10/10 recommend, all the staff was helpful & considerate! I had the opportunity to work with Trey, not once did he make me feel pressured into purchasing my Honda Civic without talking over the specifics, budgeting and considerations before purchasing. He was friendly, patient & FUNNY! Ali helped get me into the car I wanted even though I was concerned I wasn t going to get approved with my credit score - he did his best to get me at the lowest monthly payments & made the signing process quick. Delma also had great customer service & was easy to talk with. Overall I d recommend the customer service and cars here! I love the car I purchased, it came equipped with more than I thought and came at a great price too! THANK YOU AUTO MART USA!

Went in to just get info about trading in our 2016 Ram. Walked out with a upgraded 2020 Bighorn Ram. Trey Holman and the team did awesome getting us an affordable deal. We went in for info and left with a new vehicle same day within a few hours. They were very professional and courteous. I would Highly recommend anyone needing a vehicle to give them a visit. My sister also got her vehicle from them as well which is why we gave them a visit.

Just got my car there. It was great experience! So nice people! Helped me with everything! Car is in a perfect condition! Bought another car in different dealership, can t even compare! This one is so much better! Thank all of you guys! Would recommend you to everyone!

Car I looked at had some details, and mechanical issues. When I I asked to get price reduce because of the issues they denied, instead offer to fix the issue ONCE I purchased the car. To where it didn t sit right to me. I feel like they always pushing for sales even though at the end of the day I did not get the car. The experience was low to mid there. Staff was kind and very respectful through the process though, but at last is what the customer wants, that s what I believe.

Delma and her manager Paul were so helpful. I inquired for more info on their website and they got back to me within 10 minutes. They called and got me to come in that very same day! They were aware it was my first time buying a car that I would make payments on so they were very helpful with slowly and patiently guiding me through the process! Will definitely be coming back here in a month or so if they have the car I really want to buy. 10/10 service. 10/10 quality. 10/10 recommend!!

Trey is a genuine customer service oriented salesman- a breath of fresh air for the used car buying process. Everyone is kind and helpful. The financial portion of the sale was a breeze. Justin is patient and light hearted. Having a financial manager like him brings the fun back into buying a car! I recommend these guys to everyone!

Let me first start off by saying... it was snowing when I showed up to Auto Mart Parker, but here came Trey strutting his stuff out to the car lot in the snow to meet me. What a pleasant guy he is! He is very knowledgeable, kind, patient and spoke with professionalism.I had already done four days of research online before showing up to Auto Mart and I called prior just to make sure the truck I wanted was still there. I also got preapproved online to make sure I would qualified for the loan (knowing which truck I already wanted). I think doing your research, getting preapproved and knowing the expectations BEFORE you go look for a vehicle helps. Sometimes there is animosity toward salespeople when situations are out of their control (i.e. financing or vehicles not available). I already had a dollar amount in mind for the down payment, which I believe is important as well.I took a test drive and was ready to purchase, the purchase process was easy and didn't take all day. It was simple, easy and painless. I appreciated all the information and knowledge UPFRONT. If I didn't like what was presented to me, I could have walked out at any time.There was no promise of a full tank of gas for this review or anything else for that matter. It is my honest opinion and appreciation of their professionalism.Thank you Trey, the sales manager and the finance manager for taking care of me on 4/20/2024 (sorry can't remember your names - I'm old)! Although this will be my last vehicle purchase in my lifetime, I would do business with all three of you in a heartbeat!

Poor ethical standardI purchased my vehicle from them with a promise that they would fix a torn boot on the drive shaft. They never did, and the dealership is too far away for me to go bang on doors to get it fixed. The only reason they have a 4.7 star rating on Google is because they pressure you into a 5 star rating to fill up your gas tank. I did a 5 star rating and only got half a tank because I was "getting too good of a deal". They do not make you feel appreciated the minute the sale is final. My salesman was Ellis, but the whole dealership is at fault. I read many reviews about not following through on maintenance promises and brought that up with them before purchasing and got my maintenance promise in writing, but they still didn't come through. I'd rather fix the car myself and leave an honest review now.Don't trust them.

