I ended up at All American based on a recommendation from a family member. I had been shopping around for a lift on my truck and although I was able to find places to do it a little cheaper (only about $200), I went with All American because they had the absolute best customer service! David helped me find the best options for exactly what I wanted and for what I ll be using the truck for. He researched different options and explained the pros and cons of each. He called when he said he would and gave me regular updates, from order to when the parts were delivered, and I even got pictures while the work was being done. In the end, I got a higher quality lift, shocks, wheels & tires than others had quoted me and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! I ve been driving the truck for a week now and I smile every time I see it. It handles great and I can tell the install was done properly. I have a whole list of other mods I want done and I will NOT be shopping around, All American will be my go to from now on!

I went to All American Four Wheel Drive to get a full long arm alignment on a kit that I just put on the jeep. I've always been hesitant and honestly don't like leaving my jeep at a shop, but everyone at the shop was incredibly professional, nice, and helpful and made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them. The manager John is amazing and is great at communicating with the customer. I would definitely recommend them and go back if I needed anything else done. Could not perform alignment correctly and would not return call to discuss.I brought my stock Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an AC leak they repaired previously. it was covered by their warranty so that was nice. While they had my Jeep, I thought I would get an alignment done since it had been a very long time. I asked for a 4-wheel alignment but was told I only needed a 2-wheel alignment on the front because the rear axle is solid. This is not true on my particular model, but insisted anyway even after asking again multiple times.When I received my jeep back, the steering wheel was no longer correctly positioned straight and this was extremely frustrating considering when I brought it in, it was perfect.I attempted to contact the shop multiple times to discuss but no one ever called me back; so I took (and will in the future) take my business elsewhere.For a shop that specializes in 4x4 repair, the inability to perform an alignment correctly, or be bothered to look up the specs of the vehicle for a 2 or 4-wheel alignment is disappointing.Services: Wheel alignment, Air conditioning

I was having problems with my 97 cherokee, I found these guys and their reviews looked good enough and they had free diagnostics which was a big plus for me as I'm not big on cash flow, while they were able to diagnose a few of my problems properly such as the leaks and the incorrect spark plugs that the previous owner had put in, they told me I would more than likely need a new engine. After getting two second opinions that was concluded to be false. They're extremely friendly but I believe they tried pulling a fast one on me die to my inexperience of mechanics as well as this being my first car. They quoted me 6200 with about 4000 of that being for my engine I believe. If they fit you thats great, but they will not be getting my business. Thanks for the diagnostics and the friendliness guys, that's more than I can say for some other shops

I ve used American 4x4 a few times and have been extremely happy with their service. First, they re fantastic at communicating via phone, text and reports. I love to be able to see photos and details before approving work. The estimates always come in as expected and I ve been happy with their pricing. all American diagnose my failed engine and did a complete overhaul and rebuild on my 2007 Grand Cherokee.They are very thorough and knowledgeable and the Jeep is running fantastic! Great communication throughout the entire process. No surprises at the end regarding parts or pricing. All American has been servicing all my 4x4 vehicles for years and I have never had any issues with the company. Any concerns I have had with their work, they have always corrected without any disputes or conflict. I highly recommend All American for you vehicles service and repair. This review was initially given only two stars. It has since (thankfully) been changed to four stars!I brought my Xterra in for a front alignment and for all four tires to be balanced. I made a two-week appointment for these services and planned to drop the car off on a Wednesday. My schedule shifted slightly during those two weeks, so I used their key drop-box and dropped my car off after they closed on Tuesday evening; no issues; the key drop-off was simple and secure.The days that followed were a disaster. Communication was poor to nonexistent, and I had no idea what was going on with my car. When I called on Thursday to inquire about the status of my car, Anthony informed me that my services had been slightly delayed due to a lack of employees, which was understandable, and that he expected my car to be completed today (Thursday), but no later than Friday. The rest of Thursday goes by with no updates on my car, and Friday goes by with no communication as well.When Monday arrived, I called them again to inquire about the status of my car. Cameron informed me that they were waiting for my approval to work on my car. This irritated me because I had signed an envelope when I dropped off my keys, giving this shop express permission to work on my car. Cameron, however, was very understanding and assured me that he would complete the work on my car as soon as possible. He called me about four hours later to tell me that my car was finished and ready to be picked up.I'm not sure what Cameron did differently than Anthony to get the work done on my car, but it was disappointing that there was such a significant communication breakdown within this company that my car was left with them for four days. Having said that, their service is excellent. My alignment and tire balance were very good.I initially gave a two-star rating explaining my situation. Cameron contacted me the next day to explain what had occurred and to accept full responsibility for my negative experience. It was reassuring to see that this shop was willing to accept criticism. I can only conclude that my first experience with this shop was an anomaly of sorts, and I will be returning in the future to give them another shot.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I have been very satisfied with the service provided at All America Four Wheel Drive. I like the fact that they take pictures which are included with your estimate.I believe they are very trustworthy and I will take my Jeep there when I need any kind of service. Towing is provided at no cost should you be unable to get to their shop. John and James have really been great to work with and fully explain what needs to be done or could wait. I had a 93 wrangler that they took really good care of a few years back - they replaced a rusted out windshield frame, radiator, cracked fuel lines, cracked gas tank so much. I loved that old Jeep and they kept running like a champ. More recently I 2015 wrangler that they ve worked on for me. Through the years I ve always been impressed with their professionalism, communication, work, and reasonable prices.If you have a Jeep or any kind of 4x4, you need a reliable and trustworthy shop. If you re in the south Denver, Littleton, Lakewood, centennial, lone tree neighborhood, All American 4x4 is your place!

