This shop is absolutely hands down the best in Parker, CO. I had recently traveled out of state to Colorado for my daughter's doctor appointment. That night after checking in our hotel my van lost all power to it, I was in a panic because I have no family or friends to help me so luckily I got in touch with bighorn and was able to tow my vehicle to the shop. Right away they started a diagnostic check and doing everything they can to figure what was wrong. My alternator had kicked the bucket so it needed replaced unfortunately I only had 700 to work with and the manager Shawn worked with me in getting it fixed. I could not be more grateful for these gentlemen helping my family especially making sure my 2 year old was safe to travel once the new part was in. Even the 2 young gentleman that did all the paperwork helped by keeping our spirits up and being welcoming. If I come back to parker I know I'm bring a huge thank you basket to the people that work here. Kudos to you guys, you don't know how much this kindness means to me!

Best auto shop I ve ever been to! The staff has always taken exquisite care of my car and taken the time to explain things to me. They ve gotten me in during the holidays, and always find a way to accommodate my needs, however inconvenient. Not only is this team extremely dedicated and skilled at their work, they do it with amazing customer service interactions. Was dropping my daughter off at school and my key fob died and my car would not start. I called Bighorn and they talked me through how to get the car to start and When I got the their shop, they already had a new battery on the way. I was in and out in 20 min. These guys are the best.

The first time I have walked out of a shop after getting work done with confidence the job was done right!After calling in and speaking on the phone with Jett, I was sure this was the place to take my car. The gentleman at the front were very welcoming and patient with me. What an AMAZING crew they ve got here!!Absolutely recommend!!

Nowadays it can be really tricky to find a trust worthy mechanic, especially when you re a young female who barely knows the gas from the brake. I had taken my car in to the dealership I bought it from a few months back because of an oil leak. They overcharged me and didn t fix the leak and in addition my coolant hose was now leaking. So I took it back expecting them to make it right. I still left with a leak and them trying to charge me for a service that was not complete. I was referred to Bighorn & they gave me the rundown on the spot of the best strategy to target where the leak was coming from. They kept me updated through the whole process. I paid half the price and my car was actually fixed. She s been driving great ever since. They lead with honesty, integrity, and are incredibly fair! I HIGHLY recommend Bighorn Automotive.

Bighorn is an amazing place that will take care of ALL of your vehicle's needs. I have used them for both of vehicles and have done work from broken axles and differential, to a complete engine swap. They WILL take care of you. Sean and Frank are also great people. Frank, the owner, has gone far above and beyond to take care of me and I will always trust them. Frank also is a huge supporter of Veterans and veteran organizations, and I will proudly support those that support us. Thank you BigHorn for everything.

It's such a relief to find a mechanic that is honest, reliable, and actually fixes the issue. Was missing them so much when we moved away. It's a 45 minute to hour drive from us now, but so worth the miles. Fixed up my Mazda just yesterday. Running like a champ after sitting in garage for 4 years.Update 7/26/23: I took my Grand Caravan in to have the transmission rebuilt back in April. My poor baby hadn't been running for almost a year, and after 3 cross-country trips, I knew he was tired. I'm am ecstatic to report that he's running like champ after the amazing mechanics at Bighorn brought him back to life! I even got a message from Sean checking up on him. Some people find it weird that I humanize my vehicles by giving them pronouns. That's why I love Bighorn. They understand that your vehicles are like family. Same way you take your pets to the vet and your kids to the Pediatrician, take your family vehicle to the car doctors at Bighorn.

I recently had an oil change at a dealership that told me I needed multiple things fixed/replaced. Quoting me a high number and concerned about how truthful/needed these repairs were I was recommended to take my car to Bighorn Automotive for a second opinion. Sean was very helpful in getting me a appointment for them to look at my Mazda. After dropping off my car in the morning later that day, they gave me a call to say they found no issues after their inspection, and I was good to go. I am very grateful to them, saving me from spending over a thousand dollars on unnecessary repairs. Will definitely be coming here for any further car needs, could not recommend them more.

Another shop, w/o the ability to repair excessive play in both front wheels, recommended BIGhorn which said vehicle was unsafe unless $3,500 worth of work was performed. Took vehicle to RockSolid4x4 which did a driver and passenger front bearing service and hub seals replacement for less than $400. Therefore BIGhorn tried to overcharge $3,100+. At the very least get a second opinion!!!

This is the only place I will take my vehicles. They are great mechanics but they are even better people. The only place I ve ever gone where the labor typically ends up being less than quoted. They did a job for $2k on my truck that Ford quoted $10k. I called them with an emergency the day of a road trip my AC died. They got me in, repaired it - 3 hours because I needed the help. I had a check engine light come on when driving through Parker and luckily it happened next to Big Horn. Shawn was able to take a look immediately and helped me get back on the road. Wish I lived closer as I would definitely use them again!

