My 1969 Mustang Mach 1 needed some major engine work. They installed new hydraulic lifters, new carburetor, spark plugs, battery, battery cables, and replaced all of the fluids. They were extremely helpful and kept me in the loop on all of the decisions and price additions as new parts and labor were needed while the project moved forward. Days after my vehicle had been serviced, Stacy called me to follow up on how the car was doing. That extra effort and care she took spoke volumes about what a great company Angel Touch is. I have even more things I'd like to have done to the vehicle to make it the best running car it can be and Angel Touch Auto is where I plan to bring it.

I regret to inform potential customers that my experience with Angel Touch Automotive was profoundly disappointing. Despite the promising name, the service provided was anything but heavenly. The workmanship was substandard, leaving me with more issues than I initially brought in. The lack of professionalism was evident in the way they handled my vehicle , with no attention to detail, leading to additional damage that was entirely avoidable. Furthermore, the business practices seemed unethical, with opaque pricing and questionable charges that appeared on my final bill. Communication was poor throughout the process, making an already frustrating situation even more stressful. Based on my experience and the similar grievances echoed by other customers that I had initially referred, I strongly advise against using Angel Touch Automotive for your auto repair needs. It's a decision I wish I had made earlier, and I hope others can learn from my unfortunate experience.

Paul had his people do a tune up on my old 2002 Ranger as it just turned 100,000 miles. I also had Angrl touch work on my 90 C4 to chase down a couple of bothersome problems. Paul is a great mechanic and most importantly he is an honest mechanic. His prices are reasonable and he sticks to his estimates and hasn't upcharged his work. I recommend Paul's Angel Touch without hesitation. His receptionist/scheduler Stacy is always friendly and welcoming also.

I had the opportunity to be introduced to Angel Touch Automotive 5 years ago when my Volvo needed servicing. At that time, no one in Parker could fix the problem, until I discovered Angel Touch.Since that time, I have taken all my vehicles to Angle Touch. All of the techs are highly trained. They work on all types and all model, foreign and domestic, old or new. The turnaround time is quick, the pricing is great, and the customer service is fantastic!But the reason that I m writing this recommendation is because of the exceptional service I received when I wrecked my 4Runner.My insurance company told me it would be 2 months before they could get my 4Runner into one of their repair centers. I check around for others repair places in Parker and no one could get it fixed for at least 1 � months.I drove over to Angel Touch and showed Paul the damage, showed him the insurance adjusters estimate, and told him about my predicament. Paul did a quick inspection of the damage, reviewed the estimate, and said that he could do all the bodywork required and get the vehicle back to me in two weeks.Surprise, surprise, I went with Angle Touch.I dropped the vehicle off and 12 days later, I got a call from Stacy letting me know my vehicle was ready. Paul is a man of his word. Not only did he complete all the repairs in the timeframe quoted, but he also came in less than what my insurance estimated it would cost.I highly recommend Angel Touch Automotive for all of your vehicle service and repair needs!

I brought my 1973 Mustang to Angel Touch Automotive to have it looked over and made safe since it was a survivor car found on the east coast. Paul looked it over and discovered that it needed a lot of work. He had me come down to the shop and went over everything with me, He was patient and answered my question.We went ahead with the work and I was told that it would be a 5-6 week job. True to his word, we got the car back in 6 weeks. It runs smoothly and drives straight (it needed an entire new front end).I am grateful to have found an honest mechanic who can work on classic cars. I know that classic car ownership is an adventure, but if you have a classic car, this is the place to get things done right!

The owners are a very nice married couple who were both very patient with me on different visits. I price-compared and found their prices to be more fair than other mechanics. Great service too! I found them through my car warranty, and I ll continue going to them when my warranty expires.

Communication lacks severely here. We had our vehicle towed here for a repair. When I was called with the estimate I was told just under $400 including 1 hour of diagnostic. I know estimates are just that so I figured it would be more. When I called to check on the status of our car I was told that it was ready and the total was $585. That's great but when I asked for a breakdown of the cost they decided to do 2 hours of diagnostics and then had to fill the car with gas. They charge $10 for gas which is understandable but none of these extra charges were communicated beforehand. I mentioned this to Paul and was told it's posted in their shop so he didnt know what to say. Knowing my car was towed in he could've communicated this to me, but didn't. My whole experience with them was 0 stars. Definitely won't use them again nor will I recommend them. Beware of this place and of Paul!!!