We purchased a kia stinger for our son at this location. One of the tires has a large bubble on the tire wall, which they agreed to replace. They stated the tire would take 3 weeks to come in. Like any parent we did not feel comfortable letting our son drive around with a faulty tire. We took the vehicle to a tire shop to have the tired replaced. The tire shop found that we were given a vehicle with 3 rims that were one size, and 1 rim that was a different size, as well as 4 different tires. We contacted Auto mart and they asked for proof, which we immediately sent over. They acknowledged that the rims were different and needed to be replaced but then stopped responding. We called for days with no response. They never even sent over the tire they were supposed to replace, nor offered any solutions. We had to replace all four rims and tires less than 24 hours after purchasing this car. Unfortunately it felt like auto mart did not care about or safety, nor doing business in good faith. There are so many places to buy vehicles that will act with honesty and integrity, this place is not one of them.If you are shopping for a car for a loved one here, you are compromising their safety. Auto mart will do patch jobs to get the deal sealed even if it means risking the safety of their customers.

Great experience. Aslan was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were wanting to see, and the vehicle was in front of the dealership ready for a test drive when we arrived for our appointment. We had plenty of questions and they went out of their way to not only answer the questions but provide supporting documentation. I would definitely recommend Auto Mart USA.

This is far the best family owned dealership in Colorado. Jordan was fairly new to their family however he made my car buying experience enjoyable. He is very personal, friendly and asks questions about you to ensure you have the best car buying experience. Mr. Taylor the finance guru ensured I got the best rate possible and was very open to any question I proposed in terms of finances - let s say I left the dealership and came back 20 minutes later to purchase the vehicle with the incentives they offered. They make you feel like family. Happy with my 20 Veloster N! Thank you all!

Awesome dealership. Request Ellis as your salesman.****Update- 21JUN23 6 weeks post purchasing a 2019 Chevrolet 18k miles, I've brought it up from Colorado springs on 2 separate occasions complaining about suspension/handling both times was dismissed as nothing wrong and today the front axle broke. Thank God I was by myself and not with my family driving down a highway.

Recently purcahsed a vehicle here and the whole experience was amazing! Trey was my salesman and he was super friendly and helpful. I also worked with Justin, the finance manager and he was awesome! He made the whole process super easy and answered any questions I had. I was able to test drive any vehicle I wanted with no issues until I made my final decision. I am in the market to trade in my other vehicle for something new as well and will definitely be coming here! Thank you guys for the best car buying experience! 10/10!

I appreciate a dealer that can take care of their customers! This is a family owned business and it shows, they do the most to make sure customers get a vehicle that fits their needs. I noticed fake reviews, and I can say that having the time to try and hurt a business, says more about you than it does about this place. I have seen nothing but great experiences and happy families at Auto Mart.

Upon purchasing a car from them, I found myself stranded on the side of the road for three hours due to an overheating engine. This is just the beginning I then later discovered that the vehicle had NEAR $10,000 worth of undisclosed damage. This information was conveniently omitted during the sales process.To make matters worse, I was persuaded to purchase a warranty that was falsely advertised as comprehensive bumper-to-bumper coverage. However, it turned out to be a limited warranty that only covered engine and transmission issues, leaving me vulnerable to potential expenses for other critical components.When I approached the dealership to discuss the issues with the vehicle, I was met with belittlement. Not only was I belittled but I was also told that I should have done more research before purchasing a vehicle, further deflecting responsibility and disregarding their own misrepresentation of the car's condition and warranty coverage. They dismissed my concerns by accusing me of acting emotionally and having buyer s remorse, undermining the validity of my complaints and disregarding the actual problems with the car.The lack of transparency and misrepresentation of both the car's condition and the warranty terms highlight the unethical practices of Auto Mart and the sales representative Trey. I strongly advise potential customers to thoroughly inspect both the vehicles and the warranty terms before making any purchases at any dealership. As for this dealership I would STRONGLY advise against choosing Auto Mart located at Parker and would not recommend their services to even my worst enemy!!Thanks again -

Came to sell our car here, received one offer a week later went to their second location and they made us roll through the whole process again (sat waiting for half an hour for them to huddle secretly in the back with my wife and 2 kids just waiting up front)Finally I went back there and they said they need a full inspection . Okay fine, none of this was mentioned ahead of time, we called ahead and they said yep just come on in we ll take care of ya haha would ve been nice to know up front, kinda shady to slide that in there last minute, but sure I get itNext day said they couldn t take it because it needed too much work literally everything they listed out was a huuuuge stretch, I ve bought and sold over a dozen cars and it s evident they were just trying to cover up for the fact they didn t wanna pay the initial quote, so we walked over to CarMax Nextdoor and they handed us a check in 30 minutes for $$$ more!Wouldn t do business with these guys, Ali is awesome but they gave us one offer at one location, then I could tell the managers at their second location were not happy with the number so they jerked us around. Like I said I d go to CarMax right next door!