The work they did do was seems good and the system they have for communication is effective. I dropped off my truck for a known issue that was supposed to take a day. I got it back 4 days later at double the original estimate and one of the items I specifically requested to be repaired was completely skipped. The inspection report was comical with a mere $5k in suggested repairs.

I hadn t taken my 2010 jeep in for a health check in YEARS. My dad always fixed her up for me. Jon and the team were able to do a free diagnosis and showed me all of the details with their management system (text, photos, all of it). They were happy to not work on what I didn t feel necessary and I feel SO confident in their service I will never go anywhere else. I love this place. This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They worked with my warranty and me and were able to get basically everything covered and fixed! I m so confident in their service and everything they did for my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Basically replaced almost my whole suspension system! I definitely will never take my Jeep anywhere else. I could absolutely write an essay about how incredible it was to work with y'all.I needed a new engine, they found problems caused by lesser folks at a different shop, and notated everything. They took photos, called, messaged, and didn't sit around waiting for a miracle, they made miracles happen.An honest mechanic is hard to.. not anymore!Ive never been so happy to be at the Automotive mechanics. Between the knowledge, patience, and unmeasurable skill you'll always be my stop in town. Thank you all, I'll be seeing ya shortly!!Sidenote: their knowledge with 4x4 and Jeep's is second to none, even with technological advances.

I had a rear bumper gate hinge that had rusted out from mag chloride and a lot of miles up and down I70. Another shop tried to repair it in on several occasions and it came back rustier than before with no improvements. I explained I wanted it to look like new and Jon said they could get it done. When they got the gate off and hardware apart, it was destroyed. Jon got on the phone with the manufacturer in another state and had the parts mailed overnight to the shop so he could get it repaired asap. This is the second time they have done some body work for me once on my Jeep and now my 4runner and both times the work they have done exceeded my expectations. IMO they did the job right and the gate works and looks like new again.This shop was able to chase down and fix a persistent electrical problem I had for 6 months due to marmot damage. Two other shops tried and could not find the problem. James took excellent notes and had me send him a video of the problem. I dropped it off around 7:30 am. They sent me an estimate with pictures showing the damage found before noon. I owe James, Anthony, Jon and Ryan for getting this resolved.JRServices: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

We had a fantastic experience at All American 4x4. We recently bought a 92 Wrangler that was heavily customized by the previous owner and had trouble getting on top of the quirks that came with all the mods. We really appreciate that Jon took the time to explain to us what the issues were and what the best repairs would be and was very easy to talk to overall. I have used several of their competitors including a couple large brand name places and this All American puts them all to shame. Fast easy scheduling, fantastic work, prompt and regular follow up all at a great price. The place is clean and fresh and updated with the latest technology to keep me informed on my work. These guys are legit mechanics, and have the best customer service I ve come across in years. I have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit that s been in for different things twice now. Moved to the area in May, and through a series of unfortunate events with other mechanics/Jeep dealership, I ended up at All American for a second opinion on work I needed done. They were incredibly honest and up front from the beginning. Called me an Uber to get me home after I dropped my Jeep off. Sent texts updating me on the progress of the inspection, and listing in detail what work needed to be done. Unfortunately, I found myself back in need of their services (unrelated to the initial visit) about a month later, when my radiator started leaking and the engine started smoking. Anthony had a tow truck out to my house within an hour of my phone call to get my Jeep, and they were able to get my Jeep looked at in between other builds/repairs, and had it done and ready to be picked up just a couple days later (finding available parts right now is tricky at best, so this is incredibly fast, imo). They communicated with me via text and phone calls throughout the entire process, and sent an Uber to get me to go pick up my Jeep. I unfortunately don t remember the names of the mechanics that worked on my Jeep, but the service writers Anthony, and Jon, made this frustrating mechanical issue as seamless as possible. I genuinely feel like they do exceptional work, are very transparent with their customers, and exemplify a level of customer service that I just haven t come across in a very long time. My experience has been that service is not cheap, but I also must stress that everything (repairs, aftermarket parts, performance upgrades, etc) on my particular vehicle comes with a high price tag, just based on the year and the trim level. You re also getting quality work done by professionals, and I hold so much value in the you get what you pay for motto. Thanks again to everyone I ve worked with the last two visits. Don t hesitate to trust this shop with your vehicles. :)Side note: they also work on old wranglers, and offered to look over my 87 Wrangler at no cost, to determine what/if things may need repair, etc. Great group of humans.Service: Auto maintenance

