Audi Denver has a great service to all individuals who may need help with their car problems. Audi Denver and I believe the Parker location in particular is a great place as they work in a timely manner and take care of you professionally, but there is one person specifically I think is a great advisor. Kendell, is great representative and a man who knows what he s talking about when it comes to cars. He has helped me with maintenance and services as well. I would highly recommend speaking with him always when it comes to dealing with your Audi. Very intelligent person and he gets the job done 100%. I was very satisfied with the help I received from him. 10/10.

Let me say Thank You to Audi Parker you have made my car happy. Being a woman it s hard to trust businesses these days. Thanks to Kendell he made me very comfortable, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable his energy was a blessing. The environment was breath of fresh air. My wife and I just bought a new car at Audi Parker. We worked Kevin Dominguez. He was extremely knowledgeable and well versed in the Audi brand. This was a no pressure experience and communication was great throughout the sales process.We are extremely happy to have dealt with such a reputable and solid dealership.We highly recommend them.

I d been on the hunt for a mom car , and had been eyeing an SQ5 for a while. I was extremely impressed with the service provided at Audi Parker! Kendell was very knowledgeable and transparent. He asked all the right questions to ensure I was given the services I needed. Highly recommend!

Took my car to get check out they didn t check anything that I asked for and charged me 250. I took my car in once before and had a great experience, but this time I got a service advisor named Kendall who is a horrible person, charged me 250 for a once free checkup and didn t even check what s wrong with my car. Give Blake a raise and fire Kendall

Kendell, formerly at Audi Denver and now working at the Parker location, has been a trusted service representative/advisor and a man of integrity for years. I went in to this particular audi location with a few questions the person who helped me was kendell. I am so impressed with the amount of answers and knowledge he had for me. Convenient location, friendly staff. I went in for a recall, this is my first time to a dealership in over 10 years. Not only did they take care of the recall but gave me a better price on the water pump replacement that was quoted to me at a local shop down the street. The tech did a video on my car and showed me a few other items that will need to be addressed in the future. He told me they can check them next time I come in for a service to see if we need to make any repairs at that point. I love the transparency and helping me to budget for a future repair.

I was totally surprised by Elijah. He really took care of me and he showed that he actually cared about my mishap caused by myself. I've never, ever experienced anything but greed from dealership repair operations. I'm totally impressed!

The only place I get my Audi serviced! It's always a chill wait. The staff there is beyond awesome, and they even have a small cafe!

This was my first visit to this location and I would not recommend and will not return. I was quoted one price for the service when I scheduled my appointment. When I arrived, was quoted a price that was more than double. They attempted to have me sign an estimate that included 2 sets of front brakes and tried to charge just under $2000 for unnecessary repairs.

Be careful with this service center. I took my Q7 in for an oil consumption evaluation because it was burning oil. $3000 later, my car was consuming MORE oil. I called to book another service and a loaner. When I showed up for the service, they did not have a loaner nd said I had not booked it. I am a professional in a detail oriented job and personally spoke to the service agent to book the loaner. I had to book another day and wasted time trying to drop off my car. I am stuck taking it there because I am $3000 in the hole. I am shocked at their lack of accountability.

This is now my second time at Audi of Parker. Great service and communication from both the Service advisors and techs. Came in for fill up on DEF and Key Fob replacement and ended up with nice car wash as well. They were quick and to the point. I can see this location quickly becoming one of the most popular in the near future as they gain more traction. Blake is my Service Advisor, I highly recommend him to anyone. Dealer is located in a beautiful spot in Parker as well. Blake has given me printouts for my next Servicing Intervals as well, so that I know exactly when, and the prices those services ..i.can tell you now they are definitely fairly prices.Audi of Parker is definitely my dealer experience that will make me keep coming back. Great group of guys and top notch service

Get over from steamboat quite often, just been here to pick up parts, thought since I was over for Thanksgiving, would drop car off for some recalls, service department was awesome! Any work needed in future, will try to get it done down here!!

Absolute convenience. Once this facility opened I was elated. I've been a customer at Audi Denver but Audi Parker is much closer. I just had a service on my 2019 Q8 and I was provided a rental and outstanding customer service.
