I wanted to give Travis a High Five and Thank you for helping with something simple. Adding Anti Freeze to my car, but he was kind, professional in helping me out. I didn't ask him, he offered. Great customer service. The guys behind the counter friendly, more good customer service!!.

Just had a great experience here tonight! I wish I had thought to ask for our associate's name but I forgot. He took extra time to help us sort out an issue with our battery which wound up being an easy fix, didn't need a new battery yet. Will definitely be back here when we need one!

Bait and switch!They say 31$ oil change, but the fine print says they only cover 7 dollars on the filter, knowing they don't have a filter for that cheap.The first one he grabbed had my total at 53$, I asked him why and he said the filter wasn't part of the deal, so I said I want the one with the deal, then he brought it back saying it's the cheapest one with the deal, my total was 42$ not the 31$ that the deal was posted in the store.

Unbelievable. 1st guy had no idea what an oil drain plug gasket was. He said he never heard of one. 2nd guy did not know what a trim tool was. Instead of looking on the computer to see what it was and if they had one, he simply Googled it on his phone to see what it looks like, then went to the shelf to see if he saw anything that looked like the picture. Where do you find these people?

This review is due to bad customer service I was told by Drew that he can't lookup a part number from a specific recent purchase, I know this is possible by phone number. Dishonest.

This would be one star if not for Ian.The guy at the counter was rude and told me they didn t have enough staff to replace my battery because someone called out Seemed a little bitter that someone called out. When I talked to Ian, he told me there s currently 3 adults in the store 2 of which are managers.So, why can t you replace a battery? Because you don t want to.Unbelievable. I ll never be back.

I buy in 2019 a new battery with five years warranty I just went and to replace my battery and they don t wanna replace it they wanna give it to me $40 credit saying, the AutoZone changed the policy and I asked to show me and Taylor is the manager don t know how to find the new policy and I asked for his ID number and he refused to give it to me and he s really rude and not help at all , I request his full name and corp number he refused to provide

Lovely employees that helped get the battery I needed and install it for me. They know what they're doing and don't make you feel dumb if asking questions. Bunch of good guys for any help you need.And at least 1 of the employees speaks Spanish! So awesome if you normally have that language barrier at an auto store!

Bought 4 calipers and had my wife return 4 cores. They gave her credit for 1 and she was too trusting to check the receipt. Called and they told me to go to a random Autozone and beg for my money back even though I have the receipts and the receipt showing only 1 core returned to this particular store.After reaching out to the customer reviews email below, the store manager contacted me this morning and immediately processed my core returns. Thank you sir.

I wish I didn't have to write this review. I went in for a bulb for my vehicle, and no-one was in the store working..... there were boys outside just having a field day and smoking it up. This is the worst service. I waited, and finally saw one young boy stocking shelves, working by himself, and the other boys not giving a mess about the store, how is this allowed. The one lad came back in, Quin, or something like that, acting like nothing. Like I haven't been waiting, like they didn't notice. It is disrespectful and is this the only kind of crews now that are hired. One kid actually working, while the others play and do NOTHING. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back to this location anytime soon.

worst autozone i ve ever been to. The staff is no help at all and treats women like they are stupid. i bought $400 worth of parts and they gave me ALL the wrong parts. Didn t offer to help check if they were the right sizes and didn t offer to help carry 4 rotors out to my car meanwhile a customer behind me asked if i needed help while the worker just stood there and looked at us. Never will i return to this location ever again. i give this store 0 stars. A complete waste of my time.

Tyler, the store manager, went way beyond the call of duty to take care of us. I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation! Customer service means something to this business!

I came in with an issue and needed the engine scanned. No hassle, no fuss, no fee and I left in minutes with a print out of the scan results. I appreciate so much the kindness of the service rep who helped me with this at no charge knowing I would need to have the work done elsewhere. My local dealership wanted $165 for this scan.

I have been to this particular store on a few occasions and have had the pleasure to be helped by Christopher G. This young man exemplifies what an auto part customer service rep should be. I can say this, not just because of the help and friendly service he has given me but the help and great customer service I have seen him give others. Keep up the good work Christopher. Please recognize the hard work upper management

Bad customer service, the one guy was on his phone until he decided to listen to me about my battery check request, bother by me then he told me I cant help you right now, and I had to asked why, apparently he can not leave the store which i understand. It just the attitude that sucks.AutoZone used to have better customer service,seriously I don t know what happened !9/19 at 1:10pm

I can not express enough gratitude on how nice Nate and Ethan were to me and how exceptional their level of professionalism was.I was having problems with a battery I purchased from them and when I called to ask what my option was to upgrade Nate kindly offered to refund my current battery and give me credit towards the upgrade.When I went in for the credit there was a system issue and Ethan helped to resolve the matter within minutes.I did not have access to tools so Nate even kindly help install the battery for me in the freezing cold weather.I can't thank this team enough. Definitely my go to auto store from now!

Whenever my little car needs something, my first stop is AutoZone. This time I got new windshield wipers, and the kind gentleman even installed them for me. Reasonably priced parts for any make/model, as well as anything car-related, like snow scrapers and brushes, tools, and fluids. Hint: the AutoZone branded merchandise is every bit as you would expect, especially their batteries.

I went here to buy power steering fluid and happened to ask the store manager where I could get my car door fixed. He took a look at it and discovered a problem with it, that I would never have come to on my own and fixed it! He was beyond knowledgeable and helpful. He took time out of his schedule to help me out, without compensation. I am thoroughly grateful and will continue coming back to this store.

Joe at AutoZone was super helpful tonight. It was snowing, I m out of town, and my wife s car was low on coolant. She stopped in and Joe went above and beyond to help her refill the coolant tank. Thank you Joe and AutoZone!

I just need to give a shout out to my guy Chris G. He provided outstanding costumer service and helped me replace my battery which was going out. He was fast friendly and answered all my questions without hesitation and even informed me on some other things I could be doing to extend the life of my new battery! Thank you!

After 20 years in the automotive industry as a woman I do not expect be treated like I am stupid. I also don't expect to go into a place that has a bunch of teenyboppers behind the counter that literally were disturbed by me entering the store. They actually had to get off of sitting on the counter. In all of my experience, I've received nothing but poor customer service from this place. I will not be returning.

Ethan helped me tonight install a new battery in my 2002 Chevy Suburban. He was extremely helpful, and he was able to do so successfully despite a large amount of rust and less than ideal situations. Give him a raise!! He's fantastic.