My 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee developed the lifter tick that is so common to these engines. I found All American online and they looked like a great place to take my vehicle. Boy, was this a great experience! From Jon and James, my service advisors, to Pat, the parts manager, to Ryan, the magician who fixed my Jeep in one day, this is a professional, knowledgeable shop with great people. When I received my quote from John, he stated that I would be receiving A/Ts like on his jeep with a 50k warranty. The quote was with 4 tires, I asked for 5 as I had an M/T spare on the back. When I went to go pick up my jeep, there were only 4 of the 5 tires that I had paid for. Also, they put M/Ts instead of the A/Ts that John said I was receiving. Since Cameron created the "ticket" with M/Ts and didn't check it for more than what he put on it. Seems to be miscommunication between each other. I have still have yet to resolve this issue. I have called the shop everyday the past 3 days with Cam no where to be found and can't seem to call me back!Services: Tires, Oil change

Went in due to a clicking sound from the rear of the vehicle. We discovered it was a rear differential issue and it would need to be rebuilt. They also discovered my front CV joints were coming close to end of life and weren't for high clearance, despite having a lifted vehicle. James was in communication throughout, and was very informative and courteous every time I called with modifications or questions, of which I had a lot. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended for any auto repair, especially 4x4 service.

I ve used this shop twice now and I will tell you that your in good hands! I know the turn around time is amazing! Definitely took the stress off my chest. They diagnosed my jeep on a Monday and I had my jeep back Tuesday evening! They replaced my alternator and replaced my pcm And also did an oil change. So I will say with all positivity, I couldn t have been more satisfied with their work! Thanks again! The shop was understaffed due to illness but they adjusted by bringing in help from a sister shop! My truck was completed in a timely manor and staff communicated with each other determined to do the best job they could! The Team at All American is First Class from the front desk to the shop! They rebuilt my engine and transmission, plus replaced my air conditioner and heater core. Work needed and overdue on my part. They not only do the work that needs to done, they always go beyond and follow up on every concern and detail. Fair, Friendly and Professional. All American Four Wheel Drive is Awesome! I had my head gaskets replaced last year at this time along with other work. The work was perfect and my Jeep was back on the road in under a week. The warranty on the work performed and the professionalism from John and his team kept me coming back. I have since had my transmission and rear differential serviced, and am planning to have more work done at this shop. I had my 2005 Wrangler LJ 4.0L towed to the shop to have the P0344 and other check engine codes fixed. After diagnostics were run, they gave me a list of all the problems with my Jeep. Although, I had just bought the Jeep in another state recently, and already knew that I needed to have a few of the gaskets and seals replaced, I went ahead and added them to the list of things to be done. I really appreciated the email and text links of their diagnostics.I was moving across the country on Saturday, so I was hoping that they would be able to get everything done that I needed to get done with the Jeep before end of day on Friday, so that I wouldn t need to delay moving. I called a few times later in the week to check progress on the Jeep. Each time, they assured me that they felt they would be able to get it done by by Friday afternoon.I m writing this review on Monday morning from Indiana. I made it to my destination after driving 24 hours straight, while towing a trailer. No check engine light came on. No leaks on the gaskets and seals that were replaced. My Jeep ran like new.I would highly recommend All-American Four Wheel Drive and Auto Repair. I will not recommend this service shop to anyone I am editing my reviews again because after repair of 1monrh my car started giving me more problems and nothing is working good. My jeep getting stuck on road and getting hot after this repair service work.I took my old 1998 jeep Cherokee for servicing, door repair and safety check, fixing all issues but my jeep started shaking more and I get smoke smell inside my jeep now. I have emails about my issues with me what I discussed and what I get is different than I took for service.But unfortunately I have to say this all is not good service.

This was such a great experience for me. I called and needed to get my car fixed before a road trip. They squeezed me in and were able to diagnose and fix in the short time frame. The text communication is also a fantastic way to communicate with customers. I will be returning for any maintenance for the life of my car.