Service above and beyond. Today is the eve of our son's wedding at a remote mountain destination and this afternoon, out of nowhere, our alternator went out on our 4x4. Our other vehicles would not make the trip and we were beside ourselves. It only took one call to Bighorn Automotive, we explained our dilemma and within just a few hours I am happy to say we have a new alternator and we are going to make it to the wedding! Bighorn is amazing. The team here are up front, knowledgeable, honest, and willing to do whatever it takes to make it right. Went in for alignment and some extended brake lines. Quoted a fair price and they were available to meet my schedule. During the work, a brake line showed a leak, and Bill called to let me know he had a part coming, but it would be a couple days... then he blew my mind with an alternative. Knowing I was heading out on a big trip the next day, one of the shop guys with the same model truck offered to take the part off of his truck, to get me back on the road, and he would wait for the part!!! Seriously, this is what you call customer service. The whole team, from top to bottom at Bighorn, is about the customer and making it right and this is evidence to that. You guys are awesome, and you ve got my business and I ll tell everyone I know that you guys are the best. Thanks for making my trip possible, whatever it took.

I had a wonderful experience with Bighorn Auto! After I got a nail stuck in my back tire, I was worried I would have to spend a whole day committed to getting it repaired. Thanks to Bill and Sean at Bighorn, I was able to get an appointment with 5 minutes notice and get it fixed within 45 minutes of calling them! They were very friendly and informative and I look forward to getting my next oil change with them in the near future!Service: Tires

They did a great job on my 07 TSX. They fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. I am able to trust them from my experiences which, is hard to find, especially in car repair shops.The thing that impressed me was, previously, I had an issue with my front bumper/quarter panel. I actually had a body shop fix it from popping out. Well, it was still "popping" out and I guess it must have done it when I had my TSX in with Bighorn...well, I don't know what they did, but, they popped it back in AND it hasn't budged since.It was SO nice of them and they didn't say a word about it nor did I when I brought it in...(it must have bugged someone there as much as it was bugging me)...We use them for all of our cars. In fact we've had our Jeep Rubicon in as well and we're thrilled with their service.

Bighorn Automotive is by far the best automotive repair shop I have ever been to. They took such great care of me and my truck. I am never comfortable leaving my truck with anyone for a long period of time or even overnight for that matter, they kept my truck safe and took extremely good care of it.They made sure to give me constant updates on my vehicle and the status of its repair, they even handled everything with my insurance company to make the process as easy and painless as possible for me. They called after the repair was finished and I had had my truck for a while to ensure that everything was in working order and that there were no other issues. I've never had a call back from my repair shop asking me how everything was I was truly Blown Away. Several weeks later they even sent me a thank you card thanking me for bringing my truck to their shop for repairs including a $10 gift card for my next repair. I am truly shocked at how amazing their customer service is and how well the repair technicians are trained. I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else. Bighorn is a lifesaver as far as I'm concerned.Their customer service is something every company needs to mimic!

All the people that work here that I have spoken to are awesome. They are professional and friendly. All I've had done to my car here is an oil change and got new tires installed. They were both done at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this automotive shop to anyone in the area. I will continue to get my car serviced here. Thank you to everyone at Big Horn Automotive for all your help.Edit: have been coming here for a few years now. It's always too quality and get my car in and out fast. Highly recommend. Best place in town for sure

I'm a happy camper with Big Horn Automotive. I had a subtle vibration after buying new tires that wasn't resolved after two trips back to the tire shop. Big Horn gave my car a thorough check-over and treated us right, charging a very reasonable fee for all their extra efforts. They found and fixed a wheel balance issue, and checked for anything else that might be going wrong, giving me a lot of peace of mind. This is a very good, customer-centric shop that my wife and I appreciate a lot. Everyone there was awesome.

These guys are awesome! If you need quality affordable work done this is the place to go. I ve had my Jeep worked on a few times by these guys and they are definitely willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I definitely trust this place to do work for me any day and I have a very hard time trusting anyone with my Jeep.

I needed a mechanic to look at a used car I was interested in purchasing in the area. My mechanic is more than an hour away. I called out of the blue and Rob was incredibly nice to me and said he could look at it same day. He found a major issue with it immediately and stopped there and called me before he did the remaining inspection. There was NO CHARGE to me for his time and I am not even a customer and he knows I don't live in the area, so won't likely be. Loved the quick and responsive and polite service!

I had a great experience having my truck worked on by Bighorn. I will definitely be coming back for any of my future repairs. Glad to have a shop in town I can go to for repairs and feel confident in the price and work that was done.

Nobody could align my vehicle properly- a lifted Isuzu Trooper, but Bighorn was able to get it basically spot on here after close to two hours of work. They also tightened my steering gear up and after their work my vehicle drives much better, everything from parking lots to the highway. Excellent customer service and I will definitely be returning here for any future work I may need.I did have an issue with one of the repairs but they were quick to help me out and resolve it- thanks!

I was tired of mechanics lying to me and not fixing what I needed on my car. I decided to try Bighorn Automotive and they were phenomenal. The Staff starting with Ron and Rob very honest and making sure I knew what my car issue was. The mechanic who worked on my car very well trained and knowledgeable. Going forward this is the place I will bring my car to.Keep up the good work guys!!

Sean and the crew at Bighorn are awesome! Shop was the cleanest automotive shop we have ever been in. Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional staff went above and beyond to give us great service. I have been taking my car to Bighorn for the past few years and they have been consistently excellent at taking care of anything that my car has needed. This shop truly cares about the customers and the cars that are brought in. The technicians are skilled, and the prices are reasonable. I m not the most car savvy person, but I know that when I go to big horn, I will get the best price and services that they can offer. I appreciate them immensely and would recommend them to anyone looking for a car repair or maintenance shop!