Angel Touch & Paul are awesome. We had to have major work done on our daughter s Passat. He did a great job & was very honest. They even made working with our warranty company Silver Rock a breeze. Another auto shop in Parker wanted to charge us $1,200 for repairs on my husband s Jeep. Paul looked at it & those repairs were not necessary . So thankful for a honest mechanic who does great work & does not try to rip you off! Highly recommend Angel Touch.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Transmission replacement

I HAVE A 67 GOAT AND IT WAS TOWED INTO PAUL. LIKE ANY GOOD CAR OWNER I FOLLOWED UP AND VISITED ANGLE TOUCH AUTOMOTIVE. SPOKE WITH PAUL AT FOR QUITE SOME TIME. WE TOGETHER PUT A PLAN TOGETHER TO PUT MY 67 BACK ON ON THE ROAD. PAUL WAS INCREDIBLE ! HE FOUND MANY THINGS WRONG AND HE GAVE ME A HEADS UP ON ALL WORK. I STOPPED IN OFTEN TO SEE HOW WAS WAS COMING ALONG AND GOT A CHANCE TO KNOW PAUL WAS A PERSON AND NOT JUST A SERVICE PROVIDER. HE IS HONEST AND STRAIGHT FORWARD ON LIFE ITSELF AND IS INCREDIBLE.I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND ANGLE TOUCH AUTOMOTIVE. I DO UNDERSTAND THE AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS AND KNOW SOME FOLKS JUST CAN'T BE PLEASED.JUST SWING IN AND SEE PAUL AND SPEND A FEW MINUTES WITH HIM AND HIS WIFE STACY AND YOU WILL BE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT HOW DOWN TO EARTH THEY BOTH ARE.CHEERS, AND THANK YOU PAUL & STACYDAVID

Paul has been great to work with. I'm very happy with the work done on my Classic Mustang. He communicates clearly what needs to be completed and provides progress updates. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Took my car there as they were part of my vehicles warranty last. Went for electrical problems as I was blowing lights left and right and Paul said he'd have a look... said nothing was wrong, replaced the bulbs, and had my pay $240 (could've done it myself way cheaper) I paid with a check that he took FOREVER to cash and went he did, it didn't go through as I was between jobs and knew the money would be there when I wrote it but no guarantee after that. Instead of calling me to let me know, he took me to court, saying I'm just out here writing bad checks left and right (I would never write a check without knowing I had money coming in) and now wants almost $2500, no way! And guess what, that car ended up with such severe electrical and transmission problems that I no longer have it.

We brought a major project to Paul, it was a 1991 Chevy Silverado that had been neglected and then stored for many years. We wanted to achieve a vehicle that would pass emission testing in the state of Colorado. Paul and his crew worked on the vehicle for several months but we were ok with this as we knew there would be many issues. For example when one issue was fixed it would result in a new issue which was unforeseen. Bought a new car through Carvana and took it to Auto Touch after I noticed an issue with my vehicle. Maddy was very friendly and helpful in setting the appointment, and the team not only took care of the issue my vehicle was experiencing, but they also ran a full diagnostic on the vehicle for any other potential issues and helped ensure that the Silver Rock warranty covered the costs for all the work done. They finished the work by the time they quoted me. Very helpful and professional team.

Normally, I don't like leaving a negative review on a business, but I had to make an exception in this case. I had a consultation for my van door cause it had come off it's track. I was told the part I needed was $1100, about 6 hours to fix, about $1900 total. I got the part from the dealership myself for $306 and put the door back on properly all alone, with a single allen wrench, in 30 minutes, in a parking lot. I don't mind paying a mechanic but there is a huge difference between $306 and $1100. And 30 minutes and 6 hours. Just saying be careful. Do research.

My 87 Corvette was taken in to Angel Touch Automotive for a failed Colo emissions test. Initial diagnosis was an O2 sensor which was removed and replaced. Additionally a Mass air flow sensor and idle air control motor were removed and replaced doubling my cost. After all these repairs the car failed emissions again. While attempting to get an emissions waiver, the car was checked by a Colo emissions technician to review all the repairs. Upon his review he immediately discovered a broken pct valve vacuum hose, which he replaced. He retested the emissions and the car passed. The emissions tech had the vehicle for less than 45 minutes, discovered the problem, made the repair and the vehicle passed. Angel touch had the vehicle over a week and charged me more than $1300.Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Paul was the best. My "new" used car was in an accident which should have just required a new rim, tires and alignment however, I went to Brakes Plus who discovered extensive rust damage so had to replace a dozen other parts because they broke other things while attempting to do a simple alignment. After paying hundreds of dollars to Brakes Plus and still having steering issues after the fact, I took my car to Paul. I was very untrusting and worried that the damage done along with the rust was so significant I was going to be out thousands of dollars or a car. Madi, his Office Manager, was so professional and communicative and Paul was Paul. A straight shooter, to the point, and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was great and I'm probably not going to let anyone else work on my car going forward.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto A/C replacement, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

I would give zero stars if it were an option. Spent over $800 to replace the 12v battery and key fob battery (5min of labor), and the car stopped running 2 miles from their location. Took the vehicle to dealership and was told this should have cost a fraction of that. The stated they test drove the car on the highway after the maintenance, which was a bold face lie. Excited to get the BBB involved!

