to get my lug nut bolts replaced, Aaron helped me source the new lug nuts nearby. Michael was great to work with in the shop and Alex did great work getting everything replaced in more than a reasonable amount of time. Overall an Excellent experience, workers were pleasant and knowledgable, I'll be back. I would recommend if you need work done

I was having trouble with my truck brakes and we called Brakes plus at 5:40 pm. They close at 6; we knew it was a long shot to have them look at it immediately. To our surprise, the manager Jeremiah said that he would pull it apart and inspect it himself! He stayed until 7:45 pm by himself and on top of that didn t charge me a dime for his hours of work! I will definitely be going back to them for any of my brake needs in the future! He was very thorough on explaining what he found and what his concerns were. What a fantastic manager and a fantastic experience as a customer!

Jose was very friendly and knowledgeable.I brought my car in for a 2nd look after another facility tried to upsell a front brake/rotor replacement. Although the prices were identical between the two facilities, I've found all service members extremely kind and HONEST here @ Parker Brakes Plus over the years.

I'm a do-it-yourself mechanic. I have taken strut assemblies to this Brakes Plus multiple times to have them compress the spring and change out the cartridge. They do a good job.

Came in for a brake check after an oil change by another company. Jose was very open and up front about their findings (especially in comparison to what I was told at the oil change), cost estimates, and recommendations for my vehicle. Overall, I had a very positive and am pleased with the quality and efficiency of work done.

Great customer service, I drive further to come to this location even though there is one 2 blocks from my house. Why? Because the team here goes the extra mile, is easy to talk to and really actually cares. Special shoutout to Michael at the front desk very personable and helpful, also Will, the technician who took care of me, was fantastic very thorough

Aaron has always been extremely professional when I have dropped my vehicles off for service. I only come to this location because of Aaron. He never pushes repairs on me and only points out what needs to be fixed. I can trust this shop because of the honest work that s been done. Thank you Aaron for alway being top notch!