Review for those of you who purchased a vehicle with Carvana and are using SilverRock for their extended warranty provider:This process truly could not have been easier. Finding a repair center in network was extremely easy through the SilverRock website. Towing vehicle to shop was 100% covered so no out of pocket. Tow truck was able to pick up my vehicle within 30 minutes of calling. Both Angel Touch and SilverRock did great jobs with communication and keeping me up to date. Had to install a new rack & pinion steering. I was only without my vehicle for about 4 days. Angel Touch was very transparent and were able to tell me the issue and set accurate expectations on how long repair would take. Parts and labor were both 100% covered(would have been almost $3000!!). So at this point at least, I have nothing but good things to say about Angel Touch with their swiftness and communication, and SilverRock for making their part of this as easy as possible. I still don't recommend buying from Carvana BUT the warranty company and recommended shop both get 5 stars!

Angel Touch Automotive is my go-to shop! This place is fantastic. Paul always has answers to all of my questions and explains the services we need clearly and honestly, prices are more than fair, and I always get my cars and our van back when promised!I have had a lot of bad experiences at other shops and after multiple fantastic experiences at Angel Touch they have earned my entire family's business. I will not take our vehicles anywhere else! It also feels great to have a small town mechanic with lots of experience that we can trust, we love supporting deserving "mom & pop" shops like Paul's.Thank you Paul for all of your wonderful help keeping my family safe on the road.I urge everyone to give this place a try.

The awesome guys @ Adv. Auto Parts called Paul (Owner) & asked if he could help me with my vehicle. My lucky day, he had a cancellation & could fix my car that afternoon. So grateful for him & hos wife, Michelle who drove me home & said it would be a few hours."Hands down the best experience I've had getting my vehicle fixed."They called me a few hours later & delivered my car to the house on their way home. They are truly Angel's. Highly recommend

Angel Touch is fantastic. My family and I have all been bringing our cars here for various things for a few years now. Usually the cheapest quote in or around Parker for anything you need done, and they give you the straight talk with no BS. "Here's what you need and why." That's it. No inflating or exaggerating what you need done or the severity of it, just straight up good service. I would trust any vehicle to Paul and the crew for any issue with 0 hesitation, and will continue to do so in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Oil change

Michelle and Paul are consummate professionals that love what they do, and care about their customers. They started their business relatively recently, and are now booming, which I honestly foresaw the day I met them. I work on my own car and know enough to identify easy vs harder repairs, the cost of parts and expert time, and can tell you without a doubt that their emphasis is on delivering quality results with the utmost integrity. Paul went to lengths most mechanics would never go through to get an involved suspension problem resolved. I knew it wasn't a straightforward fix when I brought the car in, and I could assure you most mechanics would've not nailed it, but Paul did, and used his expertise to save me money in the process. That last point is key, because many mechanics overcharge due to lack of expertise or experience leading to poor decisions. Not Paul.

Great service, and the owner really acts with the customer's benefit in mind. Everyone that I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a bumper repair, and worked directly with the owner. He took the time to hear my concerns, recommend and explain the proper fix. He even offered me a ride to my house on the outskirts of Parker. Thank you!

This shop had 7 weeks with my vehicle to fix the original issue. (Alternator and electrical) It turned into several other "issues" and went WAY over the discussed budget. The owner swears I approved the estimate that I literally NEVER saw and definitely could not afford. He had me panicked and in tears. The male friend I brought with me was able to negotiate the bill down for me to get my car back. (I KNEW that I would need a male with me) No less than 2 blocks later, after paying in full, the original issue proved to NOT be resolved at all. $3000 worth of work, only to drive away with the exact same problem. VEHEMENTLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I would be aware of this company . The owner Paul has been my moms go to for years. she recently had him do some major repairs on her car, to which he promised one thing then turned to other once the work was questioned. saying he didn't offer that, that wasn't part of the repair. i called to get clarification on a back ordered part, which i found in stock and he hung up on me. when i called back he acknowledged that he did hang up on me on purpose. I would not trust him with any vehicle. nor would i trust any thing he says to you that is not in writing. ALWAYS REQUEST QUOTES AND DOCUMENTS OF WORK TO BE COMPLETED. poor customer service by the owner Paul says alot about this company. Paul lied on many occasions to many different people of the same vehicle. he cant seem to keep things straight.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Transmission repair

Paul is amazing! He's the owner, and he took very good care of me, just bought a car covered under warranty and Paul got me in the very next day when other places wanted to see me from 4 days to 1 week... His hours are perfect I went before work and on top of that he fixed it fast! I recommend Angel touch, I really feel like I got an angels touch, and will be a lifelong customer! Thanks Paul!! update: I was having a very bad day, and Paul changed my oil on the house... Wow! May God bless him and his family for being such a great blessing to me that day!
